Rechargeable Zn-air batteries(ZAB)have drawn extensive attention due to their eco-friendliness and ***,the lack of high-performance and low-cost oxygen redox reactions(OER and ORR)catalysts has become one of the main stumbling blocks in their ***,we successfully fabricate a CoFe nanobubble encapsulated in nitrogen-doped carbon nanocage on wood carbon support(CoFe@NC/WC)via pyrolysis of a novel Prussian blue analog(PBA)/spruce *** hierarchical CoFe@NC/WC catalyst exhibits an excellent potential difference of 0.74 V between the OER potential at 10 mA cm^(-2)and half-wave potential of ORR in 0.1 m KOH,comparable to recently reported preeminent ***,CoFe@NC/WC shows outstanding electrochemical performance in liquid ZAB,with a peak power density of 138.9 mW cm^(-2)and a specific capacity of 763.5 mAh g^(-1).more importantly,a bacterial cellulose nanofiber reinforced polyacrylic acid(BC-PAA)hydrogel electrolyte shows ultrahigh tensile-breaking stress of 1.58 *** conjunction with the as-prepared CoFe@NC/WC catalyst,BC-PAA-based wearable ZAB displays impressive rechargeability and foldability,and can power portable electronics,such as electronic timer and mobile phone,in bent *** work provides a new approach toward high-activity and low-cost catalysts for ZAB.

The quest to increase the performance of production systems that have become complex leads to the transfer to the maintenance function of the responsibility of guaranteeing the availability of such systems. Also, we will never stop saying that maintenance must integrate into all of the company’s initiatives, to affirm its role, which is to ensure greater availability and sustainability of the means of production. The objective of this paper is to evaluate the reliability and availability of a system without knowing the distribution law of the operating times. Among the methods for evaluating dependability criteria (Fault Trees, Petri Nets, etc.), we are interested in queues that have the advantage of taking into account functional dependencies, thus allowing a quantified optimization of maintenance. Indeed, queues make it possible to model parallel or sequential processes, implementing operations taking place at the same time or one after the other, meeting the needs of modeling production systems. The main result of this paper is the study of the influence of availability on the reliability of a multi-state production system.

Effects of hydrogel, bentonite, and biochar as soil amendments on soil hydraulic properties and improving water availability from saturation to oven dryness were investigated. Soils were mixed with hydrogel (0.10%, 0.25%, and 0.50%), bentonite (0.5%, 1.0%, and 2.5%), and biochar (1.0%, 2.5%, and 5.0%) as soil amendments (weight:weight). Three methods (extended multistep outflow (XmSO), evaporation (EVA), and WP4 dewpoint potentiometer) were used to measure soil hydraulic properties from saturation to oven dryness. The cumulative XmSO results were more uniform across all the applied pressure steps for the amended soils. The EVA exhibited a shorter linear decrease during the first evaporation stage and a lower evaporation rate during the second evaporation stage. The WP4 results also exhibited that soil amendments increased the soil water content of the amended soils at low matric potentials. The results of soil water retention curves revealed that the unamended soil retained less water at any matric potential compared to the amended soils. Soil hydraulic conductivity decreased with increasing amount of soil amendments. The saturated hydraulic conductivity was higher for the unamended soil than the soils amended w计h 2.5% bentonite, 0.50% hydrogel, and 5.0% biochar by 11, 3, and 18 times, respectively. These results suggested that soil amendments improved soil water retentivity, which confirmed the appropriateness of these soil amendments for potential use in sandy soil improvements. However, field experiments and economical perception studies should be considered for further investigation.

