不同玉米自交系的单倍体育种性能研究

单倍体育种技术在玉米商业化育种中得到广泛应用,对亲本自交系的单倍体育种性能评价是提升单倍体育种效率的重要手段之一。本研究对来源于不同杂种优势群的17个自交系的单倍体诱导、鉴别与加倍性能进行系统评价。结果表明,瑞德种质在单倍体诱导和鉴别方面均具有明显优势,其平均单倍体诱导率和鉴别准确率分别可达12.23%~15.31%和95.27%~96.37%。不同自交系间平均单倍体诱导率与平均单穗单倍体数差异显著,平均单倍体诱导率变异范围为9.68%~17.51%,平均单穗单倍体数变异范围为8.44~23.66粒。郑58和B73的单倍体化学加倍性能较高,郑58的DH生产效率高达74.36%,而B73的单倍体平均结实数最高,为53.80粒。综合单倍体诱导、鉴别和加倍性能进行聚类分析发现,郑58、京1110、京724和JG296在单倍体育种性能方面均处于较高水平, Mo17、4F1和齐319则均处于较低水平。相关结果有助于单倍体育种流程设计,并为提升单倍体育种效率奠定基础。

To improve absorption of quantum well infrared photodetectors (QWIPs),a coupling layer with metallic grating is designed and fabricated above the quantum *** metal grating is composed of 100 nm Au film on top,and a 20-nm Ti thin layer between the Au film and the sapphire substrate is coated as an adhesion/buffer *** protect the photodetector from oxidation and to decrease leakage,a SiO_(2) film is deposited by neans of plasmaenhanced chemical vapor deposition.A value of about 800nm is an optimized thickness for the SiO2 applied in the metallic grating-based mid-infrared *** addition,a QWIP passivation layer is studied *** results demonstrate that the contribution from the layer is positive for metal grating coupling with the quantum *** closer the permittivity of the two dielectric layers (SiO_(2) and the passivation layers),and the closer the two transmission peaks,the greater the QWIP enhancement will be.

baCKGROUND: Brain-dead donors are the main sources for organ transplantation, but many studies show that brain-death affects the organ's function after transplantation. This study was undertaken to investigate liver injury after brain-death in ba-Ma mini pigs and the protective effects of breviscapine on hepatic function and on PKC-alpha mRNA and its protein expression. METHODS: Fifteen ba-Ma mini pigs were equally divided into 3 groups at random: brain-dead (group B), breviscapine pretreated (group P), and control (group Q. The brain-dead model was established by increasing intracranial pressure in a modified, slow and intermittent way. At 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 hours after the initial brain-death, the levels of serum AST, ALT, TNF-alpha, IL-1 beta, and IL-6 were determined. The changes in hepatic tissues were assessed, and the expression of PKC-alpha and PKC-alpha mRNA was detected by immunohistochemistry and RTPCR, respectively. RESULTS: The levels of AST and ALT in groups B and P began to increase 12 hours after brain-death, while the values in group P were lower than those in group B (P<0.05). The levels of IL-1 beta, IL-6, and TNF-alpha in groups B and P at 3, 6, 12 and 18 hours were lower than those in group B (P<0.05). At 6, 12 and 24 hours, the expressions of PKC-a mRNA and PKC-a protein in group P were lower than those in group B (P<0.05). The degree of injury to hepatic cells in group P was milder than that in group B. CONCLUSIONS: Breviscapine inhibits the degree of PKC-alpha mRNA transcription and its protein translation, decreases the release of inflammatory factors, and thus alleviates hepatic injury during brain-death.

The outbreak and spread of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)are not only a disaster of people’s life and health over the world,[1–3]but also the challenge for medical practitioner in clinical *** to many diagnostic instruments are not suitable or convenient to use any more in contagious ward considering the risk of cross infections,such as traditional stethoscope or electrocardiogram(ECG).In this scenarios,wireless and digital equipment are optimal choices for epidemic management in order to exert rapid diagnosis and disease ***,we reported a case of the patient suffering both COVID-19 and myocardial infarction,for which the tele-ECG and wireless stethoscope facilitated the accurate diagnosis and instant management.

baCKGROUND: Because of the shortage of deceased donors with livers fit for transplantation, living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) is becoming an attractive alternative. Attention should be paid to the donors, especially to those of the right lobe. In this study, we evaluated the risks faced by donors of the right lobe for adult-to-adult LDLT. METHODS: The perioperative data from 105 consecutive living donors of the right lobe performed in West China Hospital from January 2002 to December 2007 were retrospectively studied. Preoperative evaluation included CT, MRCP, and intraoperative cholangiography, showing liver volume, hepatic vasculature and the biliary system. The standard liver volume (SLV) and the ratio of left lobe volume to SLV were calculated. The right lobe grafts were obtained by transecting the liver on the right side of the middle hepatic vein without inflow vascular occlusion, using an ultrasonic dissector. After operation the donors were monitored in the Intensive Care Unit for about three days. Each donor was followed up for at least 6 months. RESULTS: There was no donor mortality. Major complications occurred in 14 donors (13.3%), of whom 3 received conservative treatment, 8 required invasive paracentesis, and 3 required further surgery. All donors were recovered well and resumed their previous occupations. CONCLUSIONS: Donors of the right lobe face low risks. The preoperative evaluation, especially evaluation of the volume of the remnant liver, should be exact. During the operation, the patency of the remnant hepatic vasculature and bile duct must be preserved, and the extent of injury to the remnant liver should be limited as much as possible. The detection and treatment of postoperative complications should be diligently performed.

The Unruh effect is one of the most fundamental manifestations of the fact that the particle content of a field theory is observer dependent. However, there has been so far no experimental verification of this effect, as the associated temperatures lie far below any observable threshold. Recently, physical phenomena, which are of great experimental challenge, have been investigated by quantum simulations in various fields. Here we perform a proof-of-principle simulation of the evolution of ferrnionic modes under the Unruh effect with a nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR） quantum simulator. By the quantum simulator, we experimentally demonstrate the behavior of Unruh temperature with acceleration, and we fiarther investigate the quantum correlations quantified by quantum discord between two fermionic modes as seen by two relatively accelerated observers. It is shown that the quantum correlations can be created by the Unrtfia effect from the classically correlated states. Our work may provide a promising way to explore the quantum physics of accelerated systems.
