Porous ceramics were prepared from kaolinite gangue and Al（OH）3 with double addition of MgCO3 and CaCO3 by the pore-forming in-situ *** characterizations of porous ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffractometry,scanning electron microscopy,and mercury porosimetry measurements,*** is found that although the decomposition of MgCO3 and CaCO3 has little contribution to the porosity,the double addition of MgCO3 and CaCO3 strongly affects the formation of liquid phase,and then changes the phase compositions,pore characterization,and *** appropriate mode is the sample containing 1.17wt% MgCO3 and 1.17wt% CaCO3,which has high apparent porosity（41.0%）,high crushing strength（53.5 MPa）,high mullite content（76wt%）,and small average pore size（3.24 μm）.

Since the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),the entire world has been affected by the epidemic[1,2].On November 9,2021,a variant of the novel coronavirus B.1.1.529 was detected for the first time from case samples in South *** Omicron strain spread and mutated significantly *** variant has the characteristics of escape immunity,which can induce relatively extreme disease and reduce the neutralization of antibodies in vaccinators,and is more likely to be reinfected[3,4].The clinical presentation of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARSCoV-2)in children has mild symptoms and a lower risk of hospitalization and death.

The hole transport layer(HTL)affects the device performance and stability of organic solar *** this work,a stable molybdenum oxide(MoO_(x))hole transport layer with low cost was prepared by adjusting the state of the precursor solution with an alcoholic solution of molybdenum acetylacetonate through an *** MoO_(x) transport layer has good transmittance with a work function of 5.07 eV and higher surface *** PM6:Y6 devices using MoO_(x) HTL achieve a high efficiency of 16.8%.MoO_(x) HTL exhibits good applicability with excellent performance in both ternary and all-polymer *** storage stability T80 of the all-polymer device using MoO_(x) HTL was over 600 h,much higher than 70 h of the PEDOT:PSS-based device,and its thermal stability at 85℃ and operational stability under light show better stability than that of the PEDOT:PSS hole transport *** work provides a facile and low-cost method to fabricate HTL for organic solar cells,which is beneficial to improve their efficiency and stability.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) accounts for 90% of all diabetes cases and results in severe complications. It is a multifactorial metabolic disorder that results from a combination of resistance to insulin action and an inadequate compensatory insulin secretory response. The interaction between multiple genetic and environmental determinants has been considered to contribute to the pathogenesis of T2DM[1].

AIM: To investigate the inhibitory effects of emodin, baicalin, *** the hefA gene of multidrug resistance(MDR) in Helicobacter pylori(***).METHODS: The double dilution method was used to screen MDR *** strains and determine the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs) of emodin, baicalin, schizandrin, berberine, clarithromycin, metronidazole, tetracycline, amoxicillin and levofloxacin against *** *** the screened MDR stains were treated with emodin, baicalin, schizandrin or berberine at a 1/2 MIC concentration for 48 h, changes in MICs of amoxicillin, tetracycline, levofloxacin, metronidazole and clarithromycin were *** strains with reduced MICs of amoxicillin were selected to detect the hefA mR NA expression by realtime quantitative ***: A total of four MDR *** strains were *** with emodin, baicalin, schizandrin and berberine significantly decreased the MICs of amoxicillin and tetracycline against some strains, decreased by 1 to 2 times, but did not significantly change the MICs of clarithromycin, levofloxacin, and metronidazole against MDR *** the majority of strains with reduced MICs of amoxicillin, hef A m RNA expression was decreased; one-way ANOVA(SPSS 12.0) used for comparative analysis, P lin, schizandrin and berberine significantly decreased the MICs of amoxicillin and tetracycline against some *** strains, possibly by mechanisms associated with decreasing hefA mR NA expression.

