Extensive spatiotemporal analyses of long-trend surface ozone in the Yangtze River Delta(YRD)region and itsmeteorology-related and emission-related have not been systematically *** this study,by using 8-year-long(2015–2022)surface ozone observation data,we attempted to reveal the variation ofmultiple timescale components using the Kolmogorov–Zurbenko filter,and the effects of meteorology and emissions were quantitatively isolated using multiple linear regression with meteorological *** results showed that the short-term,seasonal,and long-term components accounted for daily maximum 8-hr average O_(3)(O_(3–8)hr)concentration,46.4%,45.9%,and 1.0%,*** meteorological impacts account for an average of 71.8%of O_(3–8)hr,and the YRD’s eastern and northern sections aremeteorology-sensitive *** on statistical analysis technology with empirical orthogonal function,the contribution of meteorology,local emission,and transport in the long-term component of O_(3–8)hr were 0.21%,0.12%,and 0.6%,*** spatiotemporal analysis indicated that a distinct decreasing spatial pattern could be observed from coastal cities towards the northwest,influenced by the monsoon and synoptic *** central urban agglomeration north and south of the YRD was particularly susceptible to local *** the cities studied,Shanghai,Anqing,and Xuancheng,located at similar latitudes,were significantly impacted by atmospheric transmission—the contribution of Shanghai,the maximum accounting for 3.6%.

目的:评价多模式围手术期疼痛控制方案在全膝关节置换术后镇痛中的作用,并与非多模式镇痛方案进行对比。方法:选择2004-09/2006-09在长征医院关节外科中心实施多模式围手术期疼痛控制方案前后接受单侧全膝关节置换的患者各50例,实施该方案前接受手术的患者作为非多模式镇痛组,实施该方案后接受手术的患者作为多模式镇痛组。①实验方法:多模式镇痛组患者术前口服塞来昔布;手术结束关闭切口前在皮下周围组织中注射复合麻醉剂;术后口服塞来昔布及奥斯康定,不给患者使用自控镇痛泵或其他形式的非胃肠道注射用药,疼痛用口服止痛药难以控制时,肌肉注射哌替啶75～100mg。非多模式镇痛组主要采用患者自控镇痛和非胃肠道注射用止痛药,术前不给药,手术结束时给患者使用静脉自控镇痛泵直到术后48h,或在术后根据患者需要哌替啶100mg每6h肌肉注射。②实验评估:比较两组患者术后不同时间点膝关节疼痛评分、术后麻醉剂使用情况、膝关节功能康复情况以及术后并发症的发生情况。结果:100例患者均进入结果分析。①术后4,6h多模式镇痛组患者的静息痛、活动痛疼痛评分均显著低于非多模式镇痛组(P0.05)。结论:多模式围手术期疼痛控制方案可以减轻全膝关节置换患者的术后疼痛,缩短住院时间,减少术后麻醉剂使用量,有助于患者的早期康复,同时具有并发症少、操作简单、安全的优点。

Powder bed fusion(PBF)in metallic additive manufacturing offers the ability to produce intricate geometries,high-strength components,and reliable ***,powder processing before energy-based binding significantly impacts the final product’s *** maps guide efficient process design to minimize defects,but creating them through experimentation alone is challenging due to the wide range of parameters,necessitating a comprehensive computational parametric *** this study,we used the discrete element method to parametrically analyze the powder processing design space in PBF of stainless steel 316L *** lattice parameter sweeps are often used for parametric analysis,but are computationally *** find that non-uniform parameter sweep based on the low discrepancy sequence(LDS)algorithm is ten times more efficient at exploring the design space while accurately capturing the relationship between powder flow dynamics and bed packing *** introduce a multi-layer perceptron(MLP)model to interpolate parametric causalities within the LDS parameter *** over 99%accuracy,it effectively captures these causalities while requiring fewer ***,we generate processing design maps for machine setups and powder selections for efficient process *** find that recoating speed has the highest impact on powder processing quality,followed by recoating layer thickness,particle size,and inter-particle friction.

