BACKGROUND Chronic heart failure is a complex clinical *** Chinese herbal compound preparation Jianpi Huatan Quyu recipe has been used to treat chronic heart failure;however,the underlying molecular mechanism is still not *** To identify the effective active ingredients of Jianpi Huatan Quyu recipe and explore its molecular mechanism in the treatment of chronic heart *** The effective active ingredients of eight herbs composing Jianpi Huatan Quyu recipe were identified using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis *** target genes of chronic heart failure were searched in the Genecards *** target proteins of active ingredients were mapped to chronic heart failure target genes to obtain the common drugdisease targets,which were then used to construct a key chemical componenttarget network using Cytoscape 3.7.2 *** protein-protein interaction network was constructed using the String *** Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analyses were performed through the Metascape ***,our previously published relevant articles were searched to verify the results obtained via network *** A total of 227 effective active ingredients for Jianpi Huatan Quyu recipe were identified,of which quercetin,kaempferol,7-methoxy-2-methyl isoflavone,formononetin,and isorhamnetin may be key active ingredients and involved in the therapeutic effects of TCM by acting on STAT3,MAPK3,AKT1,JUN,MAPK1,TP53,TNF,HSP90AA1,p65,MAPK8,MAPK14,IL6,EGFR,EDN1,FOS,and other *** pathways identified by KEGG enrichment analysis include pathways in cancer,IL-17 signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway,calcium signaling pathway,cAMP signaling pathway,NF-kappaB signaling pathway,AMPK signaling pathway,*** studies on Jianpi Huatan Quyu recipe suggested that this Chinese compound preparation can regulate the TNF-α,IL-6,MAPK

In recent years,researchers have investigated the evaporation of Schwarzschild black holes using various forms of the generalized uncertainty principle(guP),metric quantum correction,and noncommutative geometry,***,there are differences between the guP correction and the other two methods in terms of describing the later stages of black hole ***,some studies argue that the guP with a negative parameter cannot effectively correct black hole evaporation,while others contend that the positivity or negativity of the guP parameters should not affect the correction *** the above into consideration,we reconsider black hole evaporation with the generalized uncertainty principle including a linear term(LguP),and examine the case of negative *** results indicate that the evaporation behavior of both Schwarzschild black holes and Reissner–Nordstr?m black holes,under LguP correction,is consistent with the results of metric quantum correction and non-commutative ***,the negative parameter LguP can also effectively correct for black hole evaporation.

VKFQ:A Verifiable Keyword Frequency Query Framework with Local Differential Privacy in Blockchain

With its untameable and traceable properties,blockchain technology has been widely used in the field of data *** to preserve individual privacy while enabling efficient data queries is one of the primary issues with secure data *** this paper,we study verifiable keyword frequency(KF)queries with local differential privacy in *** the numerical and the keyword attributes are present in data objects;the latter are sensitive and require privacy ***,prior studies in blockchain have the problem of trilemma in privacy protection and are unable to handle KF *** propose an efficient framework that protects data owners’privacy on keyword attributes while enabling quick and verifiable query processing for KF *** framework computes an estimate of a keyword’s frequency and is efficient in query time and verification object(VO)size.A utility-optimized local differential privacy technique is used for privacy *** data owner adds noise locally into data based on local differential privacy so that the attacker cannot infer the owner of the keywords while keeping the difference in the probability distribution of the KF within the privacy *** propose the VB-cm tree as the authenticated data structure(ADS).The VB-cm tree combines the Verkle tree and the Count-Min sketch(CM-sketch)to lower the VO size and query *** VB-cm tree uses the vector commitment to verify the query *** fixed-size CM-sketch,which summarizes the frequency of multiple keywords,is used to estimate the KF via hashing *** conduct an extensive evaluation of the proposed *** experimental results show that compared to theMerkle B+tree,the query time is reduced by 52.38%,and the VO size is reduced by more than one order of magnitude.

