Non-centrosymmetric(NCS)structure is an indispensable prerequisite for second-order nonlinear optical(NLO)***,the mainstream approach for designing new NCS structures still relies on chemical substitution,necessitating an urgent infusion of fresh *** this work,two isomorphic sulfides AeMn_(6)Ga_(6)S_(16)(Ae=Ca,1;Sr,2)are afforded by modifying the skeleton of centrosymmetric(CS)Mn_(2)Ga_(2)S_(5) via introducing strong electropositive alkaline-earth ***,the incorporation of Ca^(2+)/Sr^(2+)cations allows the elementary[MnGaS_(9)]_(∞)chains to reconfigure into bumpy[MnS_(6)]-[GaS_(4)]layers in a new engagement manner,thus enabling the conversion from CS to NCS *** modifications cause not only strong second-harmonic generation(SHG)responses(~1.5×benchmark AgGaS_(2)@1,700 nm),but also significantly feasible bandgaps(2.60-2.64 e V)compared to the sulfide Mn_(2)Ga_(2)S_(5)(1.3. e V),which ultimately facilitate ultrahigh laser-induced damage thresholds(4.4-6.6×AgGaS_(2)@1,064 nm for compounds 1 and 2).The present study offers an ingenious approach for the transformation of CS to NCS structure.

Background:Early systemic anticoagulation(SAC)is a common practice in acute necrotizing pancreatitis(ANP),and its impact on in-hospital clinical outcomes had been ***,whether it affects long-term outcomes is *** study aimed to evaluate the effect of SAC on 90-day readmission and other long-term outcomes in ANP ***:During January 2013.and December 2018,ANP patients admitted within 7 days from the onset of abdominal pain were *** primary outcome was 90-day readmission after *** proportional-hazards regression model and mediation analysis were used to define the relationship between early SAC and 90-day ***:A total of 241 ANP patients were enrolled,of whom 143.received early SAC during their hospitalization and 98 did *** who received early SAC experienced a lower incidence of splanchnic venous thrombosis(SVT)[risk ratio(RR)=0.40,95%CI:0.26-0.60,P3.while the other subscales were all comparable between the two *** Cox regression model showed that early SAC was an independent protective factor for 90-day readmission after adjusting for potential confounders with a hazard ratio of 0.57(95%CI:0.3.-0.96,P=0.04).Mediation analysis showed that SVT mediated 3..0%of the early SAC-90-day readmission ***:The application of early SAC may reduce the risk of 90-day readmission in the survivors of ANP patients,and reduced SVT incidence might be the primary contributor.

The carbon dioxide （CO2） reduction process involves complex protonation, making the resulting product often unpredictable. To achieve the desired product, it is crucial to manipulate the reaction steps. Herein, we build the metal atom pair sites for selective CO2photoreduction into methane. As a prototype, Ni atom pair sites loaded on the Mo S2nanosheets were synthesized and verified by highresolution transmission electron microscopy （HRTEM）,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS） and X-rayabsorption near edge structure spectra （XANES）. In-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR） monitors the*CHO group, a crucial intermediate in CH4production,during CO2photoreduction on the Ni-Mo S2nanosheets,whereas this monitoring is not observed for the Mo S2nanosheets. Also, theoretical calculations disclose that over the Ni-Mo S2nanosheet slab, the formation energy of*CHO intermediates is determined to be lower （0.585 e V） than the desorption energy of*CO intermediates for CO production（0.64 e V）, implying the higher selectivity of CH4production. Accordingly, the Ni-Mo S2nanosheets demonstrate a methane formation rate of 27.21μmol·g-1·h-1, coupled with an impressive electron selectivity of 94.2%.
