In this paper, an algorithm is proposed to estimate starting frequency （SF）, chirp rate （CR）, 2-D direction-of-arrivals （DOA） and polarization of coherent chirp signals with vector sensor arrays. The fractional Fourier transformation （FRFT） is used to estimate SF and CR of chirp signals in this method. And a new correlation matrix is reconstructed to suppress the noise. The property of the vector sensor array is employed to solve the problem of insufficient rank from signal coherence. The L-shaped uniform array of expend aperture is used to improve the precision of es- timation, and the method of solving the ambiguity of angle under the condition of coherent signals is presented. The performance of this algorithm is compared with that of spatial smoothing method to verify the efficacy of this approach.

Objective:Safe and effective anticoagulation is essential for hemodialysis patients who are at high risk of *** purpose of this trial is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of two-stage regional citrate anticoagulation(RCA)combined with sequential anticoagulation and standard calcium-containing dialysate in intermittent hemodialysis(IHD)***:Patients at high risk of bleeding who underwent IHD from September 2019 to May 2021 were prospectively enrolled in 13 blood purification centers of nephrology departments,and were randomly divided into RCA group and saline flushing *** the RCA group,0.04 g/mL sodium citrate was infused from the start of the dialysis line during blood draining and at the venous expansion *** sodium citrate was stopped after 3 h of dialysis,which was changed to sequential dialysis without *** hazard ratios for coagulation were according to ***:A total of 159 patients and 208 sessions were enrolled,including RCA group(80 patients,110 sessions)and saline flushing group(79 patients,98 sessions).The incidence of severe coagulation events of extracorporeal circulation in the RCA group was significantly lower than that in the saline flushing group(3.64%vs.20.41%,Pline in the RCA group was significantly longer than that in the saline flushing group((238.34±9.33)min vs.(221.73±34.10)min,Pline flushing group with no statistically significant difference(1.12±0.34 vs.1.08±0.34,P=0.41).Conclusions:Compared with saline flushing,the two-stage RCA combined with a sequential anticoagulation strategy significantly reduced extracorporeal circulation clotting events and prolonged the dialysis time without serious adverse events.

全身关节过度活动(GJH)是一种结缔组织遗传病,主要表现为全身多个关节活动度过大。近年来,临床上日益重视GJH。GJH本身并未对患者的生活质量造成很大影响,但GJH会提高患者并发其他肌肉骨骼病症(如关节疼痛、骨关节炎)的概率,增加发生运动损伤的风险。目前,有关研究已初步探明GJH危险因素及与其他疾病的联系,但是仍缺乏对GJH治疗方法的系统性总结。在此,本文将总结近期全身关节过度活动的相关研究报告,有助于临床上GJH的诊断与个性化治疗方案的选择。

目的:探讨基于Alberta卒中项目早期CT评分(ASPECTS)定义的脑梗死部位与机械取栓术后无效复流的相关性。方法:研究病例来源于河南省人民医院脑血管病中心等14家医院于2018年1月至2019年1月进行的采用机械取栓术治疗颈内动脉系统急性脑梗死的前瞻性、随机对照研究(Skyflow研究)。纳入取栓术后即刻扩展的脑梗死溶栓(eTICI)分级≥2b级、随访时间≥90 d的192例患者进行回顾性研究。根据术后90 d改良Rankin量表评分(mRS)将患者分为无效复流组(mRS≥3分)105例(54.7%)、有效复流组(mRS<3分)87例(45.3%)。根据ASPECTS评估的脑梗死部位,将患者分为M6区和非M6区梗死。采用单因素和多因素logistic回归模型分析基于ASPECTS的M6区脑梗死与无效复流的相关性。结果:105例无效复流组中,梗死灶位于M6区者占53.3%(56例);87例有效复流组中,梗死灶位于M6区者占36.8%(32例),差异有统计学意义(P=0.016)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,除原发性高血压(OR=1.78,95%CI:1.09~3.47)、术前美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分(OR=1.86,95%CI:1.24~2.77)和ASPECTS(OR=1.92,95%CI:1.22~3.16)、发病至再通时间(OR=2.65,95%CI:1.27~4.65)、术后eTICI分级2c~3级(OR=2.34,95%CI:1.32~3.54)外,梗死灶位于M6区也是影响取栓术后无效复流的重要因素(OR=2.25,95%CI:1.15~3.47),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:基于ASPECTS评估的M6区脑梗死患者机械取栓术后发生无效复流的风险高。

The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main *** of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator *** this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/*** ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are *** large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation *** m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith ***,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment.

糖类化合物是土壤有机质的重要组成部分,是土壤微生物的主要碳源和能源,在维持土壤有机质的稳定性方面起着重要作用。稳定同位素是一种天然的示踪物,通过碳稳定同位素标记技术,可以追踪糖类化合物在植物-土壤-微生物间的流通,量化土壤糖类化合物的转化与累积效率,有助于推进对土壤碳代谢过程的深入理解。本研究综述了土壤糖类化合物的种类、来源、前处理和碳稳定同位素丰度分析方法,重点介绍了气相色谱-稳定同位素质谱法(GC-C-IRMS)的衍生方法及各方法的优缺点,简要概述了碳稳定同位素技术在土壤糖代谢研究中的应用现状,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

目的探讨冠状动脉CT造影(CCTA)的管腔内衰减梯度(TAG)在诊断不同类型斑块所致冠状动脉狭窄中的应用价值。方法前瞻性收集2017年1月至2018年1月四川省自贡市第一人民医院收治的158例冠心病患者为研究对象,按照是否发生冠状动脉狭窄分为狭窄组(101例)与非狭窄组(57例),所有患者均行CCTA检查,比较两组的TAG值以及不同狭窄程度与不同斑块性质患者的TAG值。结果狭窄组冠状动脉TAG值低于非狭窄组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);轻度狭窄组、中度狭窄组分别与重度狭窄组的TAG值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论CCTA的TAG值在冠状动脉狭窄诊断中的应用价值较高,且可用于诊断不同类型斑块导致的冠状动脉狭窄。

目的调查贵州省不同地区蚊虫种类及蚊媒病毒的分布情况,为蚊媒传染病的防治提供依据。方法 2018年8月在贵州省黎平、从江县、花溪、乌当区4个采集点使用诱蚊灯法采集蚊虫。通过分子生物学方法鉴定病毒种类,并利用生物信息学软件对新分离病毒的序列进行分析。结果在贵州省上述4个采集点共采集蚊虫3属4种17 018只,包括三带喙库蚊(34.0%)、淡色库蚊(2.3%)、中华按蚊(24.7%)和骚扰阿蚊(39.0%),其中骚扰阿蚊数量最多。从蚊虫标本中共分离到2株病毒,经分子生物学鉴定,从三带喙库蚊中分离的病毒株GZWK属于基因Ⅰ型流行性乙型脑炎病毒(JEV),从骚扰阿蚊中分离的病毒株GZWA为基因Ⅲ型JEV。结论在贵州省调查的不同地区中骚扰阿蚊为优势蚊种,并在蚊虫中分离到JEV。GZWK与基因Ⅰ型JEV VN105越南分离株进化关系较近,GZWA与基因Ⅲ型JEV FJ0339福建省分离株进化关系较近。
