Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)is a malignant epithelial tumor,characterized by squamous cell differentiation,it is the sixth leading cause of cancer-related deaths *** increased mortality rate of ESCC patients is predominantly due to the advanced stage of the disease when discovered,coupled with higher risk of metastasis,which is an exceedingly malignant charac-teristic of cancer,frequently leading to a high mortality ***,there is currently no specific and effective marker to predict and treat metastasis in ***(miRNAs)are a class of small non-coding RNA molecules,approximately 22 nucleotides in *** are vital in modulating gene expression and serve pivotal regulatory roles in the occurrence,progression,and prognosis of ***,we have examined the literature to highlight the intimate correlations between miRNAs and ESCC metastasis,and show that ESCC metastasis is predominantly regulated or regulated by genetic and epigenetic *** review proposes a potential role for miRNAs as diagnostic and therapeutic biomarkers for metastasis in ESCC metastasis,with the ultimate aim of reducing the mortality rate among patients with ESCC.

The stability of matrix graphite under neutron irradiation and in corrosive environments is crucial for the safe operation of molten salt reactors(MSRs).Raman spectroscopy and a slow positron beam were employed to investigate the effects of He ion irradiation fluences and subsequent annealing on the microstructure and defects of the matrix *** ions with 500 keV energy and fluences ranging from 1.1×10^(15)ions∕cm^(2)to 3.5×10^(17)ions∕cm^(2)were used to simulate neutron irradiation at 300 *** samples with an irradiation fluence of 3.5×10^(16)ions∕cm^(2)were subjected to isochronal annealing at different temperatures(573 K,873 K and 1173 K)for 3 *** Raman results revealed that the D peak gradually increased,whereas the intrinsic G peak decreased with increasing irradiation *** the same irradiation fluence,the D peak gradually decreased,whereas the intrinsic G peak increased with increasing annealing *** positron beam analysis demonstrated that the density or size of irradiation defects(vacancy type)increased with higher irradiation fluence,but decreased rapidly with increasing annealing *** Raman spectral analysis of sample cross sections subjected to high irradiation fluences revealed the emergence of amorphization precisely at the depth where ion damage was most pronounced,whereas the surface retained its crystalline *** and positron annihilation analyses indicated that the matrix graphite exhibited good irradiation resistance to He ions at 300 ***,vacancy-type defects induced by He ion irradiation exhibit poor thermal stability and can be easily removed during annealing.

Grid forecasting can be used to effectively enhance the spatial and temporal density of forecast products,thereby improving the capability of short-term marine disaster forecasting and warnings in terms of *** traditional method that relies on forecasters'subjective correction of station observation data for forecasting has been unable to meet the practical needs of refined *** address this problem,this paper proposes a Transformer-enhanced UNet(TransUNet)model for wave forecast AI correction,which fuses wind and wave *** Transformer structure is integrated into the encoder of the UNet model,and instead of using the traditional upsampling method,the dual-sampling module is employed in the decoder to enhance the feature extraction *** paper compares the TransUNet model with the traditional UNet model using wind speed forecast data,wave height forecast data,and significant wave height reanalysis data provided by *** experimental results indicate that the TransUNet model yields smaller root-meansquare errors,mean errors,and standard deviations of the corrected results for the next 24-h forecasts than does the UNet ***,the root-mean-square error decreased by more than 21.55%compared to its precorrection *** to the statistical analysis,87.81%of the corrected wave height errors for the next 24-h forecast were within±0.2m,with only 4.56%falling beyond±0.3 *** model effectively limits the error range and enhances the ability to forecast wave heights.

Near-eutectic Al-Si alloys are widely used in automotive manufacturing due to their superior wear resistance and high temperature *** of high Si content,the grain refinement of near-eutectic Al-Si alloy has been a problem for many *** this study,the effect of deep cryogenic treatment(DCT)on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-12Si-4Cu-2Ni-Mg alloy with addition of Al-Ti-C-B master alloy was fully *** show that the average grain size of the alloy is greatly reduced from 0.92 mm to 0.50 mm,and the eutectic Si and Al7Cu4Ni precipitates are spheroidized and refined in Al-12Si-4Cu-2Ni-Mg after DCT for 24 h and aging *** these changes of microstructures result in a significant increment of about 22.5%in elongation and a slight enhancement of about 6.8%in tensile ***,the refinement of microstructure also significantly improves the fatigue life of the alloy.

