Hierarchical SAPO-11 molecular sieve(ACS-11) was successfully synthesized employing the Al2O3/carbon(Al_(2)O_(3)/C) composite obtained through the pyrolysis of Al-based metal-organic framework(Al-MOF-96)as *** other carbon-based mesoporogens with strong hydrophobicity,the Al_(2)O_(3)/C interacts with phosphoric acid and generates the AlPO_(4)/C structure,which promotes the Al2O3/C dispersion in the synthesis gel of SAPO-11 and avoids the phase separation between *** Al_(2)O_(3)/C as mesoporogen decreases the crystallite size of SAPO-11 via preventing the aggregation of ***,the addition of Al_(2)O_(3)/C improves the Si distribution in the ACS-11 ***,ACS-11 has smaller crystallites,more mesopores,and a greater amount of medium Bronsted acid centers than the conventional microporous SAPO-11 and the SAPO-11 synthesized using activated carbon as *** corresponding Pt/ACS-11 catalyst exhibits the maximal selectivity to multi-branched C10isomers(23.28%) and the minimal cracking selectivity(15.83%) in n-decane hydroisomerization among these *** research provides a new approach for preparing hierarchical silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve-based catalysts to produce high-quality fuels.

It is of great significance to investigate effect of multiple heat treatments on fracture property of centrifugal casting stainless steels Z3CN20.09M cut from pump casing with long-term thermal aging degradation for nuclear power plants to consider actual operation of nuclear power *** multiple heat treatments and accelerated thermal aging experiment at the same temperature of 400℃ for different time were successively carried out on centrifugal casting stainless steels Z3CN20.09M in order to examine the metallographic modification and impact ***,an additional investigation on the related fracture properties was carried out,in which the critical initial fracture toughness Ji was determined by stretch zone width and 0.2 mm offset line *** results indicated that the multiple heat treatments led to the dispersed distribution of ferrite phases in austenite matrix and thus microhardness increased,but impact energy exhibited a decreasing tendency *** long-term aging,the metallographic structure remained almost unchanged,but the size of ferrite phases showed a slight increasing trend because of spinodal decomposition in ferrite phases and G-phase *** addition,centrifugal casting stainless steels Z3CN20.09M with multiple heat treatments exhibited the higher microhardness,Charpy impact toughness,critical initial fracture toughness J_(IC)(J-integral determined by 0.2 mm offset line method),and J_(SZW)(J-integral determined by stretch zone width method)than those with primary heat treatment,while the specific number of the heat treatment had a low influence on fracture toughness.

In recent years, limited photocatalysis efficiency and wide band gap have hindered the application of TiO_(2) in the field of photocatalysis. A leading star in photocatalysis has been revealed as lead-free Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) double halide perovskite nanocrystals, owing to its strong visible light absorption and tunable band gap. In this work, this photocatalytic process was facilitated by a unique TiO_(2)/Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) composite, which was identified as an S-cheme heterojunction. TiO_(2)/Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) composite was investigated for its structure and photocatalytic behavior. The results showed that when the perovskite dosage is 40%, the photocatalytic rate of TiO_(2) could be boosted to 0.1369 min^(-1). This paper discusses and proposes the band gap matching, carrier separation, and photocatalytic mechanism of TiO_(2)/Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) composites, which will facilitate the generation of new ideas for improving TiO_(2)’s photocatalytic performance.

