A nanodiamond with an embedded nitrogen-vacancy(NV)center is one of the experimental systems that can be coherently manipulated within current *** between NV center electron spin and mechanical rotation of the nanodiamond plays a fundamental role in building a quantum network connecting these microscopic and mesoscopic degrees of *** we present a protocol to asymptotically prepare a highly entangled state of the total quantum angular momentum and electron spin by adiabatically boosting the external magnetic field.

本文利用全国261个市2010—2014年的面板数据进行工具变量和双向固定效应模型分析,探究普通高等教育规模的变化对地级市旅游经济的影响及其作用机制,并进一步从地理区位的角度进行异质性分析。研究发现:(1)普通高等教育规模扩张显著地促进了地级市旅游经济的增长;(2)普通高等教育规模对旅游经济发展的推动作用在西部和中部地区较为显著,而在东部地区的作用并不明显。研究结果可为政府教育投资决策和各项政策制定提供理论依据。

Future Sixth-Generation (6G) mobile communication networks extremely require the global connectivity and the ground Base Stations (BSs) are difficult to develop in some specific areas,such as mountainous ***,the aerial networks are the key framework for the future communications,in which the aerial vehicle could act as the access ***,Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) is also essential to enhance the data processing capabilities of aerial *** this paper,we study a comprehensive communication-computation resource management problem for jointly optimizing user pairing,power and time allocation in the MEC aided Cognitive Radio (CR) aerial networks,namely CR-MEC aerial ***,this multilevel optimization problem could be decomposed into the user pairing and power allocation as well as time allocation *** the conceived CR-MEC aerial networks,we propose a User Pairing and Computation Offloading Management Algorithm (UPCOMA) based on three-sided matching theory,aiming to minimize the system’s energy *** the first step of UPCOMA,multiple Primary Users (PUs) and Cognitive Users (CUs) on the ground negotiate to each other with the suitable power allocation coefficients and construct the stable user ***,the stable user pairs would match to a high altitude platform who act as the base station,which is for appropriately allocating Transmission Time Slots (TSs) at the second step of ***,a hybrid offloading mode is proposed in our conceived networks in order to support ground users to offload their tasks adaptively according to their individual ***,the simulation results reveal that the relative performance of UPCOMA is close to that of the Brute-Force Search Algorithm (BFSA) with low ***,the hybrid offloading mode with less energy consumption supports much more ground user pairs to offload tasks compared to the binary mode.

目的探讨HIV-1重组抗原捕获酶联免疫试验(RAg-CEIA)在哨点监测人群HIV-1新发感染检测中的应用价值。方法针对云南省2015年艾滋病哨点监测人群，选择HIV-1抗体确证阳性血浆样本中符合新发感染检测标准的样本，使用HIV-1 RAg-CEIA进行... 详细信息

目的探讨HIV-1重组抗原捕获酶联免疫试验(RAg-CEIA)在哨点监测人群HIV-1新发感染检测中的应用价值。方法针对云南省2015年艾滋病哨点监测人群，选择HIV-1抗体确证阳性血浆样本中符合新发感染检测标准的样本，使用HIV-1 RAg-CEIA进行检测。通过标准化光密度(ODn)值识别HIV-1新近感染者，再估算人群的HIV-1新发感染率，比较HIV-1 RAg-CEIA与BED捕获酶联免疫试验(BED-CEIA)和限制性抗原亲和力酶联免疫试验(LAg-Avidity EIA)所得的检测和分析数据。结果纳入研究的哨点监测血浆样本共计51 313份，其中HIV-1抗体阳性1 255份，应进行新发感染检测373份，实检测253份。使用HIV-1 RAg-CEIA、BED-CEIA和LAg-Avidity EIA检出的HIV-1新近感染样本数分别为88、78和54份，估算哨点监测人群新发感染率分别为0.33%(95%CI:0.26%～0.39%)、0.31%(95%CI:0.24%～0.38%)和0.31%(95%CI:0.22%～0.39%),三者之间两两比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.927)。在6类亚人群中，男男性行为者(MSM)的新发感染率可估算，分别为3.50%(95%CI:2.48%～4.52%)、3.92%(95%CI:2.76%～5.08%)和4.17%(95%CI:2.79%～5.55%),三者之间两两比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.763)。HIV-1 RAg-CEIA与BED-CEIA和LAg-Avidity EIA的样本检测ODn值均呈线性相关(Spearman相关系数分别为0.911、0.755)。结论 HIV-1 RAg-CEIA可以有效用于新近感染识别和新发感染率估算，提示该方法在HIV-1新发感染检测中具有良好的应用前景。

Motivated by the recent experimental developments in ultracold molecules and atoms,we propose a simple theoretical model to address the disassociation,reflection,and transmission probability of a one-dimensional cold molecule via quantum ***,we show the Born approximation results in the weak interaction ***,by employing the lippmann-Schwinger equation,we give the numerical solution and investigate the disassociation’s dependence on the injection momentum and the interaction *** find that the maximum disassociation rate has a limit when increasing the interaction strengths and injection *** expect that our model can be realized in experiments in the near future.

The li-Mg-B-H composite(2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2))has a high capacity of 11.4 wt%as a hydrogen storage ***,the slow kinetics and poor cycling stability severely restrict its practical *** this work,a layered Nb_(2)C MXene was first synthesized and then introduced to tailor the kinetics and cycling stability of the li-Mg-B-H *** milled 2liH+MgB_(2)composites were initially hydrogenated to obtain the 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2)*** 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2)+5wt%Nb_(2)C can release 9.0 wt%H_(2)in 30 min at 400℃,while it is only 2.7 wt%for the undoped 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2).The dehydrogenation activation energies of MgH_(2)and liBH_(4)are 123 and 154 kJ·mol^(-1)respectively for the 5 wt%Nb_(2)C-doped composite,lower than the undoped composite(164 and 165 kJ·mol^(-1)).The 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2)+5 wt%Nb_(2)C possesses excellent cycling stability,with the reversible capacity only slightly reduced from 9.4 wt%for the 1st cycle to 9.3 wt%for the 20th ***_(2)C keeps stable in the composite and acts as an efficient catalyst for the li-Mg-B-H *** is believed that both the layered structure and the active Nb element contribu te to the enhanced hydrogen storage performances of the li-Mg-B-H *** work confirms that the Nb_(2)C MXene with layered stru cture has a significant enhancing impact on the li-Mg-B-H hydrogen storage materials,which is different from the bulk NbC.

Activation of the NOD-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome signaling pathway is an important mechanism underlying myocardial pyroptosis and plays an important role in inflammatory damage to myocardial tissue in patients with cardiovascular diseases(CVDs),such as diabetic cardiomyopathy,ischemia/reperfusion injury,myocardial infarction,heart failure and *** RNAs(nc RNAs)are important regulatory *** Chinese medicine(CM)compounds,including their effective components,can regulate pyroptosis and exert myocardium-protecting *** mechanisms underlying this protection include inhibition of inflammasome protein expression,Toll-like receptor 4–NF-κB signal pathway activation,oxidative stress,endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS),and mixed lineage kinase 3 expression and the regulation of silent information regulator *** NLRP3 protein is an important regulatory target for CVD prevention and treatment with *** the effects of the interventions mediated by CM and the related mechanisms provides new ideas and perspectives for CVD prevention and treatment.
