The existing researches of miniature magnetic circuits focus on the single-sided permanent magnetic circuits and the Halbach permanent magnetic circuits. In the single-sided permanent magnetic circuits, the magnetic flux density is always very low in the work region. In the Halbach permanent magnetic circuits, there are always great difficulties in the manufacturing and assembly process. The static magnetic flux density required for nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) chip is analyzed based on the signal noise ratio(SNR) calculation model, and then a miniature C-shaped permanent magnetic circuit is designed as the required magnetic flux density. Based on Kirchhoff’s law and magnetic flux refraction principle, the concept of a single shimming ring is proposed to improve the performance of the designed magnetic circuit. Using the finite element method, a comparative calculation is conducted. The calculation results demonstrate that the magnetic circuit improved with a single shimming has higher magnetic flux density and better magnetic field homogeneity than the one improved with no shimming ring or double shimming rings. The proposed magnetic circuit is manufactured and its experimental test platform is also built. The magnetic flux density measured in the work region is 0.7 T, which is well coincided with the theoretical design. The spatial variation of the magnetic field is within the range of the instrument error. At last, the temperature dependence of the magnetic flux density produced by the proposed magnetic circuit is investigated through both theoretical analysis and experimental study, and a linear functional model is obtained. The proposed research is crucial for solving the problem in the application of NMR-chip under different environmental temperatures.

变态反应性疾病临床常见,其病位虽不同,但病机却有一定共性。总体而言,人体阴阳协调,则一气周流,如“春风”生养万物。一旦各种原因导致阳气郁而不升或逆而不降,疏布失常的“阳气”在人体内过度聚集,愈郁则愈欲疏泄,久积必终向外透解,如“风火”之邪侵及人体各处皮肤孔窍,则会出现相关部位的过敏症状。临床诊治中,根据变态反应性疾病发作的病机,常用熄风火以缓症状、透余热以防复发、养脉络以促复原、调五脏以兼标本等治法,并坚持以辨证为先、因势利导、急缓有异、清透兼施、整体局部辨证结合等为治疗原则,取得了良好疗效。文末列举一则验案加以说明,希望帮助读者更好理解和应用。

Low-field NMR micro coils based on printed circuit board technology

Radiofrequency coil is one of the most important components for a nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)instrument.In this article,some planar micro coils with an inner diameter of 2 mm and number of turns that varied from 1 to 11 were investigated based on the printed circuit board(PCB)technology.The electrical characterization of micro coils show that self-resonant frequencies are larger than 200 MHz.Then,an NMR measurement platform with a static magnetic field of 0.66 T was constructed and the signal to noise ratio(SNR)values of the NMR were analyzed.It was found that the SNR is optimal when the turn number of the micro coils is six and the excitation time of a 90°pulse is 0.8?s.Finally,we used the micro coil with six turns to study the transverse relaxation rate of copper sulfate pentahydrate aqueous solution with different concentrations.It was found that the transverse relaxation rate is proportional to the solution concentration.Results from the micro coil were verified by measurements using a Bruker Minispec MQ60.

Discovery of the eclogite and its petrography in the Northern Dabie Mountain

Eclogite from the Northern Dabie Mountain is a new finding by the authors. These eclogites in foliated perdotite are enveloped by banded gneiss and occur in the mafic-ultramafic rock belt. They are mainly composed of omphacite, garnet, diopside, orthopyroxene, amphibole, plagioclase and magnetite, and a small amount of rutile, spinel, olivin and 鏾rundum. The mineral association of peak metamorphism of the eclogite is omphacite+garnet+rutile. The existence of eclogite in the Northern Dabie Mountain implies that there was an eclogitic metamorphism prior to the granulitic facies one in the mafic-ultramafic rock belt.

小臂是工业机器人重要的承力部件,以某50 kg负载工业机器人小臂作为研究对象,面向增材制造进行结构优化设计。通过拓扑优化和模型重构,优化材料布局,改善小臂结构构型。经有限元分析,优化后小臂的应变、应力及固有频率等结构性能均有不同程度的改善,同时小臂的质量减轻了22.12%,实现了结构的轻量化,降低了运行能耗和成本,提高了寿命,有助于绿色制造。该拓扑优化方法具有推广价值,可以为连续结构体优化设计和改进提供参考经验,助力数字化设计和智能制造的实现。

Background:Cystic echinococcosis(CE)is a human and animal health problem in many endemic areas worldwide.It is considered a neglected zoonotic disease caused by the larval form(hydatid cyst)of Echinococcus spp.tapeworm.There are limited studies on echinococcosis in Pakistan.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted to find out recent knowledge,attitudes and practices on the occurrence of cystic echinococcosis in butchers and dog owners in both urban and rural areas of Rawalpindi/Islamabad regions,Pakistan.The quantitative data was collected in the form of questionnaires to investigate the knowledge and awareness of CE among community members and their routine practices that were behind the factors involved in hydatid cyst infection.The practices and infrastructure of abattoirs/butcher shops and their role in transmission of cystic echinococcosis were also evaluated in the present study.Results:The participants involved in the study were dog owners and people who kept animals.A total of 400 people were interviewed and 289 questionnaires were received.The results showed that only 4.1%of people have heard about the disease,and 58.1%were closely associated with dogs.Sixty-three percent of dogs in study area were consuming uncooked organs(e.***.liver,lung,etc.)of slaughtered animals,while 100%of dogs at butcher shops were consuming uncooked organs.Home slaughtering was common in 20.06%.Among butchers,32.3%had heard about zoonoses and 7.61%knew about CE.The statistical analysis showed that there was highly significant difference(P<0.05)among most of the practices that were associated with the prevalence of CE.Conclusions:It was concluded from the present study that,the knowledge and awareness of CE among people of Rawalpindi/Islamabad were low.Because of dogs and poor knowledge of CE among community members and butchers,the transmission of echinococcosis is facilitated.Therefore,there is urgent need to strengthen awareness and health education among people,as well as proper practices related to the CE not only in th