目的:建立UPLC法同时测定鸡骨草中相思子碱、下箴刺桐碱、新西兰牡荆苷2、夏佛塔苷含量,为药材质量标准改进提供方法。方法:采用HSS T3色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),以乙腈(A)-0.2%甲酸溶液(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.3 m L·min^(-1),检测波长270 nm,柱温30℃。结果:相思子碱、下箴刺桐碱、新西兰牡荆苷2、夏佛塔苷的质量浓度分别在10.20~102.00μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 2)、6.88~68.80μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 0)、5.40~54.00μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 9)、10.92~109.20μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 3)的范围内线性关系良好;各成分平均加样回收率为99.1%(RSD=1.3%)、101.1%(RSD=0.69%)、103.8%(RSD=0.81%)、100.9%(RSD=0.75%)。5批样品中相思子碱、下箴刺桐碱、新西兰牡荆苷2、夏佛塔苷含量范围分别为23.02~67.24、14.98~40.09、3.02~22.51、6.34~111.38μg·g^(-1)。结论:该法经方法学验证,可同时测定鸡骨草中4种成分的含量,可为该药材的质量标准改进提供参考。

Poly(N-ethylaniline)(PNEA)composites with varying silicate content were fabricated on copper through a novel electropolymerized strategy in acidic ***,compactness,conductivity and adhesive strength of the composite(PNEA-10 Si)were optimized as silicate content reached 10 m ***,morphological and solution analyses were employed to evaluate the protective performance of PNEA and PNEA-10 Si coatings for copper in 3.5%Na Cl *** of electrochemical analyses indicated that as-prepared coatings retarded the oxygen reduction process efficiently for copper in 3.5%Na Cl solution,drained corrosion current density and elevated interfacial charge transfer *** to favorable barrier effect,compact structure and low porosity index,PNEA-10 Si composite exhibited superior anti-corrosive performance,which was more tolerant than PNEA during long-time ***-10 Si coated sample exhibited a stable topography after 144 h immersion with the minimum concentration of released ions revealing the improved protection ***/atomic-multiscale calculations were conducted to clarify the deposition and protection mechanism of as-prepared *** of density functional theory corroborated that silicate is stabilized in the PNEA layer via electrostatic force;and immobile silicate positively contributed to the charge transfer barrier of the *** dynamics simulations evidenced that the favorable compatibility between PNEA and silicate facilitated polymer deposition and confined in-situ ions diffusion.

Immobilizing highly dispersed Au nanoparticles onto titanium silicalite-1 (TS-1) by a simple impregnation method under light is still a challenging *** this work,a high photostable Au precursor protected by thiol ligands was firstly synthesized,and the as-prepared Au precursor displayed excellent stability under light for over 30 days,while the Au precursor without thiol ligands formed precipitates after just 2 h under ***,the Au precursor protected by thiol ligands was immobilized on the external surface of uncalcined TS-1 (i.e.,TS-1-B) by the incipient wetness impregnation method (IWI method) to prepare Au/TS-1-B *** activity of as-prepared Au/TS-1-B catalyst in the hydro-oxidation of propane to acetone was 1.4 times higher than that of the catalyst prepared by the deposition-precipitation urea method (DPU method).The structures of the Au/TS-1-B catalysts prepared by different methods were analyzed by multiple *** to the Au/TS-1-B catalyst prepared by the DPU method,the Au/TS-1-B catalyst synthesized by the IWI method exhibited a narrower size distribution of Au nanoparticles and had more small Au particles (<2 nm),which is the main reason for its superior ***,the effects of gold loadings,reaction temperature and Si/Ti molar ratio on the catalytic performance of the Au/TS-1-B catalyst prepared by the IWI method were also *** addition,the Au/TS-1-B catalyst prepared by the IWI method also exhibited excellent stability for over 140 h.