Hydrodynamical cosmological simulations of galaxy formation such as Illustris TNG or Auriga have shown considerable success in approximately matching many galaxy properties,but their treatment of the star-forming interstellar medium (ISM) has relied on heuristic sub-grid ***,recent high-resolution simulations of the ISM that directly resolve the regulation of star formation suggest different mean relations for the dependences of pressure and star formation rate on the average gas *** this study,we adopt such a modern,physically grounded parameterization inspired by the TIGRESS small-scale *** dub this model TEQS and use it for a detailed comparative analysis of the formation and evolution of a Milky Way-sized galaxy when compared with the widely used TNG *** employing high-resolution simulations in tall box setups,we first investigate the structural differences expected for these two models when applied to different self-gravitating gas surface *** results indicate that TEQS produces considerably thinner gaseous layers and can be expected to form stellar distributions with smaller scale-height than TNG,especially at higher surface *** test whether this induces systematic structural differences in cosmological galaxy formation simulations,we carry out zoom-in simulations of 12 galaxies taken from the set of Milky Way-sized galaxies that have been studied in the Auriga *** results for these galaxies shows that disk galaxies formed with the TEQS model have on average very similar stellar mass but are more concentrated in their central regions and exhibit smaller stellar radii compared to those formed with the TNG *** differences in the scale-heights of the formed stellar disks are only marginal,however,suggesting that other factors for setting the thickness of the disk are more important than the applied ISM equation-of-state ***,the predicted galaxy structure is quite similar for TNG and

目的:观察经关节镜下行LARS(ligament advanced reinforcement system)人工韧带移植重建膝关节后交叉韧带损伤患者膝关节功能的治疗结果。方法:选择2004-08/2006-01在上海长征医院骨科关节外科因膝关节后交叉韧带损伤行关节镜下LARS人工韧带重建手术的患者15例,均为运动损伤,所有患者均知情同意。全部病例予以LARS人工韧带(法国LARS公司制造,型号:PPLY110)进行后交叉韧带重建或加强手术,LARS人工韧带的主要材料为高韧性的聚酯纤维(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂),组织相容性好,由于其特殊的编制方式,胶原纤维和血管内皮细胞可长入其中。术后静脉常规使用抗生素1d,返回病房后即开始使用CPM机予以被动活动,术后3d扶拐下地行走,2个月时恢复正常的活动或体育训练。术后1,2,6,12,24个月随访,检查膝关节的稳定程度、活动范围及疼痛部位。按Lysholm膝关节评分系统评估膝关节功能,满分为100分,84分以上为膝关节功能正常,66～84分为尚可,低于65分较差。结果:15例患者全部进入结果分析,无脱落。①15例患者随访6～24个月,其中6～12个月10例,12～18个月2例,18～24个月3例,平均11个月。所有患膝不稳定症状消失,关节功能良好,伸屈度0°～(130±10.2)°。所有病例均于术后2个月左右恢复正常体育活动,无急慢性滑膜炎出现。②患者术后末次随访时的Lysholm膝关节评分显著高于术前(85.5±2.33,45.2±1.23,t=9.547,P<0.01)。结论:LARS人工韧带具有以下特点:①适用于术后早期康复干预,早期自主运动者。②术后膝关节功能恢复快。③无并发症出现,组织相容性好。④为运动性损伤膝关节后交叉韧带损伤重建较为理想和安全的移植材料。

