A new isoflavone glucoside, 3'-methoxy-5'-hydroxy-isoflavone-7-O-beta-D-glucoside, was isolated from the roots of Astragalus membranaceus and its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic data.

研究对人口学特征、疾病因素及抗癫痫药物(AEDs)依从性进行校正后,父母及家庭总体和健康相关压力对新发癫痫儿童的纵向通用和癫痫特异性健康相关生活质量(Heahh-related quality of life,HRQOL)的影响.此项前瞻性纵向研究纳入了124例新发癫痫儿童患者(平均年龄7.2岁,标准差2.9岁).患儿父母分别在诊断后1、13、25个月时完成关于父母压力、羞耻感、恐惧和担心以及HRQOL的调查问卷.AEDs的依从性应用电子监测装置进行评估.每次就诊均进行医疗过程回顾以获得发作和药物副作用的数据.高水平的总体及癫痫特异性父母及家庭压力、恐惧和担心以及羞耻感对儿童通用及癫痫特异性HRQOL存在负面影响,大于疾病及人口学因素.总体父母及家庭压力在疾病管理第1年对儿童通用及癫痫特异性HRQOL的影响大于疾病诊断2年后的影响.更大的恐惧和担心对于诊断后13个月更高的癫痫特异性HRQOL有预测作用,而在诊断后2年,更大的恐惧和担心则预示更低的癫痫特异性HRQOL.多个人口学(如年龄)及疾病相关变量(如副作用和AED依从性)影响儿童通用及癫痫特异性HRQOL.尽管一些发现在各项通用及癫痫特异性HRQOL指标中一致,但其它的都是独有的.可改进的父母因素(如总体及疾病特异性父母及家庭压力、羞耻感)对小儿新发癫痫患者诊断后前2年中的HRQOL的影响是不同的.在诊断后第1年内用以改善HRQOL的心理社会干预应当解决父母和家庭压力、总体应对和癫痫管理的预期指导.针对依从性、羞耻感、恐惧和担心的干预措施可改善HRQOL.推动压力、恐惧/担心和羞耻感的父母管理可改善儿童HRQOL结局.

Tectonic modes of mantle convection and their implications for Earth's tectonic evolution based on three-dimensional numerical simulations

Five tectonic modes of mantle convection are obtained and analyzed with three-dimensional numerical models in a spherical shell domain. The five tectonic convective modes are non-plate mobile-lid, plate-like mobile-lid, episodic plate-like mobile-lid, episodic stagnant-lid, and stagnant-lid convective modes, respectively. The typical characteristics of these five tectonic modes and their numerical classification criteria based on plateness, mobility, and their standard deviations are presented and discussed. The results show that the yield stress of the lithosphere has profound effects on the tectonic convective *** the gradual increase of yield stress, the tectonic mode of mantle convection changes from one to another sequentially through the aforementioned five modes. Additionally, as the Rayleigh number increases, the range of yield stress for the platelike mobile-lid convective mode decreases, and the dimensionless transition stress between different tectonic modes ***, the dimensional transition stress between the non-plate mobile-lid convective mode and plate-like mobile-lid convective mode increases with the increase of Rayleigh number, but decreases between other tectonic modes. Furthermore, we find that the transition stress between different tectonic modes is inversely proportional to the internal heating rate, with the transition stress decreasing as the internal heating rate increases. The fitting analysis of the transition stress between tectonic modes shows that Earth's current plate tectonics correspond to a lithospheric yield stress of 150–250 MPa, which aligns with the strength of serpentinized mantle rock determined by experimental petrography. If the Archean mantle was 300°C warmer than it is today, then the Earth was in an episodic stagnant-lid convective mode. Porphyry copper deposits（PCDs） supply the majority of the world's copper（Cu） as well as significant amounts of molybdenum（Mo） and gold（Au）. The formation of these deposits is controlled by a variety of geological factors, among which the magmatic oxidation is one of the focuses of current research. This study investigates the redox characteristics of arc magmas by analyzing the ratio of vanadium（V） to scandium（Sc） and its correlation with the oxygen fugacity （fO2） of magmas from arcs of various crustal thicknesses globally. We compiled an extensive dataset of published V/Sc values and studied the partition coefficients of Vand Sc between minerals and silicate melts across various magmatic environments. The results demonstrate that fractional crystallization of magnetite markedly reduces V/Sc values of the residual melt. Furthermore, magnesium number（Mg#） at the onset of magnetite fractionation is strongly positively correlated with fO2of the equilibrium magma. Based on this,the oxidation of arc magmas from different crustal thicknesses can be evaluated. The result suggests that magmas generated in crusts thicker than 20 km tend to be more oxidized with increasing crust thickness. This trend is attributed to enhanced intracrustal differentiation processes involving garnet and amphibole, particularly in mature island and continental arcs. In contrast,magmas in thinner arc crusts（<20 km）, which are significantly influenced by subducted slab materials, display higher oxidation states than most of their thicker crust counterparts. These findings suggest that both subduction dynamics and crustal thickness play a vital role in determining the oxidation state of arc magmas and, consequently, their capacity to generate PCDs. Highly oxidized, primitive arc magmas are less favorable for PCD formation due to that they tend to experience magnetite fractionation and thus sulfide saturation in the early stage of magma evolution, a process leading to copper depletion. The multi-class classification of images is a pivotal challenge within the realm of image processing. As the volume of visual data continues to expand, there is a burgeoning interest in harnessing the unique capabilities of quantum computation to augment the efficiency of classification tasks. However, many existing methods for training quantum image multi-classifiers parallel classical machine learning techniques, where the requisite circuit measurements increase linearly with the volume of training data. This work introduces a novel approach for training a quantum image multi-classifier based on the quantum search algorithm. We have meticulously conducted rigorous experiments on a handwritten digit dataset, a classic benchmark in the field. The results have been meticulously compared with previous works, and the comparative analysis not only validates the efficiency of our proposed approach, requiring only O(N/b) measurements during training, but also highlights a significant quadratic speedup of the algorithm.
