A new type of shale oil in alkaline lacustrine sediments has been discovered in the Late Paleozoic Fengcheng Formation,Mahu Sag,Junggar Basin,*** fine-grained sedimentary rocks deposited in this alkaline lacustrine environment can be divided into four types and eight sub-types:mudstone(with no alkali minerals),including massive dolomitic mudstone,and massive and laminated calcareous mudstone;dolomite,including massive argillaceous dolomite(with alkali minerals),and massive and laminated argillaceous dolomite(with no alkali minerals);evaporites;and pyroclastic *** massive argillaceous dolomite(with alkali minerals)and pyroclastic rocks have the highest shale oil potential,with average oil saturation index(OSI)values of 344.67 and 124.65 mg HC/g TOC,*** oil exploration in the representative well MY1 indicates that the Fengcheng Formation is thick and contains abundant natural fractures,brittle minerals,and mobile *** entire Fengcheng Formation is oilbearing and contains three concentrated stratigraphic intervals of shale oil(i.e.,sweet spots).Well MY1 indicates that,compared with source rocks developed in marine and sulfate-type saline basins,the fine-grained sedimentary rocks deposited in alkaline lacustrine environments can also have high shale oil *** co-existence and regular distribution of conventional and unconventional reservoirs in the Fengcheng Formation indicate that it is an ideal exploration target for multiple resource types.

A novel red long-lasting phosphor, （YxGd1-x）2O3：Eu3＋, Sm3＋, Si4＋, Mg2＋, was synthesized by the co-precipitation method using oxalate precipitation as the precursor. X-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electronic microscopy （SEM）, integrated thermal analyzer （TG）, and photoluminescence spectra （PL） as well as the ST-900PM weak light photometer were used to study the synthesis conditions, morphology, luminescence properties, and the decay time of the phosphor. The XRD results show that the products synthesized at 1400~C for 4 h have good crystallization without any detectable impurity phases. Based on the PL spectra, the optimal conditions are as the following. The molar ratios of Y3＋ to Gd3＋ and Eu3＋ to Sm3＋ are 2：8 and 3：1, respectively, and the contents of Mg2＋ and SiO2 are 5mol% and 3mol%, respectively. The decay time monitored by the ST-900PM weak light photometer is 7200 s, increasing 44% and 100%, respectively, compared with the Eu3＋ and Sm3＋ single-doped phosphors. The results indicate that the energy transfer is from Sm3＋ to Eu3＋ ion, and Sm3＋ is a good sensitizer to Eu3＋.

Two compositions of CuPd-V system filler alloy were designed for joining the Cf/SiBCN composite. Their dynamic wettability on the Cf/SiBCN composite was studied with the sessile drop method. The CuPd-8 V alloy exhibited a contact angle of 57° after holding at 1170℃ for 30 min, whereas for CuPd-13 V alloy,a lower contact angle of 28°can be achieved after heating at 1200 ℃ for 20 min. Sound Cf/SiBCN joints were successfully produced using the latter filler alloy under the brazing condition of（1170-1230）℃for 10 min. The results showed that the active element V strongly diffused to the surface of Cf/SiBCN composite, with the formation of V2 C/VN reaction layer. The microstructure in the central part of the joint brazed at 1200 ℃ was characterized by the V2 C/VN particles distributing scatteringly in CuPd matrix. The corresponding joints showed the maximum three-point bend strength of 82.4 MPa at room *** the testing temperature was increased to 600 0 C, the joint strength was even elevated to 108.8 ***, the joints exhibited the strength of 92.4 MPa and 39.8 MPa at 800 ℃ and 900 ℃, respectively.

The gut microbiome interacts with the host to maintain body homeostasis,with gut microbial dysbiosis implicated in many ***,the underlying mechanisms of gut microbe regulation of host behavior and brain functions remain *** study aimed to elucidate the influence of gut microbiota on brain functions via post-translational modification mechanisms in the presence or absence of bacteria without any *** conducted succinylome analysis of hippocampal proteins in germ-free(GF)and specific pathogen-free(SPF)mice and metagenomic analysis of feces from SPF *** results were integrated with previously reported hippocampal acetylome and phosphorylome data from the same batch of *** bioinformatics analyses revealed 584 succinylation sites on 455 proteins,including 54 up-regulated succinylation sites on 91 proteins and 99 down-regulated sites on 51 proteins in the GF mice compared to the SPF *** constructed a panoramic map of gut microbiota-regulated succinylation,acetylation,and phosphorylation,and identified cross-talk and relative independence between the different types of post-translational modifications in modulating complicated intracellular *** correlation analysis indicated that 13 taxa,predominantly belonging to the Bacteroidetes phylum,were correlated with the biological functions of post-translational *** correlations between these taxa and succinylation and negative correlations between these taxa and acetylation were identified in the modulation of intracellular *** study highlights the hippocampal physiological changes induced by the absence of gut microbiota,and proteomic quantification of succinylation,phosphorylation,and acetylation,contributing to our understanding of the role of the gut microbiome in brain function and behavioral phenotypes.
