Animals have evolved sophisticated temperature-sensing systems and mechanisms to detect and respond to ambient temperature changes.As a relict species endemic to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,hot-spring snake(Thermophis baileyi)survived the dramatic changes in climate that occurred during plateau uplift and ice ages,providing an excellent opportunity to explore the evolution of temperature sensation in ectotherms.Based on distributional information and behavioral experiments,we found that T.baileyi prefer hotspring habitats and respond more quickly to warmth than other two snakes,suggesting that T.baileyi may evolve an efficient thermal-sensing system.Using high-quality chromosome-level assembly and comparative genomic analysis,we identified cold acclimation genes experiencing convergent acceleration in high-altitude lineages.We also discovered significant evolutionary changes in thermosensation-and thermoregulation-related genes,including the transient receptor potential(TRP)channels.Among these genes,TRPA1 exhibited three species-specific amino acid replacements,which differed from those found in infrared imaging snakes,implying different temperature-sensing molecular strategies.

Quantum Steganography Application in the Electrical Network for Quantum Image and Watermark with Self-Adaptive

With the development of Globe Energy Internet,quantum steganography has been used for information hiding to improve copyright protection.Based on secure quantum communication protocol,and flexible steganography,secret information is embedded in quantum images in covert communication.Under the premise of guaranteeing the quality of the quantum image,the secret information is transmitted safely with virtue of good imperceptibility.A novel quantum watermark algorithm is proposed in the paper,based on the shared group key value of the communication parties and the transmission of the selected carrier map pixel gray higher than 8 bits.According to the shared group key value of the communication parties,the two effective Bell state qubits of the carried quantum streak image are replaced with secret information.Compared with the existing algorithms,the new algorithm improves the robustness of the secret information itself and the execution efficiency of its embedding and extraction.Experimental simulation and performance analysis also show that the novel algorithm has an excellent performance in transparency,robustness and embedded capacity.

A novel pathogen Fusarium cuneirostrum causing common bean(Phaseolus vulgaris)root rot in China

Several fungal pathogens cause root rot of common bean,among which Fusarium spp.are the most common pathogens causing Fusarium root rot(FRR)worldwide.FRR has been becoming an increasingly severe disease of common bean in China,but the species of Fusarium spp.have remained unclear.Thus,this study was performed to identify the pathogen causing common bean root rot in Liangcheng County,Inner Mongolia,China.Nineteen Fusarium-like isolates were obtained after pathogen isolation and purification.The pathogenicity test indicated that eight isolates caused severe disease symptoms on common bean,while 11 other isolates were not pathogenic.The eight pathogenic isolates,FCL1–FCL8,were identified as Fusarium cuneirostrum by morphological characterization and phylogenetic analysis using partial sequences of EF-1α,ITS,28S,and IGS regions.Host range test showed that the representative F.cuneirostrum isolate FCL3 was also pathogenic to mung bean,while not pathogenic to adzuki bean,chickpea,cowpea,faba bean,pea,and soybean.Moreover,50 common bean and 50 mung bean cultivars were screened for resistance to FRR,and seven highly resistant or resistant cultivars of common bean were identified,while no resistant cultivars of mung bean were screened.This study revealed that F.cuneirostrum was one of common bean FRR pathogens in Inner Mongolia and it could induce mung bean root rot as well.To our knowledge,this is the first report of F.cuneirostrum causing FRR of common bean in China.

