The complex wiring,bulky data collection devices,and difficulty in fast and on-site data interpretation significantly limit the practical application of flexible strain sensors as wearable *** tackle these challenges,this work develops an artificial intelligenceassisted,wireless,flexible,and wearable mechanoluminescent strain sensor system(AIFWMLS)by integration of deep learning neural network-based color data processing system(CDPS)with a sandwich-structured flexible mechanoluminescent sensor(SFLC)*** SFLC film shows remarkable and robust mechanoluminescent performance with a simple structure for easy *** CDPS system can rapidly and accurately extract and interpret the color of the SFLC film to strain values with auto-correction of errors caused by the varying color temperature,which significantly improves the accuracy of the predicted strain.A smart glove mechanoluminescent sensor system demonstrates the great potential of the AIFWMLS system in human gesture ***,the versatile SFLC film can also serve as a encryption *** integration of deep learning neural network-based artificial intelligence and SFLC film provides a promising strategy to break the“color to strain value”bottleneck that hinders the practical application of flexible colorimetric strain sensors,which could promote the development of wearable and flexible strain sensors from laboratory research to consumer markets.

Experimental Study on Diesel Spray and Flame Asymmetry Characteristics of Dual-Orifice Nozzles for a Medium-Speed Engine

The asymmetry of the multi-orifice spray will cause uneven heat load of the marine diesel engine,thereby affecting its working performance and service ***,an in-depth understanding of the spray and flame characteristics of multi-orifice nozzles will guide the optimization of the nozzle structure,needle design and diesel atomization and combustion *** this reason,four groups of dual-orifice nozzles with different hole diameters(0.1-0.55 mm)and mass flow rates covering the typical marine medium-speed diesel injections are designed and customized,and the constant volume chamber(CVC)with high temperature and pressure is used to simulate the actual in-cylinder working conditions of the diesel engine for the spray visualization *** study the asymmetry of the fuel sprays discharged from a diesel injector,the multi-orifice nozzle is simplified as a dual-orifice nozzle in this *** with X-ray Computed Tomography(CT)imaging technology,the influences of the nozzle internal structure on the spray and flame asymmetry are studied in the constructed supercritical *** is found that the asymmetry of the inlet angle and the equivalent length-diameter ratio is positively correlated with the inconsistency of the dual *** an increase in the injection pressure and nozzle diameter,the asymmetry of the dual spray becomes more pronounced,resulting in greater disparities in the ignition delay times and ignition positions of the two ***,the increase in nozzle diameter also leads to combustion instability,resulting in a flame with a serrated *** the increase of ambient temperature,the proportion of liquid phase in the jet decreases and the relative density of spray front decreases.

为提高多层纤维复合材料构件的拓扑及取向优化效率,解决优化过程中“底切”结构及纤维取向局部最优等数值问题,提出了一种基于敏感度惩罚和聚类算法的快速拓扑及取向优化方法。首先,依据双向渐进优化方法的单元更新特性,对各层单元敏感度数值进行基于层数的惩罚,实现上层材料的优先去除,避免了“底切”结构。其次,利用有限元理论及本构矩阵特性,简化了单元敏感度计算公式,实现优化效率的大幅提升,并以此为基础精简取向优化模型。随后,利用一维聚类算法和过滤算法规避局部最优问题,并获得各单元最优角度,分层应用多维聚类算法得到各层纤维取向分布结果。最后,根据各层纤维取向分布推导出各层铺放路径,通过纤维铺放设备实现优化结果的铺放成型。对比结果表明,所提方法有效解决了优化过程中的数值问题,结构体积率可降至40%,优化效率提高了35.9%,结构刚度提升了17%,推导出的铺放轨迹具有良好的制造可行性。

基于谐波检测的调相机失磁保护研究

首先对现有的调相机失磁保护进行分析,结果表明在系统低电压工况下调相机发生部分失磁故障,现有的失磁保护不能可靠动作,保护存在死区。通过研究调相机失磁后的励磁电流变化规律,得出调相机发生失磁故障后气隙合成磁势中含有高次谐波分量,将在定子绕组中产生对应的谐波电流。在此基础上,提出了一种基于谐波检测的调相机失磁保护方法。利用定子绕组中偶次谐波电流含量构建新的失磁保护策略,解决了系统低电压工况下失磁保护不能识别部分失磁故障的问题。最后,通过PSCAD/EMTDC建立了带有调相机的扎鲁特-青州±800 kV特高压直流输电模型,仿真结果验证了该方案的可行性。

Media based modulation(MBM)is expected to be a prominent modulation scheme,which has access to the high data rate by using radio frequency(RF)mirrors and fewer transmit *** with multiuser multiple input multiple output(MIMO),the MBM scheme achieves better performance than other conventional multiuser MIMO *** this paper,the massive MIMO uplink is considered and a conjunctive MBM transmission scheme for each user is *** conjunctive MBM transmission scheme gathers aggregate MBM signals in multiple continuous time slots,which exploits the structured sparsity of these aggregate MBM *** this kind of scenario,a multiuser detector with low complexity based on the compressive sensing(CS)theory to gain better detection performance is *** detector is developed from the greedy sparse recovery technique compressive sampling matching pursuit(CoSaMP)and exploits not only the inherently distributed sparsity of MBM signals but also the structured sparsity of multiple aggregate MBM *** exploiting these sparsity,the proposed CoSaMP based multiuser detector achieves reliable detection with low *** results demonstrate that the proposed CoSaMP based multiuser detector achieves better detection performance compared with the conventional methods.

Protein acetylation refers to a process of adding acetyl groups(CH3CO-)to lysine residues on protein *** one of the most commonly used protein post-translational modifications,lysine acetylation plays an important role in different *** our study,we developed a humanspecific method which uses a cascade classifier of complexvalued polynomial model(CVPM),combined with sequence and structural feature descriptors to solve the problem of imbalance between positive and negative *** gene expression programming and differential evolution are utilized to search the optimal CVPM *** also made a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the acetylation data and the prediction *** performances of our proposed method are 79.15%in Sp,78.17%in Sn,78.66%in ACC 78.76%in F1,and 0.5733 in MCC,which performs better than other state-of-the-art methods.

Recently, we proposed the use of singular values and singular vectors of the Nye tensor to specify the features of dislocations. To further validate the method in identifying dislocations, the algorithm is applied to detect secondary dislocations in this paper. Different from the perfect and partial dislocations where the reference state is a single crystal, the reference state for detecting secondary dislocations should be a bi-crystal in a coincident coherent state. It is demonstrated that the secondary dislocations in an interface can be correctly identified when the reference state is appropriately selected.
