Water-soluble three-dimensional porous supramolecular organic frameworks（SOFs） have been demonstrated as a new generation of homogeneous polycationic platforms for anti-cancer drug *** new SOF drug delivery systems（sof-DDSs） can adsorb dianionic pemetrexed（PMX）,a clinically used chemotherapeutic agent instantaneously upon dissolving in water,which is driven by both electrostatic attraction and *** in situ-prepared PMX@SOFs are highly stable and can avoid important release of the drug during plasm circulation and overcome the multidrug resistance of human breast MCF-7/Adr cancer cells to enter the cancer *** microenvironment of cancer cells promotes the release of the drug in cancer *** in vitro and in vivo studies have revealed that sofDDSs considerably improve the treatment efficacy of PMX,leading to 6-12-fold reduction of the IC50 values,as compared with that of PMX *** new drug delivery strategy omits the loading process required by most of reported nanoparticle-based delivery systems and thus holds promise for future development of low-cost drug delivery systems

Over the past 14 years,the efficiency of perovskite solar cells has surged from 3.8% to 26.7%[1],establishing it as an unrivaled choice for next-generation ***,maintaining the long-term stability of perovskite solar modules(PSMs)remains a *** particular,the thermal-and light-induced changes in crystal structure,composition,and optoelectronic properties are the primary causes of device degradation,currently considered the Achilles’heel that hinders its commercialization[2–4].Now,writing in Science,Ding et al.[5]achieve a milestone by overcoming the thermal-and light-induced degradation,rendering the PSM with a record efficiency of 23.2% and a T80(time to 20% efficiency loss)over 4,000 h at 85℃ and 85%relative humidity(RH)under light *** key behind this milestone is to utilize the cation reactivity to in-situ form methyl tetrahydrotriazinium([MTTZ]+,a new cation)and dimethylammonium([DMA]+)in precursor solution(Figure 1a).These cations remarkably modulate perovskite crystallization and stabilize the perovskite.

ChatGPT is a powerful artificial intelligence(AI)language model that has demonstrated significant improvements in various natural language processing(NLP) tasks. However, like any technology, it presents potential security risks that need to be carefully evaluated and addressed. In this survey, we provide an overview of the current state of research on security of using ChatGPT, with aspects of bias, disinformation, ethics, misuse,attacks and privacy. We review and discuss the literature on these topics and highlight open research questions and future *** this survey, we aim to contribute to the academic discourse on AI security, enriching the understanding of potential risks and mitigations. We anticipate that this survey will be valuable for various stakeholders involved in AI development and usage, including AI researchers, developers, policy makers, and end-users.

Quantum metrology with optimal control under an arbitrary non-Markovian bosonic environment

Finding the optimal control is of importance to quantum metrology under a noisy *** this paper, we tackle the problem of finding the optimal control to enhance the performance of quantum metrology under an arbitrary non-Markovian bosonic environment. By introducing an equivalent pseudomode model, the non-Markovian dynamic evolution is reduced to a lindblad master equation, which helps us to calculate the gradient of quantum Fisher information and perform the gradient ascent algorithm to find the optimal control. Our approach is accurate and circumvents the need for the Born–Markovian approximation. As an example, we consider the frequency estimation of a spin with pure dephasing under two types of non-Markovian environments. By maximizing the quantum Fisher information at a fixed evolution time, we obtain the optimal multi-axis control, which results in a notable enhancement in quantum metrology. The advantage of our method lies in its applicability to the arbitrary non-Markovian bosonic environment.