以206份瓠瓜种质资源为试材,测定了其28项品质性状相关指标,并进行了相关性分析、因子分析和聚类分析,建立了基于因子分析的瓠瓜果实品质综合评估模型,并根据综合得分排序了优良度,结合二维排序图,筛选获得高品质种质材料。结果表明:206份瓠瓜种质材料28项果实品质性状指标变异程度不同,变异系数在2.71%~63.60%。变异系数最大的是游离谷氨酸(Glu)含量,变异系数最小的为含水量,不同品质指标间均存在不同程度的相关性。因子分析筛选出9个公因子,累计方差贡献率为86.78%,其中第1公因子的贡献率为38.46%,主要集中于游离氨基酸类。根据相关性分析和聚类分析结果,以指标避免重复和简单易用为原则,将指标简化为肉厚、可溶性固形物含量、硬度、Glu含量、蛋白质含量这5项代表性指标,并综合评估了206份瓠瓜种质材料的果实品质。本研究结果为后续瓠瓜高品质优良品种的选育提供材料和依据。

解决铜基触点材料因易氧化而生成不导电物质导致触点失效的关键在于提高材料的导电性能,基于导电陶瓷La_(2)NiO_(4)因其具有导电性能,论文采用溶胶凝胶法制备获得了导电陶瓷La_(2)NiO_(4)粉体,用粉末冶金法制备出致密Cu/La_(2)NiO_(4)复合材料并进行微观形貌观察和物相分析。经过电弧烧蚀后,观察表面烧蚀形貌,探讨氧化层的微观组织,并进行温升测试。研究结果表明,电弧烧蚀后的Cu/La_(2)NiO_(4)复合材料表面有裂纹并且触点表面有多种侵蚀形貌特征并存,氧化层可能因接触力的作用而脱落以提高导电性能。本论文的研究工作表明,采用铜掺杂导电陶瓷La_(2)NiO_(4)的方法,可以有效提高电触点材料电弧烧蚀后的导电性。

随着设施农业的不断发展,亟需选育出符合设施栽培的耐低温弱光丝瓜新品种,种质资源的耐低温弱光鉴定评价可为新品种选育奠定重要的材料基础。基于此,该研究利用智能人工气候室模拟低温弱光环境,对192份丝瓜种质资源开展耐低温弱光性鉴定,通过冷害分级、冷害指数、相对电导率等指标开展鉴定评价。结果表明,192份丝瓜种质资源的冷害指数范围为35.00%~92.86%,平均冷害指数为61.98%,变异系数为19.50%;相对电导率范围为10.39%~82.00%,平均相对电导率为49.18%,变异系数为24.80%。结合冷害指数(≤45%)和相对电导率(≤30%),筛选出耐低温弱光的丝瓜种质资源11份。将192份种质资源的冷害指数(y)与相对电导率(x)进行相关性分析,二者呈极显著正相关,并获得线性方程y=0.892x+0.1811(R^(2)=0.8101)。研究结果可为丝瓜种质资源耐低温弱光鉴定评价及耐低温弱光新品种选育奠定重要的理论和材料基础。

Boosting MA-based two-dimensional Ruddlesden-Popper perovskite solar cells by incorporating a binary spacer

Two-dimensional Ruddlesden-Popper（2DRP） perovskite exhibits excellent stability in perovskite solar cells（PSCs） due to introducing hydrophobic long-chain organic spacers.However,the poor charge transporting property of bulky organic cation spacers limits the performance of 2DRP PSCs.Inspired by the Asite cation alloying strategy in 3D perovskites,2DRP perovskites with a binary spacer can promote charge transporting compared to the unary spacer counterparts.Herein,the superior MA-based 2DRP perovskite films with a binary spacer,including 3-guanidinopropanoic acid（GPA） and 4-fluorophenethylamine（FPEA） are realized.These films(GPA0.85FPEA0.15)2MA4Pb5I16show good morphology,large grain size,decreased trap state density,and preferential orientation of the as-prepared film.Accordingly,the present 2DRP-based PSC with the binary spacer achieves a remarkable efficiency of 18.37% with a VOCof1.15 V,a JSCof 20.13 mA cm-2,and an FF of 79.23%.To our knowledge,the PCE value should be the highest for binary spacer MA-based 2DRP（n ≤ 5） PSCs to date.Importantly,owing to the hydrophobic fluorine group of FPEA and the enhanced interlayer interaction by FPEA,the unencapsulated 2DRP PSCs based on binary spacers exhibit much excellent humidity stability and thermal stability than the unary spacer counterparts.
