Background:The finding of pancreatic cystic lesions(PCL)on incidental imaging is becoming increasingly *** studies report a prevalence of 2.2-44.7%depending on the population,imaging modality and indication for imaging,and the prevalence increases with *** with PCL are at risk of developing pancreatic cancer,a disease with a poor *** publication summarizes recommendations for the diagnosis and management of PCL and post-operative pancreatic exocrine insufficiency(PEI)from a group of local ***:Clinical evidence was consolidated from narrative reviews and consensus statements formulated during two online meetings in March *** expert panel included gastroenterologists,hepatobiliary surgeons,oncologists,radiologists,and ***:Patients with PCL require careful investigation and follow-up due to the risk of malignant transformation of these *** should undergo clinical investigation and pancreas-specific imaging to classify lesions and understand the risk profile of the *** indicated,patients should undergo pancreatectomy to excise *** pancreatectomy,patients are at risk of PEI,leading to gastrointestinal dysfunction and ***,such patients should be monitored for symptoms of PEI,and promptly treated with pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy(PERT).Patients with poor response to PERT may require increases in dose,addition of a proton pump inhibitor,and/or further investigation,including tests for pancreatic *** are also at risk of new-onset diabetes mellitus after pancreatectomy;they should be screened and treated with insulin if ***:These statements are an accurate summary of our approach to the diagnosis and management of patients with PCL and will be of assistance to clinicians treating these patients in a similar clinical landscape.

All-inorganic CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite has attracted widespread attention in photovoltaic and other optoelectronic devices because of its superior thermal ***,the deposition of high-quality solutionprocessed CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite films with large thicknesses remains ***,we develop a triple-component precursor(TCP) by employing lead bromide,lead iodide,and cesium bromide,to replace the most commonly used double-component precursor(DCP) consisting of lead bromide and cesium ***,the TCP system significantly increases the solution concentration to 1.3 M,leading to a larger film thickness(~390 nm) and enhanced light *** resultant CsPbIBr_(2) films were evaluated in planar n-i-p structured solar cells,which exhibit a considerably higher optimal photocurrent density of 11.50 mA cm^(-2) in comparison to that of DCP-based devices(10.69 mA cm^(-2)).By adopting an organic surface passivator,the maximum device efficiency using TCP is further boosted to a record efficiency of 12.8% for CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite solar cells.

The flow field near a spur dike such as down flow and horseshoe vortex system(HVS)are susceptible to the topographic changes in the local scouring process,resulting in variation of the sediment transport with *** this study,large eddy simulations with fixed-bed at different scouring stages were conducted to investigate the changes in flow *** results imply that the bed deformation leads to an increase in flow rate per unit area,which represent the capability of sediment transportation by water,in the scour ***,the intensity of turbulent kinetic energy and bimodal motion near the sand bed induced by the HVS were also ***,the peak moments between the two sediment transport mechanisms were ***,understanding the complex feedback mechanism between topography and flow field is essential for the local scour problem.

Background:Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is associated with impaired renal function,and both diseases often occur alongside other metabolic ***,the prevalence and risk factors for impaired renal function in patients with NAFLD remain *** objective of this study was to identify the prevalence and risk factors for renal impairment in NAFLD ***:All adults aged 18-70 years with ultrasound-diagnosed NAFLD and transient elastography examination from eight Asian centers were enrolled in this prospective *** fibrosis and cirrhosis were assessed by FibroScan-aspartate aminotransferase(FAST),Agile 3+and Agile 4 *** renal function and chronic kidney disease(CKD)were defined by an estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)with value of<90 mL/min/1.73 m^(2) and<60 mL/min/1.73 m^(2),respectively,as estimated by the CKD-Epidemiology Collaboration(CKD-EPI)***:Among 529 included NAFLD patients,the prevalence rates of impaired renal function and CKD were 37.4%and 4.9%,*** multivariate analysis,a moderate-high risk of advanced liver fibrosis and cirrhosis according to Agile 3+and Agile 4 scores were independent risk factors for CKD(P<0.05).Furthermore,increased fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and blood pressure were significantly associated with impaired renal function after controlling for the other components of metabolic syndrome(P<0.05).Compared with patients with normoglycemia,those with prediabetes[FPG≥5.6 mmol/L or hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)≥5.7%]were more likely to have impaired renal function(P<0.05).Conclusions:Agile 3+and Agile 4 are reliable for identifying NAFLD patients with high risk of *** glycemic control in the prediabetic stage might have a potential renoprotective role in these patients.

