Geochemistry and geological significance of the Upper Paleozoic and Mesozoic source rocks in the Lower Yangtze region

The Lower Yangtze region is one of the important marine sedimentation areas of oil and gas distribution in southern China,for its favorable source rocks,reservoirs and ***,the intense tectonic movements and complex hydrocarbon generation process made it highly impossible to form large-sized oil and gas *** it was divided to different hydrocarbon-bearing preservation units in oil-gas *** study shows that the Permian and Lower Triassic source rocks in the Lower Yangtze region are complicated in *** hydrocarbon generation potential of limestone there is low while argillaceous source rocks are overall of high abundance with excellent organic types,now in the process of hydrocarbon generation,so differences in high maturity influence the evaluation of organic matter abundance and *** characteristics indicate a reductive environment.n-alkanes are marked by a single peak,with no odd-even *** composition and distribution of the carbon numbers of n-alkanes,and the high abundance of long-chain tricyclic terpanes are indicative of marine *** high contents of pregnane,homopregnane,rearranged hopane suggest that the source rocks are of high *** is a good linear correlation between methylphenanthrene index and vitrinite *** correlation of oil-source rocks indicated that the oil of Well HT-3 may come from the Permian Longtan Formation in the Huangqiao area,the oil of Wells Rong-2 and Juping-1 came from the Lower Triassic Qinglong Formation in the Jurong *** exploration here is promising in those different source rocks which all have great potential in hy-drocarbon generating,and oil and gas were produced in the late stage of hydrocarbon generation.

Acetate-assistant efficient cation-exchange of halide perovskite nanocrystals to boost the photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction

The judicious implantation of active metal cations into the surface of semiconductor nanocrystal(NC)through cation-exchange is one of the facile and viable strategies to enhance the activity of catalysts for photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction,by shortening the transfer pathway of photogenerated carriers and increasing the active sites ***,cation-exchange is hard to achieve for halide perovskite NCs owing to the stable octahedron of[PbX6]4−with strong interaction between halogen and ***,we report a facile method to overcome this obstacle by replacing partial Br−with acetate(Ac−)to generate CsPbBr_(3) NC(coded as CsPbBr_(3−x)Ac_(x)).A small amount of Ac−instead of Br−does not change the crystal structure of halide *** to the weaker interaction between acetate and lead in comparison with bromide,the corresponding octahedron structure containing acetate in CsPbBr_(3−x)Ac_(x) can be easily opened to realize efficient cation-exchange with Ni^(2+) *** resulting high loading amount of Ni^(2+) as active site endows CsPbBr_(3−x)Ac_(x) with an improved performance for photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction under visible light irradiation,exhibiting a significantly increased CO yield of 44.09μmol·g^(−1)·h^(−1),which is over 8 and 3 times higher than those of traditional pristine CsPbBr_(3) and nickel doped CsPbBr_(3) NC,*** work provides a critical solution for the efficient metal doping of low-cost halide perovskite NCs to enhance their photocatalytic activity,promoting their practical applications in the field of photocatalysis.

Broken electron transfer pathway in enzyme:Gold clusters inhibiting TrxR1/Trx via cell studies and theory simulations

Thioredoxin reductase 1(TrxR1)is over activity in tumor cell to maintain their redox *** gold clusters have great potential in antitumor drug as they could well inhibit TrxR1,the molecular mechanism has not been disclosed *** this work,we revealed gold clusters can well inhibit the activity of TrxR1 in lung tumor cells and further disclosed the inhibition mechanism by using computational simulation *** firstly inferred the binding sites of gold in the hydrophobic cavities on *** simulation results show that the gold ion(released from Au cluster)interact with–SH of Cys189 in TrxR1,this greatly increase the distance between the C-terminal redox center of TrxR1 and the Trx redox center,thereby destroy the electron transfer pathway between *** electron transfer destroying mechanism is different from the previous hypothesis that gold binds to the Sec498 of TrxR1 which has never been proved by experimental and theory *** work provides a new understanding of the gold clusters to inhibit TrxR1 activity.

Production Chain Length and PPI-CPI Divergence:Analysis Based on the Global Input-output Price Model

Productivity and international energy price shocks are reflected in PPI and CPI via industrial ***’s in-depth participation into the global value chains has increasingly lengthened its industrial production *** question is how the changing length of production chains will affect CPI and PPI,as well as CPI-PPI correlation?By constructing a global input-output price model,this paper offers a theoretical discussion on the impact of production chain length on the CPI-PPI *** findings suggest that the price shock of international bulk commodities has a greater impact on China’s PPI than that on *** effects on both China’s PPI and CPI estimated by using the single-country input-output model are higher than the results estimated with the global input-output ***,the difference between CPI and PPI variations estimated with the global input-output model is greater than the result estimated with the single-country input-output model,which supports the view that the lengthening of production chains,especially international production chains,leads to a divergence between CPI and *** results based on cross-national panel data also suggest that the lengthening of production chains has reduced the CPI-PPI correlation for countries,*** lengthening of production chains has increased the PPI-CPI *** is to say,policymakers should target not just CPI in maintaining price stability,but instead focus on the stability of both PPI and *** can be made to proactively adjust the price index system,and formulate the industrial chain price index.

中国大规模实施的政府对企业定向支持型政策的效果因经济条件差异而不同。产业升级是当前中国经济最重要的变化之一,而关于其对定向支持型政策经济效应的影响及机制的研究还相当缺乏。通过构建包含家庭户、面临资源约束的异质性企业、市场优胜劣汰机制与政府甄别偏差的两部门模型,研究产业升级对定向支持型政策经济效应的影响。研究发现,定向支持型政策可以克服市场不完善,在一定条件下获得比市场竞争均衡更好的配置结果。但随着产业结构的升级,政府甄别企业能力的难度显著增大,定向支持型政策带来的配置扭曲越来越严重。在产业升级达到一定门槛后,定向支持型政策反而会抑制经济发展。由此从理论上提出产业升级影响定向支持型政策经济效应的新机制,为产业升级背景下产业政策模式转型提供借鉴。

Inner ear disorders are a cluster of diseases that cause hearing loss in more than 1.5 billion people ***,the presence of the blood-labyrinth barrier(BLB)on the surface of the inner ear capillaries greatly hinders the effectiveness of systemic drugs for prevention and intervention due to the low permeability,which restricts the entry of most drug compounds from the bloodstream into the inner ear ***,we report the finding of a novel receptor,low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 1(LRP1),that is expressed on the BLB,as a potential target for shuttling therapeutics across this *** a proof-ofconcept,we developed an LRP1-binding peptide,IETP2,and covalently conjugated a series of model small-molecule compounds to it,including potential drugs and imaging *** compounds were successfully delivered into the inner ear and inner ear lymph,indicating that targeting the receptor LRP1 is a promising strategy to enhance the permeability of the *** discovery of the receptor LRP1 will illuminate developing strategies for crossing the BLB and for improving systemic drug delivery for inner ear disorders.
