目的:采用超高效液相色谱串联四极杆飞行时间质谱法(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)对生脉饮(党参方)口服液中的化学成分进行定性表征。方法:选择ACQUITY UPLC?HSS T3色谱柱(150 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),以0.1%甲酸水溶液(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.3 mL·min–1。采用电喷雾离子源,正、负离子全扫描模式下采集数据,扫描范围为m/z 50~1500。利用SCIEX OS-Q 1.6软件建立生脉饮(党参方)中单味中药材化学成分的本地数据库,将采集的化合物精确m/z和二级碎片离子信息与本地数据库及SCIEX OS-Q 1.6软件配置的中药二级数据库匹配,结合文献和对照品的相应信息进行化学成分表征。结果:共推断和鉴定了90个化合物,主要为黄酮类、皂苷类、苯丙素类、多炔类、有机酸类、生物碱等类及其他类成分,其中41个化合物来源于党参、33个化合物来源于麦冬、24个化合物来源于五味子。结论:建立了一种基于UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS对生脉饮(党参方)口服液中不同类型化合物进行鉴别的有效方法,为阐明其药效物质基础和提升其质量评价体系提供了参考。

This article presents a mathematical model for simulating the mechanical behaviour of lightning strikes and analysing the resulting damage to the *** article focuses on the electro-thermal effect and seepage caused by lightning strikes in ***,a numerical model based on the conservation laws of momentum,mass and energy is developed for soil subjected to lightning *** to field observations and theoretical calculations are used to demonstrate the efficacy and accuracy of numerical *** findings demonstrate that lightning strikes can cause soils to experience both seepage force and heat *** the calculative condition of this article:by increasing the intrinsic permeability of the soil,k_(p)(≥10^(-10)m^(2)),the seepage force can be effectively reduced,hence reducing the risk of lightning strikes;improving the electrical conductivity of the soil β(≥10^(-1) S/m^(2))and lowering its thermal expansion coefficient(≤10^(-6)K^(-1))can greatly reduce the damage caused by lightning strikes to the *** preceding investigations demonstrate that the suggested model is capable of evaluating mechanical damage caused by lightning in the soil,and the findings contribute to a better understanding of soil mechanical response to lightning strikes.

Big Bang nucleosynthesis(BBN)theory predicts the primordial abundances of the light elements^(2) H(referred to as deuterium,or D for short),^(3)He,^(4)He,and^(7) Li produced in the early *** these,deuterium,the first nuclide produced by BBN,is a key primordial material for subsequent *** date,the uncertainty in predicted deuterium abundance(D/H)remains larger than the observational *** this study,the Monte Carlo simulation code PRIMAT was used to investigate the sensitivity of 11 important BBN reactions to deuterium *** found that the reaction rate uncertainties of the four reactions d(d,n)^(3)He,d(d,p)t,d(p,γ)^(3)He,and p(n,γ)d had the largest influence on the calculated D/H ***,the calculated D/H uncertainty cannot reach observational precision even with the recent LUNA precise d(p,γ)^(3) He *** the nuclear physics aspect,there is still room to largely reduce the reaction-rate uncertainties;hence,further measurements of the important reactions involved in BBN are still necessary.A photodisintegration experiment will be conducted at the Shanghai Laser Electron Gamma Source Facility to precisely study the deuterium production reaction of p(n,γ)d.

In this paper,the covert age of information(CAoI),which characterizes the timeliness and covertness performance of communication,is first investigated in the short-packet covert communication with time modulated retrodirective array(TMRDA).Specifically,the TMRDA is designed to maximize the antenna gain in the target direction while the side lobe is sufficiently *** this basis,the covertness constraint and CAoI are derived in closed *** facilitate the covert transmission design,the transmit power and block-length are jointly optimized to minimize the CAoI,which demonstrates the trade-off between covertness and *** results illustrate that there exists an optimal block-length that yields the minimum CAoI,and the presented optimization results can achieve enhanced performance compared with the fixed block-length ***,we observe that smaller beam pointing error at Bob leads to improvements in CAoI.

Monogenic disorders refer to a group of human diseases caused by mutations in single genes. While disease-modifying therapies have offered some relief from symptoms and delayed progression for some monogenic diseases, most of these diseases still lack effective treatments. In recent decades, gene therapy has emerged as a promising therapeutic strategy for genetic disorders. Researchers have developed various gene manipulation tools and gene delivery systems to treat monogenic diseases. Despite this progress, concerns about inefficient delivery, persistent expression, immunogenicity, toxicity, capacity limitation, genomic integration, and limited tissue specificity still need to be addressed. This review gives an overview of commonly used gene therapy and delivery tools, along with the challenges they face and potential strategies to counter them.

The effect of stress-relief annealing at different stages of thermal fatigue tests on crack growth was investigated using a self-built thermal cycle *** results showed that annealing could limit crack expansion *** reduced dislocation density and released the accumulation of residual *** addition,the strain accumulation in carbides was reduced by this *** was also found that double annealing was even more effective at inhibiting crack expansion compared to single stress-relief *** 1000 cycles,the maximum crack length was reduced by 31.1%and 45.2%for the samples after using the optimal single and double annealing processes,*** single stress-relief annealing,earlier annealing provides more benefit in delaying crack ***,effective double stress-relief annealing requires a suitable time interval between the annealing ***,after 800 cycles,surface hardness decreased significantly accompanied by an increase in the size and number of carbides,and cracks expanded predominantly along grain boundaries.

The unfolded protein response(UPR)is a cellular stress response pathway activated when the endoplasmic reticulum,a crucial organelle for protein folding and modification,encounters an accumulation of unfolded or misfolded *** UPR aims to restore endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis by enhancing protein folding capacity,reducing protein biosynthesis,and promoting protein *** also plays a pivotal role in coordinating signaling cascades to determine cell fate and function in response to endoplasmic reticulum *** research has highlighted the significance of the UPR not only in maintaining endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis but also in influencing various physiological processes in the nervous ***,we provide an overview of recent findings that underscore the UPR’s involvement in preserving the function and viability of neuronal and myelinating cells under physiological conditions,and highlight the critical role of the UPR in brain development,memory storage,retinal cone development,myelination,and maintenance of myelin thickness.
