The effect of the density difference between supercritical CO_(2) and supercritical CH_(4) on their adsorption capacities: An experimental study on anthracite in the Qinshui Basin

Deep unmineable coals are considered as economic and effective geological media for CO_(2) storage and CO_(2) enhanced coalbed methane(CO_(2)-ECBM) recovery is the key technology to realize CO_(2) geological sequestration in coals. Anthracite samples were collected from the Qinshui Basin and subjected to mercury intrusion porosimetry, low-pressure CO_(2) adsorption, and high-pressure CH_(4)/CO_(2) isothermal adsorption experiments. The average number of layers of adsorbed molecules(ANLAM) and the CH_(4)/CO_(2) absolute adsorption amounts and their ratio at experimental temperatures and pressures were calculated. Based on a comparison of the density of supercritical CO_(2) and supercritical CH_(4), it is proposed that the higher adsorption capacity of supercritical CO_(2) over supercritical CH_(4) is the result of their density differences at the same temperature. Lastly, the optimal depth for CO_(2)-ECBM in the Qinshui Basin is recommended. The results show that:(1) the adsorption capacity and the ANLAM of CO_(2) are about twice that of CH_(4) on SH-3 anthracite. The effect of pressure on the CO_(2)/CH_(4) absolute adsorption ratio decreases with the increase of pressure and tends to be consistent.(2) A parameter(the density ratio between gas free and adsorbed phase(DRFA)) is proposed to assess the absolute adsorption amount according to the supercritical CO_(2)/CH_(4) attributes. The DRFA of CO_(2) and CH_(4) both show a highly positive correlation with their absolute adsorption amounts, and therefore, the higher DRFA of CO_(2) is the significant cause of its higher adsorption capacity over CH_(4) under the same temperature and pressure.(3) CO_(2) adsorption on coal shows micropore filling with multilayer adsorption in the macro-mesopore, while methane exhibits monolayer surface coverage.(4) Based on the ideal CO_(2)/CH_(4) competitive adsorption ratio, CO_(2) storage capacity, and permeability variation with depth, it is recommended that the optimal depth for CO_(

Metal-organic frameworks with dinuclear metal centers for synergistically boosting CO2 photoreduction

Dinuclear metal synergistic catalysis （DMSC） has been proved powerful in boosting CO2reduction,while this has not been achieved in heterogeneous catalysts with long-range order *** this study,we,by introduction of metal catalytic centers into an indium-based metal-organic framework （MOF）,obtained a series of isostructural In-MOFs,including three MOFs with mononuclear metal catalytic center （M-In）,three MOFs with dinuclear homometallic catalytic centers （MM-In）,and three MOFs with dinuclear heterometallic catalytic centers (MM’-In,M/M’=Co（II）,Ni（II）,Zn（II）).It was found that all these MOFs can serve as catalysts for photochemical CO2reduction to *** with M-In,the catalytic activities of MM-In were obviously enhanced,and that of MM’-In was further significantly *** example,the CO yield of Co Zn-In reaches a record value of 12,700μmol g-1h-1,which is 4.0,8.1,9.4,and 18.6-fold higher than that of Co Co-In,Zn Zn-In,Co-In,and Zn-In,***,the catalytic activities of Co Ni-In and Ni Zn-In also show different fold increase than those of corresponding dinuclear homometallic and mononuclear metallic *** results of control experiments and theoretical calculation reveal that the higher catalytic activities of MM-In over M-In can be ascribed to the DMSC effect,and the higher catalytic activity of MM’-In over MM-In can be ascribed to the strengthened DMSC *** work reveals the relationship between DMSC effect and bimetal centers in CO2reduction,which provides new insights into the DMSC and paves a new way to design highly active catalysts for photochemical CO2reduction.