Giant tunneling magnetoresistance(TMR)has always been a pursuit in the research of magnetic tunnel junctions(MTJ).Two-dimensional(2D)magnetic materials have been used to construct lateral MTJ with high *** we investigated the crystal structure and magnetic property of CrSI monolayer,and found that it is a ferromagnetic semiconductor with a Curie temperature of about 180 *** CrSI monolayer with Li adsorption(Li-CrSI)show ferromagnetic half-metallic with a high Curie temperature of 300 *** we designed a lateral Li CrSI/CrSI/Li-CrSI monolayer *** TMR of the MTJs along b transport direction is 3 orders of magnitude times larger than that of the a transport direction,which should result from the different spin filtering ability along the two *** TMR of b transport direction in the MTJ is 7.67×10^(14),which is significantly higher than that of any reported lateral MTJs based on 2D *** results provide a promising avenue for designing lateral MTJs with giant TMR and high Curie temperature.

High-energy-density（HED） fuel（*** used JP-10 and RJ-4）,featuring compact 3D polycyclic structure with high strain,is of critical importance for volume-limited military aircraft,since their high density and combustion heat can provide more propulsion *** reduce the reliance on petroleum source,it is highly desirable to develop renewable alternatives for the production of strained polycyclic HED fuel,but which remains a big challenge because of the inaccessibility caused by the high strain,We herein demonstrate a three-step catalytic route towards highly strained C17and C18spirofuel with biomass *** process includes catalytic aldol condensation of renewable cyclohexanone/cyclopentanone with benzaldehyde,catalytic spiro Diels-Alder（D-A） reaction of aldol adduct with isoprene,and catalytic *** key spiro D-A reaction is enabled by the catalysis of heterogeneous Lewis acidic ionic *** chloroaluminate IL,formed by benign urea and AICl3,exhibits good catalytic performance and reusability for this *** eventual hydrodeoxygenation（HDO）over Pd/C and H-Y produces strained tricyclic spirofuel with density>0.93 g/mL,combustion heat>41 MJ/L and freezing point <-40℃,which are better than the properties of tactical fuel ***,it is anticipated that the as-prepared renewable fuels have the potential to replace traditional petroleum-derived HED fuels.

Covalent organic frameworks（COFs） are promising materials for mitigating polysulfide shuttling in lithium-sulfur（Li-S） batteries,but enhancing their ability to convert polysulfides across a wide temperature range remains a challenge,Herein,we introduce a redox-active COF（RaCOF） that functions as both a physical barrier and a kinetic enhancer to improve the temperature adaptability of Li-S batteries,The RaCOF constructed from redox-active anthraquinone units accelerates polysulfide conversion kinetics through reversible C=O/C-OLi transformations within a voltage range of 1,7 to 2.8 V（***+/Li）,optimizing sulfur redox reactions in ether-based *** conventional COFs,RaCOF provides bidentate trapping of polysulfides,increasing binding energy and facilitating more effective polysulfide ***-situ XRD and ToF-SIMS analyses confirm that RaCOF enhances polysulfide adsorption and promotes the transformation of lithium sulfide（Li2S）,leading to better sulfur cathode ***,RaCOF-modified Li-S batteries demonstrate low self-discharge（4.0% decay over a 7-day rest）,excellent wide-temperature performance（stable from-10 to+60℃）,and high-rate cycling stability（94% capacity retention over 500 cycles at 5.0 C）.This work offers valuable insights for designing COF structures aimed at achieving temperature-adaptive performance in rechargeable batteries.

The concept of synthetic lethality(SL)has been successfully used for targeted *** further explore SL for cancer therapy,identifying more SL interactions with therapeutic potential are ***,graph neural network-based deep learning methods have been proposed for SL prediction,which reduce the SL search space of wet-lab based ***,these methods ignore that most SL interactions depend strongly on genetic context,which limits the application of the predicted *** this study,we proposed a graph recurrent network-based model for specific context-dependent SL prediction(SLGRN).In particular,we introduced a Graph Recurrent Network-based encoder to acquire a context-specific,low-dimensional feature representation for each node,facilitating the prediction of novel *** leveraged gate recurrent unit(GRU)and it incorporated a context-dependent-level state to effectively integrate information from all *** a result,SLGRN outperforms the state-of-the-arts models for SL *** subsequently validate novel SL interactions under different contexts based on combination therapy or patient survival *** in vitro experiments and retrospective clinical analysis,we emphasize the potential clinical significance of this context-specific SL prediction model.
