BACKGROUND The management of hepatoblastoma(HB)becomes challenging when the tumor remains in close proximity to the major liver vasculature(PMV)even after a full course of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC).In such cases,extreme liver resection can be considered a potential *** To explore whether computer-assisted three-dimensional individualized extreme liver resection is safe and feasible for children with HB who still have PMV after a full course of *** We retrospectively collected data from children with HB who underwent surgical resection at our center from June 2013 to June *** then analyzed the detailed clinical and three-dimensional characteristics of children with HB who still had PMV after a full course of *** Sixty-seven children diagnosed with HB underwent surgical *** age at diagnosis was 21.4±18.8 months,and 40 boys and 27 girls were ***-nine(88.1%)patients had a single tumor,39(58.2%)of which was located in the right lobe of the liver.A total of 47 patients(70.1%)had PRE-TEXT III or ***-nine patients(58.2%)underwent delayed *** a full course of NAC,16 patients still had close PMV(within 1 cm in two patients,touching in 11 patients,compressing in four patients,and showing tumor thrombus in three patients).There were 6 patients of tumors in the middle lobe of the liver,and four of those patients exhibited liver anatomy *** 16 children underwent extreme liver resection after comprehensive preoperative *** procedures were performed according to the preoperative plan,and the operations were successfully ***,the 3-year event-free survival of 67 children with HB is 88%.Among the 16 children who underwent extreme liver resection,three experienced recurrence,and one died due to multiple *** Extreme liver resection for HB that is still in close PMV after a full course of NAC is both safe and *** approach not only reduces th

目前常用的加固方法难以达到湿作业时间短、承载力提升高和加固费用少等效果,因而选用了一种砌体结构体外预应力加固技术。通过荷载循环试验及破坏性试验得到未施加预应力模型、山墙两侧预应力模型及山墙中侧预应力模型的应变-荷载循环曲线。结果表明:在山墙两侧施加预应力对单层砌体房屋的抗剪性能和整体承载能力提升有良好的效果。同时经对比不同防火防腐材料性能,预应力筋采用聚醚砜-环氧复合涂料更为经济合理。

冠心病作为心血管疾病死亡的主要原因,明确中医与西医治疗上的优势与局限对运用中西医结合的方式防治冠心病具有重要意义。笔者以冠心病各阶段病理特点、证候特点为基础,认为冠心病各病理阶段之间具有因果相连、递进发展的特点,中医证候演变上具有时序性的特点,提出冠心病各阶段之间存在“病—时”相应的特点,各证侯之间存在“证—时”相应的特点,凝练形成冠心病“病—证—时”的理念,形成了针对冠心病未病、已病、病瘥等相关的心血管事件链应用中西药联合、分阶段、全时程干预的思路。同时探讨了不同阶段中西医治疗的优势及局限,为中西医结合诊治冠心病提供思考。

产品安全标志对警示目标受众危险、降低北美市场产品责任风险、提升企业海外形象等具有重要意义。本文通过分析中美产品安全标志设计标准差异,结合安全标志对目标受众的警示过程,对美国产品安全标志进行规范设计。在中国标准基础上,增加与危险无关,但可能使人遭受损失的相关标志类型;依据产品的表面特点及目标受众的认知水平,对符号区、警告区及文字区的组合方式、排列方式及边框形状进行合理选择;提出一种将中美产品安全标志统一至相同设计基准的方法,将安全观察距离在0~7 m内中美产品安全标志尺寸进行对比;基于中美标准现状,提出一种通用的警告语定性选择流程,以及美国警告符号的颜色选配建议;对文字区的信息排列顺序及版面设计提供指导。针对中美产品安全标志在分类、警告区及文字区方面的设计差异,为美国产品安全标志的规范设计提供参考。

A combined liouville integrable hierarchy associated with a fourth-order matrix spectral problem

This paper aims to propose a fourth-order matrix spectral problem involving four potentials and generate an associated liouville integrable hierarchy via the zero curvature formulation. A bi-Hamiltonian formulation is furnished by applying the trace identity and a recursion operator is explicitly worked out, which exhibits the liouville integrability of each model in the resulting hierarchy. Two specific examples, consisting of novel generalized combined nonlinear Schr?dinger equations and modified Korteweg–de Vries equations, are given.

Rapid analysis of metal ions and organic compounds in strong acidic solutions by nano-ESI mass spectrometry

Rapid analysis of metal ions and organic compounds in strong acidic solutions is of sustainable interest in multiple ***,complicated and time-consuming pretreatments are always required for MS analysis of the compounds in strong acidic ***,it will result in a weak signal and cause serious damage to the mass ***,a simple method inherited from nano-ESI MS was developed for rapid analysis of strong acidic ***(nL)strong acidic solution was first loaded in the nano-ESI emitter,followed by evaporation to remove the H+and leave the analytes on the wall of the nano-ESI *** evaporation process can be completed within 1 min because of the extremely tiny volume(≤1 nL)of the loaded ***,the dried analytes on the wall of the nano-ESI emitter were redissolved by loading a new solvent,followed by nano-ESI MS *** using this method,metal ions and organic compounds in the strong acidic solution can be detected with low sample consumption(1 nL),high speed(limit of detection=0.2µg/L),and high accuracy(>90%).Proof-of-concept applications of the present method have been successfully achieved for the analysis of gastric juice(pH of the sample=1),monitoring reaction catalyzed by strong acid(pH of the system=0),and micro-area analysis of ores(pH of the extraction solvent=0),showing great application potential in multiple fields.

ATP6AP2,a regulator of LRP6/β-catenin protein trafficking,promotes Wnt/β-catenin signaling and bone formation in a cell type dependent manner

Wnt/β-catenin signaling is critical for various cellular processes in multiple cell types,including osteoblast(OB)differentiation and *** how Wnt/β-catenin signaling is regulated in OBs remain ***6AP2,an accessory subunit of V-ATPase,plays important roles in multiple cell types/organs and multiple signaling ***,little is known whether and how ATP6AP2 in OBs regulates Wnt/β-catenin signaling and bone *** we provide evidence for ATP6AP2 in the OB-lineage cells to promote OB-mediated bone formation and bone homeostasis selectively in the trabecular bone *** knocking out(CKO)ATP6AP2 in the OB-lineage cells(Atp6ap2^(Ocn-Cre))reduced trabecular,but not cortical,bone formation and bone *** and cellular biochemical studies revealed that LRP6 and N-cadherin were reduced in ATP6AP2-KO BMSCs and OBs,but not *** in vitro and in vivo studies revealed impairedβ-catenin signaling in ATP6AP2-KO BMSCs and OBs,but not osteocytes,under both basal and Wnt stimulated conditions,although LRP5 was decreased in ATP6AP2-KO osteocytes,but not *** cell biological studies uncovered that osteoblastic ATP6AP2 is not required for Wnt3a suppression ofβ-catenin phosphorylation,but necessary for LRP6/β-catenin and N-cadherin/β-catenin protein complex distribution at the cell membrane,thus preventing their *** of activeβ-catenin diminished the OB differentiation deficit in ATP6AP2-KO *** together,these results support the view for ATP6AP2 as a critical regulator of both LRP6 and N-cadherin protein trafficking and stability,and thus regulatingβ-catenin levels,demonstrating an un-recognized function of osteoblastic ATP6AP2 in promoting Wnt/LRP6/β-catenin signaling and trabecular bone formation.