Recent research has demonstrated the impact of physical activity on the prognosis of glioma patients,with evidence suggesting exercise may reduce mortality risks and aid neural *** role of the small ubiquitin-like modifier(SUMO)protein,especially post-exercise,in cancer progression,is gaining attention,as are the potential anti-cancer effects of *** used machine learning to create the exercise and SUMO-related gene signature(ESLRS).This signature shows how physical activity might help improve the outlook for low-grade glioma and other *** demonstrated the prognostic and immunotherapeutic significance of ESLRS markers,specifically highlighting how murine double minute 2(MDM2),a component of the ESLRS,can be targeted by *** underscores the intricate relationship between natural compounds such as nutlin-3 and immune *** comprehensive CRISPR screening,we validated the effects of specific ESLRS genes on low-grade glioma *** also revealed insights into the effectiveness of Nutlin-3a as a potent MDM2 inhibitor through molecular docking and dynamic ***-3a inhibited glioma cell proliferation and activated the p53 *** efficacy decreased with MDM2 overexpression,and this was reversed by Nutlin-3a or *** using a low-grade glioma mouse model highlighted the effect of physical activity on oxidative stress and molecular pathway ***,both physical exercise and Nutlin-3a administration improved physical function in mice bearing tumors derived from MDM2-overexpressing *** results suggest the potential for Nutlin-3a,an MDM2 inhibitor,with physical exercise as a therapeutic approach for glioma *** research also supports the use of natural products for therapy and sheds light on the interaction of exercise,natural products,and immune regulation in cancer treatment.

If X-ray flashes （XRFs） and X-ray rich Gamma-ray Bursts （XRRGs） have the same origin as the Gamma-ray bursts （GRBs） but are viewed off-center from structured jets, their early afterglows may differ from those of GRBs, and when the ultra-relativistic outflow inter- acts with the surrounding medium, there are two shocks formed, a forward shock （FS）, and a reverse shock （RS）. We calculate numerically the early afterglow powered by uniform jets, Gaussian jets and power-law jets in the forward-reverse shock scenario. A set of differential equations govern the dynamical evolution. The synchrotron self-Compton effect has been taken into account in the calculation. In the uniform jets, the very early afterglows of XRRGs and XRFs are significantly lower than the GRBs and the observed peak times of RS emission are later in the interstellar medium environment. The RS components in XRRGs and XRFs are difficult to detect, but in the stellar wind environment, the reduction of the very early flux and the delay of the RS peak time are not so remarkable. In nonuniform jets （Gaussian and power-law jets）, where there are emission materials on the line of sight, the very early light curve resembles equivalent isotropic ejecta in general although the RS flux decay index shows notable deviations if the RS is relativistic （in stellar wind）.

Marine Redox Conditions in the Early Cambrian Ocean: Insights from the Lower Cambrian Phosphorite Deposits, South China

It is generally considered that a significant change in oceanic redox conditions occurred during the Ediacaran-Cambrian transition. However, there are currently two major conflicting views on the degree of oxygenation of deep water（oxic vs. ferruginous） during this interval. To date, the oxygenation conditions of the Early Cambrian ocean have not been well constrained. The oxygenation magnitude and mechanism of the Early Cambrian ocean could be critical to the significant biological evolution of the ＂Cambrian Explosion＂. To constrain the Early Cambrian oceanic redox environment, we conducted an integrated study on iron and sulfur isotopes and redox-sensitive elements（Mo, U, and V） of Lower Cambrian phosphorite deposits from two shallow sections（Meishucun and Gezhongwu） and a deeper water section（Zunyi） from the Yangtze Platform, South China. The near zero δ^（56）Fe values from the two shallow sections studied here reflect oxic conditions in the lower phosphorite deposition. An obvious positive shift in δ^（56）Fe and redox-sensitive element content was observed in the middle parts of the two shallow water sections, which might reflect loss of light iron by dissimilatory iron reduction during early diagenesis under suboxic shallow water in the platform. However, the highly positive δ^（56）Fe values in the deep section could reflect a lower oxidation degree of dissolved Fe（II） under anoxic deep water. The data suggest redox-stratified oceanic conditions during the Early Cambrian, in which completely oxygenated shallow water（platform） coexisted with anoxic deep water（slope）. We propose that prolonged upwelling of dissolved organic carbon（DOC）-, Fe（II）- and phosphorus-rich anoxic deep water in a redox-stratified ocean could have increased exchange with the open ocean, resulting in major phosphorite deposition in oxic-suboxic conditions. The progressive oxygenation of the ocean may have facilitated the Early Cambrian biotic diversification.