Inverse aerodynamic design for distributed propulsion wing with expected circulation distribution

Distributed Propulsion wing(DPW)technology offers significant advantages in terms of flight energy savings,but the strong aerodynamic coupling between the propulsive internal flow and aerodynamic external flow brings significant design *** the primary DPW profile design is of great significance,this paper proposes a hybrid method to solve the inverse problem mainly based on the formula relationship between the required aerodynamic loads and the profile shape,which is more direct and instructive compared with traditional parametric iterative *** aerodynamic characteristics are described by the circulation distribution in the Fourier series form,then the mean camber line of the profile is solved through the re-derived airfoil theory considering disk's *** CFD correction methods are also *** validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed hybrid inverse method,several DPW profile design tests are then ***,the relationship between 2D and realistic 3D unit shape is also *** results show that the proposed inverse design method has great accuracy and convergence speed in the design tests,and shows good robustness against changes of the design *** 2D profile shape and the actual 3D shape of DPW unit can establish an aerodynamic-propulsion equivalent relationship based on the same internal mass fluxes.

Design of a Bio-inspired,Two-winged,Flapping-wing Micro Air Vehicle with High-lift Performance

In this paper,we present the development of our latest flapping-wing micro air vehicle(FW-MAV),named Explobird,which features two wings with a wingspan of 195 mm and weighs a mere 25.2 g,enabling it to accomplish vertical take-off and hover *** devised a novel gear-based mechanism for the flapping system to achieve high lift capability and reliability and conducted extensive testing and analysis on the wings to optimise power matching and lift *** Explobird can deliver a peak lift-to-weight ratio of 1.472 and an endurance time of 259 s during hover flight powered by a single-cell LiPo *** the inherent instability of the prototype,we discuss the derivatives of its longitudinal system,underscoring the importance of feedback control,position of the centre of gravity,and increased *** demonstrate the effect of damping enhancement on stability,we also designed a passive stable ***,the vehicle is actively stabilised in roll by adjusting the wing root bars and in pitch through high-authority tail control,whereas yaw is passively *** a series of flight tests,we successfully demonstrate that our prototype can perform vertical take-off and hover flight under wireless *** promising results position the Explobird as a robust vehicle with high lift capability,paving the way towards the use of FW-MAVs for carrying load equipment in multiple tasks.

Variable camber wing technology is one of the important development trends of green aviation at *** smooth,seamless,continuous and adaptive change of wing camber,the aerodynamic performance is improved in achieving increase in lift and reduction in resistance and *** on the aerodynamic validation model CAE-AVM,Chinese Aeronautical Establishment(CAE)has carried out the design and validation of a variable camber wing,proposed an aerodynamic deformation matrix for the leading and trailing edges of aircraft wings in takeoff,landing and cruise *** structures and driving schemes are compared,and several key technology problems of leading and trailing edge deformation are solved.A full-size leading edge wind tunnel test piece with a span of 2.7 m and a trailing edge ground function test piece are *** deformation and shape maintenance capabilities of the leading edge is verified under real wind load conditions,and the load bearing and deformation capabilities of the trailing edge is verified under simulated follow-on *** results indicate that the leading and trailing edges of the variable camber wing can achieve the required deformation angle and have a certain load-bearing *** study can provide some insights into the application of variable camber wing technology for civil aircraft.

Evolution of China's Role in the Structure of Global Carbon Emission Transfers:An Empirical Analysis Based on Network Governance

This paper reconsiders the roles of China and some developed countries in the network of carbon emission transfers via international trade in value added from a new perspective of network *** search intensity(NSI)and the extended gravity model are used with cross-country panel data to analyze the mechanism of China's engagement in network governance of carbon emission *** results show that from 2000 to 2009,China was a net exporter of carbon emissions,even though it shifted from the semi-periphery to the core in the network of carbon emissions embodied in ***,NSI had a significant positive impact on carbon emissions embodied in *** China's important role in the global production network and division of labor,NSI may also affect industrial structure and the quality of the ecological environment to a large *** study analyses the network governance mechanism of China's participation in global carbon *** results suggest that the technical complexity of export products and product heterogeneity do not change the positive impact of NSI on carbon emissions.

Climate warming and the increased demand in air travels motivate the aviation industry to urgently produce technological *** of the most promising innovations is based on the smoothly continuous morphing leading-edge *** study proposes a two-step process for the design of a morphing leading-edge,including the optimization of the outer variable-thickness composite compliant skin and the optimization of the inner kinematic *** the compliant skin design,an optimization of the variable thickness composite skin is proposed based on a laminate continuity model,with laminate continuity constraint and other manufacturing *** laminate continuity model utilizes a guiding sequence and a ply-drop sequence to describe the overall stacking sequence of plies in different thickness regions of the complaint *** the inner kinematic mechanism design,a coupled four-bar linkage system is proposed and optimized to produce specific trajectories at the actuation points on the stringer hats of the compliant skin,which ensures that the compliant skin can be deflected into the aerodynamically optimal ***,a morphing leading-edge is manufactured and *** results are compared with numerical predictions,confirming the feasibility of the morphing leading-edge concept and the overall proposed design approach.