①探讨人工肩关节置换术后翻修术中的指证和方法。②选择2001-09/2002-04上海长征医院收治的肩关节置换术后患者3例,例1(男,36岁),例3(男,75岁)为急性肱骨近端4部分粉碎性骨折,分别行单极人工肩关节置换术、全肩关节置换术各1例;例2(女,63岁)为肱骨近端骨巨细胞瘤,行双极人工肩关节置换术。3例术后均表现肩关节活动受限,例2,例3三角肌萎缩,肩关节脱位(人工肱骨头置位不当)或半脱位。例1,例2均行人工肩关节置换翻修术;例3行肩关节镜检查,发现肩关节假体置位理想,但所用关节盂过厚,与肱骨头假体关节面不够匹配,关节囊修复理想。未予再次置换假体。3例患者术后分别随访36,40和9个月。③结果:例1人工肩关节置换术后翻修患者术后完全不疼。例2由于人工肱骨头置位不当、脱位,肩关节假体突至皮下,显著疼痛,翻修术后疼痛缓解。例3全肩关节置换术翻修术后患者所用关节盂过厚,致关节活动受限,而腋神经损伤致三角肌瘫痪,肩关节不稳,易脱位、被动运动痛。例1肱骨近端骨折单极人工肩关节置换术翻修术后患者上举120°,外旋60°,内旋80°。例2,例3患者由于三角肌萎缩,术后肩关节半脱位,肩关节活动受限。3例患者假体X射线表现置位较好,假体周围无透亮区、无松动;肿瘤术后患者未见肿瘤复发迹象;患者均较满意。④人工肩关节置换翻修术的基本指证为假体周围骨折;假体松动;假体置位不当、关节脱位或半脱位、活动受限。行人工肩关节置换术,对于神经肌肉功能应特别注意,并加以必要的保护;肱骨头的上下位置对于植入物的功能极为重要。

There is growing concern about the concept that exposure to environmental chemicals may be contributing to the obesity ***,there is no consensus on the obesogenic effects of emerging contaminants from a toxicological and environmental *** potential human exposure and experimental evidence for obesogenic effects of emerging contaminants need to be systematically *** main objective of this review is to provide recommendations for further subsequent policy development following a critical analysis of the literature for humans and experimental animals exposed to emerging *** article reviews human exposure to emerging contaminants(with a focus on antimicrobials,preservatives,water and oil repellents,flame retardants,antibiotics and bisphenols)and the impact of emerging contaminants on *** emerging contaminants have been widely detected in human biological *** studies provide evidence linking exposure to emerging contaminants to the risks of obesity in *** based on animalmodels and adipose cells show the obesogenic effects of emerging contaminants and identify modes of action by which contaminants may induce changes in body fat accumulation and lipid metabolic *** knowledge gaps in this area and future directions for further investigation are discussed.

Five tectonic modes of mantle convection are obtained and analyzed with three-dimensional numerical models in a spherical shell *** five tectonic convective modes are non-plate mobile-lid,plate-like mobile-lid,episodic plate-like mobile-lid,episodic stagnant-lid,and stagnant-lid convective modes,*** typical characteristics of these five tectonic modes and their numerical classification criteria based on plateness,mobility,and their standard deviations are presented and *** results show that the yield stress of the lithosphere has profound effects on the tectonic convective *** the gradual increase of yield stress,the tectonic mode of mantle convection changes from one to another sequentially through the aforementioned five ***,as the Rayleigh number increases,the range of yield stress for the platelike mobile-lid convective mode decreases,and the dimensionless transition stress between different tectonic modes ***,the dimensional transition stress between the non-plate mobile-lid convective mode and plate-like mobile-lid convective mode increases with the increase of Rayleigh number,but decreases between other tectonic ***,we find that the transition stress between different tectonic modes is inversely proportional to the internal heating rate,with the transition stress decreasing as the internal heating rate *** fitting analysis of the transition stress between tectonic modes shows that Earth's current plate tectonics correspond to a lithospheric yield stress of 150–250 MPa,which aligns with the strength of serpentinized mantle rock determined by experimental *** the Archean mantle was 300℃warmer than it is today,then the Earth was in an episodic stagnant-lid convective *** tectonic evolution of the Earth's surface is closely related to the lithospheric strength and the process of thermal *** the lithospheric strength was only 150 MPa,plate tecton