Rapid response and short time latency are very important for Time Domain Astronomy, such as the observations of Gamma-ray Bursts（GRBs） and electromagnetic（EM） counterparts of gravitational waves（GWs）. Based on near real-time Fermi/GBM data, we developed a low-latency pipeline to automatically calculate the temporal and spectral properties of GRBs. With this pipeline, some important parameters can be obtained, such as T_（90） and fluence, within ～ 20 min after the GRB *** ～ 90% of GRBs, T90 and fluence are consistent with the GBM catalog results within 2σ *** pipeline has been used by the Gamma-ray Bursts Polarimeter（POLAR） and the Insight Hard Xray Modulation Telescope（Insight-HXMT） to follow up the bursts of interest. For GRB 170817 A, the first EM counterpart of GW events detected by Fermi/GBM and INTEGRAL/SPI-ACS, the pipeline gave T90 and spectral information 21 min after the GBM trigger, providing important information for POLAR and Insight-HXMT observations.

Background Alanine aminotransferase(ALT)is widely used to screen patients with hepatic ***,the current reference ranges(lidated in populations with a large number of healthy *** This study collected venous blood and anthropometric data from a total of 13,287 healthy children aged 3 months to 18 years who underwent routine physical examinations in the Department of Pediatric *** applied the least mean square algorithm to establish age-and sex-related reference percentiles of serum levels of *** validation,we recruited 4276 children and adolescents with obesity/overweight who underwent evaluation and metabolic tests in the *** receiver operating characteristic curves,we determined age-and sex-specific upper limit percentiles of liver enzymes for fatty liver *** This study revealed a significant correlation between serum transaminase levels and age and sex(Plic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)cohort,elevated ALT levels displayed a positive association with clinical markers of disease severity,including homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance,waist-hip ratio,and serum uric acid levels(Plishes a precise upper limit for ALT levels,facilitating their use in NAFLD screening.

The Moon provides a unique environment for investigating nearby astrophysical events such as *** samples retain valuable information from these events,via detectable long-lived“fingerprint”radionuclides such as^(60)*** this work,we stepped up the development of an accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS)method for detecting^(60)Fe using the HI-13tandem accelerator at the China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE).Since interferences could not be sufficiently removed solely with the existing magnetic systems of the tandem accelerator and the following Q3D magnetic spectrograph,a Wien filter with a maximum voltage of±60 kV and a maximum magnetic field of 0.3 T was installed after the accelerator magnetic systems to lower the detection background for the low abundance nuclide^(60)Fe.A 1μm thick Si_(3)N_(4) foil was installed in front of the Q3D as an energy *** particle detection,a multi-anode gas ionization chamber was mounted at the center of the focal plane of the ***,an^(60)Fe sample with an abundance of 1.125×10^(-10)was used to test the new AMS *** results indicate that^(60)Fe can be clearly distinguished from the isobar^(60)*** sensitivity was assessed to be better than 4.3×10^(-14)based on blank sample measurements lasting 5.8 h,and the sensitivity could,in principle,be expected to be approximately 2.5×10^(-15)when the data were accumulated for 100 h,which is feasible for future lunar sample measurements because the main contaminants were sufficiently separated.

A transition edge sensor(TES)is extremely sensitive to changes in temperature,and combined with a high-Z metal of a certain thickness,it can realize high-energy resolution measurements of particles such as X-rays.X-rays with energies below 10 keV have a weak penetrating ability,hence,only gold or bismuth of a few micrometers in thickness can guarantee a quantum efficiency higher than 70%.Therefore,the entire structure of the TES X-ray detector in this energy range can be realized using a microfabrication ***,for X-rays or γ-rays from 10 keV to 200 keV,submillimeter absorber layers are required,which cannot be realized using the microfabrication *** paper first briefly introduces a set of TES X-ray detectors and their auxiliary systems,and then focuses on the introduction of the TES γ-ray detector with an absorber based on a submillimeter lead-tin alloy *** detector achieved a quantum efficiency above 70% near 100 keV and an energy resolution of approximately 161.5 eV at 59.5 keV.
