The li-Mg-B-H composite(2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2))has a high capacity of 11.4 wt%as a hydrogen storage ***,the slow kinetics and poor cycling stability severely restrict its practical *** this work,a layered Nb_(2)C MXene was first synthesized and then introduced to tailor the kinetics and cycling stability of the li-Mg-B-H *** milled 2liH+MgB_(2)composites were initially hydrogenated to obtain the 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2)*** 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2)+5wt%Nb_(2)C can release 9.0 wt%H_(2)in 30 min at 400℃,while it is only 2.7 wt%for the undoped 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2).The dehydrogenation activation energies of MgH_(2)and liBH_(4)are 123 and 154 kJ·mol^(-1)respectively for the 5 wt%Nb_(2)C-doped composite,lower than the undoped composite(164 and 165 kJ·mol^(-1)).The 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2)+5 wt%Nb_(2)C possesses excellent cycling stability,with the reversible capacity only slightly reduced from 9.4 wt%for the 1st cycle to 9.3 wt%for the 20th ***_(2)C keeps stable in the composite and acts as an efficient catalyst for the li-Mg-B-H *** is believed that both the layered structure and the active Nb element contribu te to the enhanced hydrogen storage performances of the li-Mg-B-H *** work confirms that the Nb_(2)C MXene with layered stru cture has a significant enhancing impact on the li-Mg-B-H hydrogen storage materials,which is different from the bulk NbC.

Effect of TiO_(2) addition on microstructures and properties of Mgo-Cao refractory aggregates

A nonlinear dynamic simulation model based on coordinated control of speed and flow rate for the molten salt reactor and combined cycle systems is proposed here to ensure the coordination and stability between the molten salt reactor and power *** model considers the impact of thermal properties of fluid variation on accuracy and has been validated with *** study reveals the capability of the control system to compensate for anomalous situations and maintain shaft stability in the event of perturbations occurring in high-temperature molten salt tank outlet ***,the control system’s impact on the system’s dynamic characteristics under molten salt disturbance is also *** results reveal that after the disturbance occurs,the controlled system benefits from the action of the control,and the overshoot and disturbance amplitude are positively correlated,while the system power and frequency eventually return to the initial *** simulation model provides a basis for utilizing molten salt reactors for power generation and maintaining grid stability.

Transferrin receptor 1(TfR1),encoded by the TFRC gene,is the gatekeeper of cellular iron uptake for cells.A variety of molecular mechanisms are at work to tightly regulate TfR1 expression,and abnormal TfR1 expression has been associated with various *** the current study,to determine the regulation pattern of TfR1,we cloned and overexpressed the human TFRC gene in HeLa ***-sequencing(RNA-seq)was used to analyze the global transcript levels in overexpressed(OE)and normal control(NC)samples.A total of 1669 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were identified between OE and *** ontology(GO)analysis was carried out to explore the functions of the *** was found that multiple DEGs were associated with ion transport and ***,the regulatory network was constructed on basis of DEGs associated with ion transport and immunity,highlighting that TFRC was the node gene of the *** results together suggested that precisely controlled TfR1 expression might be not only essential for iron homeostasis,but also globally important for cell physiology,including ion transport and immunity.

Gradient Gene Algorithm: a Fast Optimization Method to MST Problem

The extension of Minimum Spanning Tree(MST) problem is an NP hard problem which does not exit a polynomial time algorithm. In this paper, a fast optimization method on MST problem——the Gradient Gene Algorithm is introduced. Compared with other evolutionary algorithms on MST problem, it is more advanced: firstly, very simple and easy to realize; then, efficient and accurate; finally general on other combination optimization problems.

Durable dual-state duplex Si-HfO_(2)with excellent oxidation and cracking resistance

The lifetime of Si bond coatings in environmental barrier coatings is constrained by phase-transition-induced cracking of the SiO_(2)*** this study,Si-HfO_(2)dual-state duplex composite materials are proposed to address this issue by partially forming HfSiO_(4)and minimizing the SiO_(2)*** as-prepared composite exhibited a structure comprising discrete HfO_(2)“bricks”embedded in a continuous Si“mortar”,while the oxidized state transformed into discrete HfSiO_(4)“bricks”within continuous thin SiO_(2)“mortars”.The results indicate that continuous thin SiO_(2)contributes to reducing the oxidation rate to a level comparable to that of pure Si,and discrete HfSiO_(4)particles aid in relieving phase transition-induced stress and inhibiting crack propagation,thereby enhancing oxidation and cracking resistance ***,the composite with 20 mol%HfO_(2)and a mean particle size of~500 nm at 1370℃exhibited a service lifetime 10 times greater than that of pure *** research provides valuable insights for designing Si-based bond coatings with improved service lifetime.
