以往研究表明,创造性团队中的任务冲突既可能有利于多样化观点的碰撞,扩大知识搜索范围,同时也可能由于带来的负面情绪和人际压力降低了成员的知识共享行为。虽然情景变量可以解释部分原因,然而却忽视了团队冲突背后隐藏的地位追求动机。相对于传统的任务和关系冲突,地位冲突具有零和博弈、关系嵌入型和隐藏性等特点,因而成本更大。有效区分表面冲突背后的地位冲突类型有助于冲突的处理。然而,人们在强调地位的阴暗面的同时,也发现地位竞争的适应功能。问题的关键在于领导者地位竞争的动机和目的。根据地位竞争动机的差异,可以将团队领导方式分为支配型和威望型两种类型,而不同领导方式对于地位冲突处理具有巨大的影响。本文在传统团队冲突对知识分享行为影响的基础上,引入地位冲突和领导方式作为调节变量,构建了一个跨层次的双重调节模型。最后,通过来自某大型传媒集团29支创造性团队的实证调查,对假设进行了检验。数据分析表明,地位冲突负向调节任务冲突对知识共享行为的积极效应,而威望型领导则可以有效缓和地位冲突的负效应。

Broadband and perfect terahertz absorber based on multilayer metamaterial using cross-ring patterned structures is proposed and investigated. The structure of the absorber is double absorption layers consisting of a chromium cross ring and eight isosceles right triangles. The unique structure of the double absorbing layers excites the electric dipole multimode resonance, giving rise to high absorption performance. Meanwhile, the influence of construal parameters on absorber behavior is also discussed. The numerical results show that the absorption achieves over 90% ranging from 2.45 THz to 6.25 THz and 99% absorption in the range of 3.7—5.3 THz. The realization of broadband and perfect absorber is described using the impedance matching principle. It is obviously found that the absorber is insensitive to the high angle of incidence for both transverse electric(TE) and transverse magnetic(TM) polarizations. Compared with the former reports, this absorber has remarkable improved absorption efficiency and smaller period. The terahertz absorber may be found applications in the fields of energy capture and thermal detection.

A Monte-Carlo approach of cellular pattern evolution during directional solidification of a binary alloy has been carried out by imposing a non-uniform probability distribution of particle emission from the particle source, as an approach to the contribution of solute redistribution to the interface evolution. Both the bulk and interface diffusion have been involved in the simulation, and coarsening of the cellular patterns with time has been clearly revealed. The remarkable influence of the interface relaxation and the solute redistribution on the profile bf;solidifying interface has been presented.

玛兴大湾东基性-超基性岩体位于东昆中断裂北侧,紧邻东昆中断裂。岩石富集大离子亲石元素(Rb、K、Sr)、不相容元素(Th、U)和轻稀土元素,相对亏损高场强元素(Nb、Ta、Ti),显示岩浆弧的成分特点。样品Ni的质量分数(191~404)×10^(-6)和Cr的质量分数(401~1 080)×10^(-6)较高。样品Rb/Sr=0.076~0.10,Nb/Ta=14.4~20.4,平均17.4。反映岩浆主要为幔源,地壳物质混入较少。在Hf-Th-Nb、Zr-Ti、ZrY-Nb和Ti-Zr-Sr构造判别图解上,样点均落入岛弧和火山弧岩浆岩区,反映岩石与俯冲带构造的密切联系。1:25万和1:5万区调均显示该岩体成岩时代被认为是泥盆纪,具体构造背景还需进一步研究。岩石Mg~#介于71~75之间,m/f为2.44~2.92。属富含Cu、Ni、PGE岩体类型。样品中普遍有高的Ni,可见砷镍矿和镍华,显示了良好的岩浆型铜镍硫化物矿床的成矿潜力,应开展进一步工作。

Dimeric estradiol enzyme model (2) was synthesized by etherification of 2,4-bis(N-imidazolylmethyl)-17β-estradiol (1) with 1,3-dibromopropane in the presence of anhydrous K2CO3. Hydrolysis of carboxylates and phosphates catalyzed by the model showed Michaelis-Menten kinetic behavior. Hydrophobic interaction between the model and ester accelerates the hydrolysis markedly, rate enhancement of up to 65 and 285 fold, relative to imidazole, is observed.

There are various well described forms of chronic cholestatic jaundice in adults, such as autoimmune cholangitis, drug-induced cholangitis and intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. We present two cases of prolonged cholestasis following removal of gallstones at endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography （ERCP） and subsequent clear cholangiography. Both patients were taking oral estrogens at the time of presentation, which were subsequently withdrawn. The first case responded rapidly to corticosteroid treatment, and the second case had a much slower resolution with ursodeoxycholic acid. Both cases highlighted the significance of estrogen-induced cholestasis in female patients with protracted jaundice following ERCP and removal of intra-ductal stones. After oral estrogens are discontinued, a short course of steroids needs to be considered.

The liquid steel will be leaked from the slit between the bottom of solidification mold and mother sheet during inversion casting process. By substitution of the actual liquid steel, the Ph-Sn alloy and the numerical simulation can be used to study the fluid flow in the inversion solidification mold, the mother sheet critical speed is determined for preventing the leakage from the slit of bottom. When the mother sheet speed is more than 0.06 m/s, Pb-Sn liquid alloy will not leak from the slit of the mold. Otherwise, the Ph-Sn liquid alloy can leak from the slit of the mold.
