The research of complex networks facilitates the progress of various disciplines,including biology,chemistry,social science,computer,and communication engineering.Recently,it is popular to utilize complex networks to study the communication networks,such as designing efficient routing strategies and robust communication networks.However,exploiting the advantages of communication networks to investigate networks in various disciplines beyond telecommunications is still in infancy.Because of this situation,this paper proposes an information-defined network(IDN)framework by which a complex network can be abstracted as a communication network associated with multiple intelligent agents.Specifically,each component and dynamic process in this framework can be defined by information.We show that the IDN framework promotes the research of unsolved problems in the current complex network field,especially for detecting new interaction types in realworld networks.

理论建构是学科发展的基石,科学化是理论建构的必由之路。运动训练学科学化是提高运动训练质量和效益的科学研究活动和技术应用活动,以完善运动训练的知识体系和学科发展为价值导向,以运动训练学的历史、理论与实践为底层逻辑,围绕“为何训与练”“训与练什么”“训与练多少”“怎么训与练”“训与练如何”五大根本问题确立运动训练原理原则、内容选择与组合、手段与方法运用、负荷设计与控制、计划与过程组织、训练过程监控与效果评价等边界与范畴。在当代国际竞技体育发展和“三大体系”建立的时代需求之下,运动训练学科学化应围绕“训”与“练”的科学化核心问题,夯实基础理论研究,坚持理念和理论、方法与制度的创新,践行跨学科综合研究,营造和净化学术生态。运动训练学科学化的追求应全方位关照运动训练实践和理论中的重大与紧迫问题,调整当下运动训练学研究实证化倾向,呼唤人文社会科学取向的运动训练学回归,建立运动训练学学科的科学与人文融合体。

Interference cancellation scheme without feedback is proposed for X channels with four antennas at each user. Space-time codeword with Alamouti structure is designed for each user. Codewords are combined according a certain rule. The unwanted codewords are cancelled by linear operation on the received signals. Then, multi-user interference is mitigated by the orthogonal property of the Alamouti code. Comparing with the existing scheme for the same scene, feedback information is not required in the proposed scheme. So the transmission efficiency is improved.

目的:分析接受植入型心律转复除颤器(implantable cardioverter defibrillator,ICD)二级预防的缺血性心肌病(ischemic cardiomyopathy,ICM)患者复发性室性快速心律失常(ventricular tachyarrhythmia,VTA)的临床预测因素。方法:回顾性纳入我院2013年1月至2018年12月期间,接受ICD二级预防的88例ICM幸存患者。收集患者基线资料,观察患者随访5年内复发性室性心动过速(ventricular tachycardia,VT)/心室颤动(ventricular fibrillation,VF)的发生情况。结果:单因素Cox回归分析结果显示,患者随访5年时发生复发性VT/VF的影响因素包括血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂/血管紧张素受体阻滞药的使用情况(HR=0.334,95%CI:0.159~0.705,P=0.004)以及左心室舒张末期容积(left ventricular end-diastolic volume,LVEDV)(HR=1.006,95%CI:1.002~1.011,P=0.006)。多因素Cox回归分析结果显示ACEI/ARB的使用情况以及LVEDV是影响患者随访5年时发生复发性VT/VF的独立临床因素(P163.5 mL的患者1年内复发性VTA发生率较高[LVEDV>163.5 mL vs.≤163.5 mL;37.9%(11/29)vs.7.1%(2/28);χ^(2)=7.670,P=0.006]。结论:LVEDV扩大可作为ICM患者随访5年内发生复发性VT/VF的独立预测因素。

Lightweight and high-toughness carbon fiber/phenolic ablator(CFPA)is required as the Thermal Protection System(TPS)material of aerospace vehicles for next-generation space missions.To improve the ablative properties,silica sol with good particle size distribution prepared using tetramethoxysilane(TMOS)was blended with natural rubber latex and deposited onto carbon fiber felt,which was then integrated with phenolic aerogel matrix,introducing nano-silica into the framework of CFPA.The modified CFPA with a low density of 0.28—0.31 g/cm3exhibits strain-in-fracture as high as 31.2%and thermal conductivity as low as 0.054 W/(m·K).Furthermore,a trace amount of nano-silica could effectively protect CFPA from erosion of oxidizing atmosphere in different high-temperature environments.The oxyacetylene ablation test of 3000°C for 20 s shows a mass ablation rate of 0.0225 g/s,a linear ablation rate of 0.209 mm/s for the modified CFPA,which are 9.64%and 24.82%lower than the unmodified one.Besides,the long-time butane ablation test of 1200°C for 200 s shows an insignificant recession with mass and linear ablation rate of 0.079 g/s and 0.039 mm/s,16.84%and 13.33%lower than the unmodified one.Meanwhile,the fixed thermocouple in the test also demonstrates a good thermal insulation performance with a low peak back-face temperature of 207.7°C,12.25%lower than the unmodified one.Therefore,the nano-silica modified CFPA with excellent overall performance presents promising prospects in high-temperature aerospace applications.

Pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PDAC)is one of the most deadly cancers,characterized by extremely limited therapeutic options and a poor prognosis,as it is often diagnosed during late disease stages.Innovative and selective treatments are urgently needed,since current therapies have limited efficacy and significant side effects.Through proteomics analysis of extracellular vesicles,we discovered an imbalanced distribution of amino acids secreted by PDAC tumor cells.Our findings revealed that PDAC cells preferentially excrete proteins with certain preferential amino acids,including isoleucine and histidine,via extracellular vesicles.These amino acids are associated with disease progression and can be targeted to elicit selective toxicity to PDAC tumor cells.Both in vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrated that supplementation with these specific amino acids effectively eradicated PDAC cells.Mechanistically,we also identified XRN1 as a potential target for these amino acids.The high selectivity of this treatment method allows for specific targeting of tumor metabolism with very low toxicity to normal tissues.Furthermore,we found this treatment approach is easy-to-administer and with sustained tumor-killing effects.Together,our findings reveal that exocytosed amino acids may serve as therapeutic targets for designing treatments of intractable PDAC and potentially offer alternative treatments for other types of cancers.

The monkeypox virus(MPXV)has triggered a current outbreak globally.Genome sequencing of MPXV and rapid tracing of genetic variants will benefit disease diagnosis and control.It is a significant challenge but necessary to optimize the strategy and application of rapid full-length genome identification and to track variations of MPXV in clinical specimens with low viral loads,as it is one of the DNA viruses with the largest genome and the most AT-biased,and has a significant number of tandem repeats.Here we evaluated the performance of metagenomic and amplicon sequencing techniques,and three sequencing platforms in MPXV genome sequencing based on multiple clinical specimens of five mpox cases in Chinese mainland.We rapidly identified the full-length genome of MPXV with the assembly of accurate tandem repeats in multiple clinical specimens.Amplicon sequencing enables cost-effective and rapid sequencing of clinical specimens to obtain high-quality MPXV genomes.Third-generation sequencing facilitates the assembly of the terminal tandem repeat regions in the monkeypox virus genome and corrects a common misassembly in published sequences.Besides,several intra-host single nucleotide variations were identified in the first imported mpox case.This study offers an evaluation of various strategies aimed at identifying the complete genome of MPXV in clinical specimens.The findings of this study will significantly enhance the surveillance of MPXV.
