The output regulation control problem for the Markovian jump systems with colored-noise is proposed in this paper.Since the modes mismatch problem often exists in the Markovian switching system,the authors design a modes asynchronous controller with an internal model form,which can not only deal with external disturbance,but also reduce the influence of stochastic noise on the system,such that the mean square of the regulation error can be made arbitrarily small by turning the designed parameters.Meanwhile,a criterion of the m-th moment noise-to-state exponential stability is presented for continuous-time Markovian jump systems under the asynchronous control.

In this paper, we investigate the distributed convex optimization problem for a class of nonlinear multi-agent systems disturbed by random noise over a directed graph. The target problem involves designing a continuous-time algorithm to minimize the sum of all local cost functions associated with each agent. The target noise is considered as a second-order stationary process under mild assumptions. The noise-to-state exponential stability for the multi-agent system based on random differential equations is analyzed using a random field method. Sufficient conditions corresponding to the second moment relative to the optimal solution in the form of matrix inequalities are established. Then, the grid search method is employed to determine the best system parameters such that the second moment of the estimation error has the minimum value. In addition, the obtained results are applied to solve the average consensus problem in the presence of a stationary process. Finally, a numerical example is presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

In this paper, for a manipulator with elastic joint actuated by DC-motors in random vibration environment, the problems of stochastic modeling and control are considered. According to the relative motion principle, the influence of environment can be seen as force disturbed by the noise. According to the equivalent circuit, the resistor thermal noise of the DC-motors is regard as voltage disturbed by the noise. Thus, a stochastic model is constructed. Based on the model, using the structural properties and backstepping idea, a tracking controller is designed such that the closed-loop system is NSS-P and the mean square of the tracking error converges to an arbitrarily small neighborhood of zero.

旨在探讨中药复方清乳化岩煎(QD)对动物乳腺肿瘤的保护作用及机制。检测清乳化岩煎对正常细胞(HC11、RAW2647、DC2.4)的安全浓度,探究其对乳腺癌细胞(A72、CMT-U27、4T1)体外增殖的抑制作用;流式细胞术检测4T1细胞凋亡情况。将BALB/c小鼠分为空白对照组,模型组及清乳化岩煎低、中和高剂量组(100、200和400 mg/kg),除空白对照组外,其余小鼠皮下注射4T1细胞建立乳腺癌转移瘤模型,各组灌胃相应药物14 d,期间记录肿瘤体积和生长状况,检测脾脏淋巴细胞增殖情况,观察肿瘤组织病理变化,缺口末端标记(TUNEL)法检测移植瘤细胞凋亡水平,免疫组化(IHC)法检测肿瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)与热休克蛋白70(HSP70)蛋白表达,ELISA法测定肿瘤组织和血清中白细胞介素2(IL-2)、IL-4、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)的含量。结果显示:当清乳化岩煎浓度大于或等于5 mg/mL时,对A27、4T1细胞的增殖存在显著抑制(P<0.001);浓度大于或等于10 mg/mL时,对CMT-U27细胞呈现出显著性抑制(P<0.001);不同浓度的清乳化岩煎均可诱导4T1细胞凋亡(P<0.001)。与模型组相比,清乳化岩煎能够显著减小肿瘤体积(P<0.001),促进肿瘤细胞坏死,改善肿瘤对周围组织的影响,促进脾脏淋巴细胞增殖(P<0.001),促进肿瘤组织的细胞凋亡(P<0.001),显著降低肿瘤组织中MMP-9和HSP70蛋白表达(P<0.05),清乳化岩煎组小鼠血清和肿瘤组织中IFN-γ和TNF-α水平显著上升(P<0.05),IL-10含量显著下降(P<0.05)。研究表明,清乳化岩煎可通过调控细胞凋亡和增强机体免疫来抑制乳腺癌的发展,为中药治疗动物乳腺癌提供理论依据。

针对当前大量空心板梁桥裂缝频生且处治效果不佳的问题,基于多项工程的裂缝病害调查及统计,对空心板桥的裂缝分布规律及形态特征进行研究,分析了不同部位裂缝的形成机理;通过对常用裂缝修补方法施工工艺及经济性的对比分析,优选出适用于不同形式裂缝的修补方法。研究结果表明:空心板桥裂缝可采用表面封闭法和自动低压渗注法修补加固,该处治技术能够提高空心板梁结构的耐久性和安全性。

In this paper, the stabilization problem of a stochastic nonlinear system with modeling errors is considered. An augmented observer is first presented to counteract the unmeasurable states as well as modeling errors. An adaptive output feedback controller is designed such that all signals in the closed-loop system are bounded in probability and the output is regulated to the origin almost surely.

国内外绿色低碳建筑评价标准体系比较研究——以我国与日本CASBEE评价体系为例

In this paper, the grasping control of PUMA 560 is researched. Different from traditional modeling methods, with the aid of the coordinate frames established by D-H method, the dynamics model of PUMA 560 is established by using the Lagrangian mechanics. Given the appropriate starting point（end point）, grasp point and place point, the expected trajectory is designed by path planning. Load mass mutation increases the difficulty of controller design. Switching control is expected.Based on the established model, by using the common Lyapunov function, a switching controller is designed to make PUMA560 grasp the object along the expected trajectory. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the control strategy.

Due to the tremendous diversity of microbial organisms in topsoil,the estimation of saturated richness in a belowground ecosystem is still challenging.Here,we intensively surveyed the 16S rRNA gene in four 1 m2 sampling quadrats in a typical grassland,with 141 biological or technical replicates generating over 11 million sequences per quadrat.Through these massive data sets and using both non-asymptotic extrapolation and non-parametric asymptotic approaches,results revealed that roughly 15919±193,27193±1076 and 56985±2347 prokaryotic species inhabited in 1 m2 topsoil,classifying by DADA2,UPARSE(97%cutoff)and Deblur,respectively,and suggested a huge difference among these clustering tools.Nearly 500000 sequences were required to catch 50%species in 1 m2,while any estimator based on 500000 sequences would still lose about a third of total richness.Insufficient sequencing depth will greatly underestimate both observed and estimated richness.At least~911000,~3461000,and~1878000 sequences were needed for DADA2,UPARSE,and Deblur,respectively,to catch 80%species in 1 m2 topsoil,and the numbers of sequences would be nearly twice to three times on this basis to cover 90%richness.In contrast,α-diversity indexes characterized by higher order of Hill numbers,including Shannon entropy and inverse Simpson index,reached saturation with fewer than 100000 sequences,suggesting sequencing depth could be varied greatly when focusing on exploring differentα-diversity characteristics of a microbial community.Our findings were fundamental for microbial studies that provided benchmarks for the extending surveys in large scales of terrestrial ecosystems.