As the primary suppliers of cyclable sodium ions,O3-type layer-structured manganese-based oxides are recognized as highly competitive cathode candidates for sodium-ion *** advance the development of high-energy sodium-ion batteries,it is crucial to explore cathode materials operating at high voltages while maintaining a stable cycling *** orbital and electronic structure of the octahedral center metal element plays a crucial role in maintaining the octahedra structural integrity and improving Na^(+)ion diffusion by introducing heterogeneous chemical *** by the abundant configuration of extra nuclear electrons and large ion radius,we employed trace amounts of tungsten in this *** obtained cathode material can promote the reversibility of oxygen redox reactions in the high-voltage region and inhibit the loss of lattice ***,the formation of a Na_(2)WO_(4) coating on the material surface can improve the interfacial stability and interface ions *** demonstrates an initial Coulombic efficiency(ICE)of 94.6%along with 168.5 mA h g^(-1 )discharge capacity within the voltage range of 1.9-4.35 *** findings contribute to the advancement of high-energy sodium-ion batteries by providing insights into the benefits of tungsten doping and Na_(2)WO_(4) coating on cathode materials.

Although lithium-sulfur batteries are one of the favorable candidates for next-generation energy storage devices,a few key challenges that have not been addressed have limited its *** challenges include lithium dendrite growth in the anode side,volume change of the active material,poor electrical conductivity,dissolution and migration of poly sulfides,and slow rate of solid-state reactions in the cathode *** the electrochemical performance of lithium-sulfur batteries is greatly affected by the design of the cathode host material,it has also been widely discussed in addressing the abovementioned *** this paper,three design ideas of cathode host materials in terms of microstructure,crystal structure and electronic structure are introduced and ***,the current progress of these three structural design strategies and their effects on the electrochemical performance of lithium-sulfur batteries are discussed in ***,future directions in the structural design of cathode materials for lithium-sulfur batteries are discussed and further perspectives are provided.

The recently discovered ATi_(3)Bi_(5)(A=Cs,Rb)exhibit intriguing quantum phenomena including superconductivity,electronic nematicity,and abundant topological ***_(3)Bi_(5)present promising platforms for studying kagome superconductivity,band topology,and charge orders in parallel with *** this work,we comprehensively analyze various properties of ATi_(3)Bi_(5)covering superconductivity under pressure and doping,band topology under pressure,thermal conductivity,heat capacity,electrical resistance,and spin Hall conductivity(SHC)using first-principles *** superconducting transition temperature(Tc)of CsTi_(3)Bi_(5)and RbTi_(3)Bi_(5)at ambient pressure are about 1.85 and 1.92 *** subject to pressure,Tc of CsTi_(3)Bi_(5)exhibits a special valley and dome shape,which arises from quasi-two-dimensional compression to three-dimensional isotropic compression within the context of an overall decreasing ***,Tc of RbTi_(3)Bi_(5)can be effectively enhanced up to 3.09 K by tuning the kagome van Hove singularities(VHSs)and flat band through *** can also induce abundant topological surface states at the Fermi energy(EF)and tune VHSs across ***,our transport calculations are in excellent agreement with recent experiments,confirming the absence of charge density ***,SHC of CsTi_(3)Bi_(5)can reach up to 226h·(e·Ω·cm)^(-1)at *** work provides a timely and detailed analysis of the rich physical properties for ATi_(3)Bi_(5),offering valuable insights for further experimental verifications and investigations in this field.

Tumor hypoxia severely limits the therapeutic efficacy of photodynamic therapy(PDT) for solid tumors,which is highly dependent on tissue oxygen *** this study,we developed a platinum(Ⅱ)-acetylide-based metallacycle compound bearing six 1,4-dimethylnaphthalenes(DMN) groups,and controlled the photodynamic and photothermal effects of the compound by adjusting the power of 730 nm laser to achieve reversible sensitization,storage and release of 1~O_(2) within a single *** compound formed nanoparticles by self-assembly and exhibited good water solubility and *** laser irradiation,the strong spin-orbit coupling of platinum atoms in the metallacycle facilitated 1~O_(2) *** produced 1~O_(2) was captured by the DMN carriers and transported into the hypoxic tumor,where 1~O_(2) release was triggered owing to the good photothermal effect of the extended conjugation of the *** therapy,the metallacycle serving as a photosensitizer,1~O_(2) carrier,and photothermal reagent,achieved the synergistic therapy of PDT/PTT,demonstrating the versatility of the *** study proposes a new strategy to develop phototherapy agents that are suitable for hypoxic tumors.

We develop methods to extract key dark energy information from cosmic distance measurements including the BAO scales and supernova(SN) luminosity *** using simulated data sets of the complete DESI,LSST and Roman surveys designed for BAO and SN distance measurements,we show that using our method,the dynamical behavior of the energy,pressure,equation of state(with its time derivative) of dark energy and the cosmic deceleration function can all be accurately recovered from high-quality data,which allows for robust diagnostic tests for dark energy models.