AIm To investigate the capacity of Saccharomyces cerevisiae(S. cerevisiae) and Saccharomyces boulardii(S. boulardii) yeasts to reverse or to treat acute stress-related intestinal *** Adult Swiss Webster mice were stressed for 1 h in a wire-mesh restraint to induce symptoms of intestinal dysmotility and were subsequently killed by cervical dislocation. Jejunal and colon tissue were excised and placed within a tissue perfusion bath in which S. cerevisiae, S. boulardii, or their supernatants were administered into the lumen. Video recordings of contractility and gut diameter changes were converted to spatiotemporal maps and the velocity, frequency, and amplitude of propagating contractile clusters(PCC) were measured. motility pre- and post-treatment was compared between stressed animals and unstressed controls. RESULTS S. boulardii and S. cerevisiae helped to mediate the effects of stress on the small and large intestine. Restraint stress reduced jejunal transit velocity(mm/s)from 2.635 ± 0.316 to 1.644 ± 0.238, P m 0.032 ± 0.008 to 0.016 ± 0.005, P mm/s) from 0.864 ± 0.183 to 1.432 ± 0.329, P minal application of S. boulardii helped to restore jejunal and colonic velocity towards the unstressed controls; 1.833 ± 0.688 to 2.627 ± 0.664, P most apparent in the jejunum. S. cerevisiae increased PCC velocity in the stressed jejunum from 1.763 ± 0.397 to 2.017 ± 0.48, P = 0.0031 and PCC frequency from 0.016 ± 0.009 to 0.027 ± 0.007, P m 1.647 ± 0.187 to 1.038 ± 0.222, P motility to unstressed values in similar capacity. 在欧洲化的背景下,从发展史的角度对德国的程序权教义学进行反思十分必要.20世纪50年代和60年代,程序是实体法的实现模式,德国的程序权裁判主要限于国家与公民之间的二元法律关系.20世纪70年代,联邦行政法院第四庭针对多元行政法律关系中提出了"全有全无式的"程序权构想.20世纪70和80年代,受联邦宪法法院裁判的影响,德国的程序权保护进入到宪法化阶段.随后,第七庭提出的相对程序权与第四庭提出的绝对程序权融合称为统一的程序权理论.20世纪90年代,行政程序在加速立法中贬值,瑕疵治愈和瑕疵可忽略不计规定逐步扩张.在程序权理论的欧洲化和国际化阶段,欧盟法院慷慨地承认绝对程序权对德国的程序权理论提出了挑战.总体上看,德国程序权教义学所具有的开放性、灵活性和适应性能够有效应对欧盟法的冲击.在德国和欧盟程序法相互趋同的背景下,尽管程序价值有所提升,但原则上仍不存在可独立实施的程序权.

Prevalence of cholelithiasis in patients with chronic inflammatory bowel disease

AIm： To investigate the effect of chronic inflammatory bowel disease （CIBD） specific risk factors for cholecystolithiasis, as duration and involvement pattern of the disease and prior surgery in patients with Crohn＇s disease （CD） and ulcerative colitis （UC）. mETHODS： A total of 222 patients with CD （135 females, 87 males, average age, 35.8±11.8 years; range 17-81 years） and 88 patients with UC （39 females, 49 males; average age, 37.2±13.6 years; range 16-81 years） underwent clinical and ultrasound examinations. Besides age, sex and degree of obesity, patients＇ CIBD specific parameters, including duration and extent of disease and prior operations were documented and evaluated statistically using logistic regression. RESLTLTS： The overall prevalence of gallbladder stone disease in patients with CD was 13% （n = 30）. Only age could be shown to be an independent risk factor （P = 0.014）. Compared to a collective representative for the general population in the same geographic region, the prevalence of cholecystolithiasis was higher in all corresponding age groups. Patients with UC showed an overall prevalence of gallbladder stone disease of only 4.6%. CONCLUSION：Only age but not disease-specific factors such as duration and extent of disease, and prior surgery are independent risk factors for the development of cholecystolithiasis in patients with CIBD.

AIm： To analyse the Chibby expression and its function in colon carcinoma cell lines and colorectal carcinoma （CRC）. mETHODS： Chibby expression levels were investigated by quantitative RT-PCR in a panel of seven different colon carcinoma cell lines. By sequencing, we analysed mutational status of Chibby. To test whether Chibby exhibited effects on β-catenin signalling in colon carcinoma cells, we transfected SW480 cells with Chibby expression plasmid and, subsequently, analysed activity of β-catenin and tested for alterations in cellular phenotype. In addition, we examined Chibby mRNA levels in samples of colorectal carcinomas and adjacent normal tissues by using quantitative RT-PCR and hybridised gene chips with samples from CRC and normal tissues. RESULTS： Chibby mRNA expression was strongly downregulated in colon carcinoma cell lines in comparison to normal colon epithelial cells and no mutation in any of the examined colon carcinoma cell lines was found. Further, we could show that Chibby inhibited β-catenin activity in TOPflash assays when over-expressed in SW480 cells. Proliferation and invasion assays with Chibby transfected SW480 cells did not reveal profound differences compared to control cells. In contrast to these in vitro data, quantitative RT-PCR analyses of Chibby mRNA levels in CRC tumor samples did not show significant differences to specimens in adjacent non-cancerous tissue. Consistent with these findings, gene chips analysing tissue samples of tumors and corresponding normal tissue did not show altered Chibby expressionCONCLUSION： Altered Chibby expression might be observed in vitro in different colon carcinoma cell lines. However, this finding could not be confirmed in vitro in CRC tumors, indicating that Chibby is not likely to promote CRC tumor development or progression.
