Hyperuricemia (HUA) is characterized by elevated levels of uric acid (UA) in the bloodstream， resulting from either excessive production or insufficient excretion of UA within the body. If left untreated， progressive or persistent HUA can lead to gout， causing significant harm to human health. Lactic acid bacteria (LAB)， generally recognized as safe (GRAS) probiotics， have been shown to alleviate symptoms associated with gastrointestinal disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease while supporting overall bodily functions and health. Recently， LAB has emerged as a potentially safe， cost-effective and efficient treatment for HUA. This comprehensive review aims to explore the current literature on the mechanisms through which LAB controls HUA. These mechanisms include suppressing purine metabolism， absorbing purine compounds， modulating microbiota to maintain host global purine homeostasis， reducing intestinal permeability， producing metabolites that alleviate HUA symptoms， promoting the expression of urate excretory proteins and inhibiting the expression of urate reabsorption proteins. The findings presented in this review provide a framework for further investigation into how probiotic LAB can alleviate HUA by influencing UA metabolism and elucidating their underlying action mechanisms.

A new TiAlNb-based alloy with the composition of Ti-22Al-25Nb-1Mo-1V-1Zr-0.2Si(at%) was fabricated in the sequence of arc melting, forging, solid solution and aging. Present paper focuses on the effects of aging temperatures(700, 750, 800, 850 and 900 ℃) on microstructure, room-temperature tensile properties as well as tensile properties at 650 ℃ and creep properties at650 ℃/150 MPa. It is obvious that the aging treatment promotes the precipitation of O lathes from B2 *** aging temperature increasing, the content of O phase decreases and its size increases gradually, which leads to the decrease in tensile strengths both at room temperature and 650 ℃ and a little increase in ductility. For creep properties, the sample aged at 700 ℃ shows the best creep resistance due to its extremely high O phase content. Aging at 800 ℃ leads to the decrease in the content of O phase and softening of the alloy significantly. However, with aging temperature further increasing from 800 to 900 ℃,the precipitated O phase will be coarsened gradually, which strengthens the alloy again.

A Hardy-like proof of quantum contextuality is a compelling way to see the conflict between quantum theory and noncontextual hidden variables(NCHVs),as the latter predict that a particular probability must be zero,while quantum theory predicts a nonzero *** the existing Hardy-like proofs,the success probability tends to 1/2when the number of measurement settings n goes to *** means the conflict between the existing Hardy-like proof and NCHV theory is weak,which is not conducive to experimental *** we advance the study of a stronger Hardy-like proof of quantum contextuality,whose success probability is always higher than the previous ones generated from a certain n-cycle ***,the success probability tends to 1 when n goes to *** perform the experimental test of the Hardy-like proof in the simplest case of n=7 by using a four-dimensional quantum system encoded in the polarization and orbital angular momentum of single *** experimental result agrees with the theoretical prediction within experimental *** addition,by starting from our Hardy-like proof,one can establish the stronger noncontextuality inequality,for which the quantumclassical ratio is higher with the same n,which provides a new method to construct some optimal noncontextuality *** results offer a way for optimizing and enriching exclusivity graphs,helping to explore more abundant quantum properties.

Transmission Network Expansion Planning Considering the Generators’Contribution to Uncertainty Accommodation

This paper presents an optimization for transmission network expansion planning(TNEP)under uncertainty *** TNEP model introduces the approach of parameter sets to describe the range that all possible realizations of uncertainties in load and renewable generation can *** optimizing the TNEP solution,the output of each generator is modeled as an uncertain variable to linearly respond to changes caused by uncertainties,which is constrained by the extent to which uncertain parameters may change the operational range of generators,and network *** paper demonstrates that the robust optimization approach is effective to make the problem with uncertainties tractable by converting it into a deterministic optimization,and with the genetic algorithm,the optimal TNEP solution is derived *** with other robust TNEP results tested on IEEE 24-bus systems,the proposed method produces a least-cost expansion plan without losing *** addition,the contribution that each generator can make to accommodate with every uncertainty is optimally *** imposed by different uncertainty levels are analyzed to provide a compromise of the conservativeness of TNEP solutions.

Poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)-based polymer electrolytes(PEs)with good electrochemical performance and processability as well as low-cost advantage,have great potential applications in solid-state lithium(Li)metal batteries(SSLMBs).PVDF-based PEs are generally produced by employing a solution-casting approach with N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)as the solvent,accompanied by the formation of[DMF-Li^(+)]complex,which facilitates the Li-ion ***,the residual DMF can react continuously with lithium(Li)metal,thereby deteriorating the interface layer in the middle of the PVDF-based PEs and Li ***,we introduce propylene carbonate(PC)into the PVDF-based PEs to regulate the solvation structure and stabilize the interface layer between the PEs and Li *** accelerates the dissociation of lithium oxalyldifluoroborate(LiODFB).Consequently,“lithium propylene dicarbonate(LPDC)‒B-O”oligomer forms as the interfacial layer with high tenacity,homogeneity,and densification,which improves the interfacial contact and suppresses the continuous reaction between the residual DMF and Li *** further demonstrate that the PVDF-based PE prepared with DMF-PC mix-solvents shows improved room-temperature ionic conductivity(1.18×10^(-3) S/cm),enhanced stability against electrodes,and superior cycling performance in LiCoO_(2)-based SSLMBs(maintaining 84% of the initial discharge capacity after 300 cycles).

Using Mo, B-Fe alloy and Fe powders as raw materials, and adding C, Cr and Ni ingredients, respectively, or C, Cr and Ni mixed powders, ternary boride hard alloy clad materials was prepared on Q235 steel substrate by means of in-situ reaction and vacuum liquid phase sintering technology. The influence of alloy ingredients on the mechanical properties of ternary boride hard alloy clad materials was investigated. The results indicate that a mixture of 0.8% C, 5% Cr and 2% Ni ingredients gives a ternary boride hard alloy clad material with optimal mechanical properties, such as high transverse rupture strength, high hardness and good wear resistance.