Fine-grained sediments are widely distributed and constitute the most abundant component in sedimentary systems, thus the research on their genesis and distribution is of great significance. In recent years, fine-grained sediment gravity-flows(FGSGF) have been recognized as an important transportation and depositional mechanism for accumulating thick successions of fine-grained sediments. Through a comprehensive review and synthesis of global research on FGSGF deposition, the characteristics,depositional mechanisms, and distribution patterns of fine-grained sediment gravity-flow deposits(FGSGFD) are discussed, and future research prospects are clarified. In addition to the traditionally recognized low-density turbidity current and muddy debris flow, wave-enhanced gravity flow, lowdensity muddy hyperpycnal flow, and hypopycnal plumes can all form widely distributed FGSGFD. At the same time, the evolution of FGSGF during transportation can result in transitional and hybrid gravityflow deposits. The combination of multiple triggering mechanisms promotes the widespread development of FGSGFD, without temporal and spatial limitations. Different types and concentrations of clay minerals, organic matters, and organo-clay complexes are the keys to controlling the flow transformation of FGSGF from low-concentration turbidity currents to high-concentration muddy debris flows. Further study is needed on the interaction mechanism of FGSGF caused by different initiations, the evolution of FGSGF with the effect of organic-inorganic synergy, and the controlling factors of the distribution patterns of FGSGFD. The study of FGSGFD can shed some new light on the formation of widely developed thin-bedded siltstones within shales. At the same time, these insights may broaden the exploration scope of shale oil and gas, which have important geological significances for unconventional shale oil and gas.

BACKGROUND Stoma creation is a common procedure in colorectal cancer surgery,however,stoma-related complications remain a significant *** To investigate the incidence,types,and risk factors of stoma-related complications in colorectal cancer patients who underwent stoma *** Patients with stoma was prospectively recorded in the established stoma *** was collected from this stoma management system from November 2021 through May *** rates of stoma-related complications were assessed,and potential risk factors were analyzed using univariate and multivariate logistic regression *** A total of 734 patients were included in the *** results showed that 12.3%of patients experienced stoma-related complications,with mucocutaneous separation,edema,and skin excoriation being the most common *** majority(90%)of complications were classified as grade 2 according to the Clavien-Dindo *** factors,such as blood loss volume greater than 500 mL and open surgery,were significantly associated with stoma ***,stoma features like location,shape,color,height,and edema were important factors in the association with *** mass index over 30 kg/m²was also found to be a significant risk *** These findings highlight the need for a holistic approach to preventing and managing stoma complications,considering both patient-related and surgical factors.

Background:The prognostic significance of the chemokine receptor CCR7 in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)has been reported ***,the detailed mechanisms of CCR7 in DLBCL,particularly regarding its interaction with lenalidomide treatment,are not fully ***:Our study utilized bioinformatics approaches to identify hub genes in SU-DHL-2 cell lines treated with lenalidomide compared to control *** data and clinical information from 122 patients with DLBCL were analyzed to assess the correlation of CCR7 and p-ERK1/2 expression with the prognosis of ***,in vitro and in vivo experiments were conducted to clarify the role of CCR7 in the response of DLBCL to lenalidomide ***:Our bioinformatics analysis pinpointed CCR7 as a hub gene in the context of lenalidomide treatment in ***,31.14%and 36.0%(44/122)of DLBCL cases showed positive expression for CCR7 and ERK1/2 respectively,establishing them as independent prognostic factors for adverse outcomes in DLBCL via multivariate Cox regression ***,our studies demonstrated that the external application of the protein CCL21 promoted proliferation,migration,invasion,and activation of the ERK1/2 pathway in SU-DHL-2 and OCI-LY3 cell lines with high levels of CCR7 *** effect was mitigated by CCR7 silencing through siRNA,application of ERK inhibitors,or lenalidomide *** vivo experiments reinforced the efficacy of lenalidomide,significantly reducing tumor growth rate,tumor mass,serum total LDH levels,and expression of CCR7 and p-ERK1/2 in a SUDHL-2 xenograft model in nude mice(p<0.05).Conclusion:Our study clarifies the potential role of the CCL21/CCR7/ERK1/2 axis in the therapeutic effects of lenalidomide in DLBCL treatment.

Dear Editor,This letter studies the bipartite consensus tracking problem for heterogeneous multi-agent systems with actuator faults and a leader's unknown time-varying control input. To handle such a problem, the continuous fault-tolerant control protocol via observer design is developed. In addition, it is strictly proved that the multi-agent system driven by the designed controllers can still achieve bipartite consensus tracking after faults occur.