Preparation and study of novel mid-to-low-temperature phase-change molten salts

Molten salts is a promising medium for heat storage and heat transfer due to their advantages of low cost, low steam pressure, high energy storage density and wide temperature range. In this paper, a new phase change mixture of molten salts with KNO3, NaNO3, ZnCl2, NaF, Na2CO3, NaCl, and MgO as materials has been prepared through a plenty of experiments. The experimental results show that the melting point of some molten salts can be reduced to 202.9°C, and the decomposition temperature can reach 701.3°C. In addition, its thermophysical properties, including specific heat, viscosity and thermal stability, were measured and analyzed. The average specific heat of some molten salts is as high as 2.53 J/（g K）, and the average thermal conductivity is as high as 0.77 W/（m K）. In the 4-day short-term thermal stability test, the fluctuation of each parameter is minimal, and the overall thermal physical property is relatively stable. Compared with the traditional phase change molten salt, the new hybrid molten salt has a significantly lower melting point, a further improvement in the decomposition temperature, specific heat and other comprehensive thermophysical properties, and a better overall economy, which has important application value in heat transfer and energy storage.

Comparative proteomic analysis of plasma exosomes reveals the functional contribution of N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase to Parkinson’s disease

Parkinson’s disease is the second most common progressive neurodegenerative disorder,and few reliable biomarkers are available to track disease *** proteins,DNA,mRNA,and lipids carried by exosomes reflect intracellular changes,and thus can serve as biomarkers for a variety of *** this study,we investigated alterations in the protein content of plasma exosomes derived from patients with Parkinson’s disease and the potential therapeutic roles of these proteins in Parkinson’s *** a tandem mass tag-based quantitative proteomics approach,we characterized the proteomes of plasma exosomes derived from individual patients,identified exosomal protein signatures specific to patients with Parkinson’s disease,and identified N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase as a differentially expressed protein.N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase expression levels in exosomes from the plasma of patients and healthy controls were validated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and western *** results demonstrated that the exosomal N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase concentration was not only lower in Parkinson’s disease,but also decreased with increasing Hoehn-Yahr stage,suggesting that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase could be used to rapidly evaluate Parkinson’s disease ***,western blot and immunohistochemistry analysis showed that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase levels were markedly reduced both in cells treated with 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium and cells overexpressingα-synuclein compared with control ***,N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase overexpression significantly increased cell viability and inhibitedα-synuclein expression in 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium-treated *** together,our findings demonstrate for the first time that exosomal N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase may serve as a biomarker for Parkinson’s disease diagnosis,and that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase may reduceα-synuclein expression and 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium-induced n

Visualization of the protective role of estrogen against female liver fibrosis via an ER viscosity NIR fluorescent probe

Endoplasmic reticulum(ER) viscosity has emerged as a new potential biomarker for hepatic fibrosis(HF). Herein, we report the first ER-targeting viscosity-responsive near-infrared(NIR) fluorescent probe HBT-PP for investigations of HF *** twisted intramolecular charge transfer(TICT) and the excited state intramolecular proton transfer(ESIPT) are combined to endow HBT-PP with the selective response towards viscosity(～62-fold) and a super large stokes shift(～320 nm). HBT-PP mainly targets organelle ER and is able to image the drug-or alcohol-induced viscosity elevation in living cells. Significantly,HBT-PP was successfully applied to visualize the gender difference in HF and the protective role of estrogen in restraining HF progression. Of note, after 10 min of stain with HBT-PP, HF lesions showed a stage-based response, indicating the potential of this probe in fast and early diagnosis of HF. These results clearly demonstrated the promising application of HBT-PP as a new tool for exploring ER viscosity-involved physiological and pathological processes.

本文从国际比较的角度, 从宏观层面, 提练出了各国对于证券投资基金①利益冲突规制的共同思路, 目前主要是基于基金管理公司的内控机制的层面, 但在这个过程中, 各国基金的主管机关扮演了十分重要的角色, 表现在基金的利益冲突规制的健全与否是主管机关衡量是否批准新设基金及对其以后的业务进行监管严厉与否的一个重要的考量因素, 除此之外, 在对基金利益冲突采行弹性管制方式的国家, 还增加了基金主管机关或独立第三方的个案审查、批准。本文进而分析了部分成员国立法的最新动态, 并结合当前中国的实际状况, 提出了相应的改进对策和建议, 指出我国过于刚性的禁止利益冲突的立场现阶段有其合理性, 进而是对基金管理公司的独立董事应否代表公众投资者利益及其法理依据何在提出了自己独特的现点。
