Highly thermally conductive graphitic film(GF)materials have become a competitive solution for the thermal management of high-power electronic devices.However,their catastrophic structural failure under extreme alternating thermal/cold shock poses a significant challenge to reliability and safety.Here,we present the first investigation into the structural failure mechanism of GF during cyclic liquid nitrogen shocks(LNS),which reveals a bubbling process characterized by“permeation-diffusion-deformation”phenomenon.To overcome this long-standing structural weakness,a novel metal-nanoarmor strategy is proposed to construct a Cu-modified graphitic film(GF@Cu)with seamless heterointerface.This well-designed interface ensures superior structural stability for GF@Cu after hundreds of LNS cycles from 77 to 300 K.Moreover,GF@Cu maintains high thermal conductivity up to 1088 W m^(−1)K^(−1)with degradation of less than 5%even after 150 LNS cycles,superior to that of pure GF(50%degradation).Our work not only offers an opportunity to improve the robustness of graphitic films by the rational structural design but also facilitates the applications of thermally conductive carbon-based materials for future extreme thermal management in complex aerospace electronics.

The exercise recommendation system is emerging as a promising application in online learning scenarios,providing personalized recommendations to assist students with explicit learning directions.Existing solutions generally follow a collaborative filtering paradigm,while the implicit connections between students(exercises)have been largely ignored.In this study,we aim to propose an exercise recommendation paradigm that can reveal the latent connections between student-student(exercise-exercise).Specifically,a new framework was proposed,namely personalized exercise recommendation with student and exercise portraits(PERP).It consists of three sequential and interdependent modules:Collaborative student exercise graph(CSEG)construction,joint random walk,and recommendation list optimization.Technically,CSEG is created as a unified heterogeneous graph with students’response behaviors and student(exercise)relationships.Then,a joint random walk to take full advantage of the spectral properties of nearly uncoupled Markov chains is performed on CSEG,which allows for full exploration of both similar exercises that students have finished and connections between students(exercises)with similar portraits.Finally,we propose to optimize the recommendation list to obtain different exercise suggestions.After analyses of two public datasets,the results demonstrated that PERP can satisfy novelty,accuracy,and diversity.

Due to its highly insidious and rapid progression,deep tissue pressure injury(DTPI)is a clinical challenge.Our previous study found that DTPI may be a skeletal muscle injury dominated by macrophage immune dysfunction due to excessive iron accu-mulation.Decellularized extracellular matrix(dECM)hydrogel promotes skeletal muscle injury repair.However,its role in po-larizing macrophages and regulating iron metabolism in DTPI remains unclear.Here,porcine dECM hydrogel was prepared,and its therapeutic function and mechanism in repairing DTPI were investigated.The stimulus of dECM hydrogel toward RAW264.7 cells resulted in a significantly higher percentage of CD2o6+macrophages and notably decreased intracellular divalent iron levels.In mice DTPI model,dECM hydrogel treatment promoted M1 to M2 macrophage conversion,improved iron metabolism and reduced oxidative stress in the early stage of DTPI.In the remodeling phase,the dECM hydrogel remarkably enhanced revascularization and accelerated skeletal muscle repair.Furthermore,the immunomodulation of dEcM hydrogels in vivo was mainly involved in the P13k/Akt signaling pathway,as revealed by GO and KEGG pathway analysis,which may ameliorate the iron deposition and promote the healing of DTPI.Our findings indicate that dECM hydrogel is promising in skeletal muscle repair,inflammation resolution and tissue injury healing by effectively restoring macrophage immune homeostasis and normalizing iron metabolism.

Currently,applications accessing remote computing resources through cloud data centers is the main mode of operation,but this mode of operation greatly increases communication latency and reduces overall quality of service(QoS)and quality of experience(QoE).Edge computing technology extends cloud service functionality to the edge of the mobile network,closer to the task execution end,and can effectivelymitigate the communication latency problem.However,the massive and heterogeneous nature of servers in edge computing systems brings new challenges to task scheduling and resource management,and the booming development of artificial neural networks provides us withmore powerfulmethods to alleviate this limitation.Therefore,in this paper,we proposed a time series forecasting model incorporating Conv1D,LSTM and GRU for edge computing device resource scheduling,trained and tested the forecasting model using a small self-built dataset,and achieved competitive experimental results.

This paper is aimed at the distributed fault estimation issue associated with the potential loss of actuator efficiency for a type of discrete-time nonlinear systems with sensor saturation. For the distributed estimation structure under consideration,an estimation center is not necessary, and the estimator derives its information from itself and neighboring nodes, which fuses the state vector and the measurement vector. In an effort to cut down data conflicts in communication networks, the stochastic communication protocol(SCP) is employed so that the output signals from sensors can be selected. Additionally, a recursive security estimator scheme is created since attackers randomly inject malicious signals into the selected data. On this basis, sufficient conditions for a fault estimator with less conservatism are presented which ensure an upper bound of the estimation error covariance and the mean-square exponential boundedness of the estimating error. Finally, a numerical example is used to show the reliability and effectiveness of the considered distributed estimation algorithm.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is the most common chronic liver disease worldwide,and the development of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)might cause irreversible hepatic damage.Hyperlipidemia(HLP)is the leading risk factor for NAFLD.This study aims to illuminate the causative contributor and potential mechanism of Kallistatin(KAL)mediating HLP to NAFLD.221 healthy control and 253 HLP subjects,62 healthy control and 44 NAFLD subjects were enrolled.The plasma KAL was significantly elevated in HLP subjects,especially in hypertriglyceridemia(HTG)subjects,and positively correlated with liver injury.Further,KAL levels of NAFLD patients were significantly up-regulated.KAL transgenic mice induced hepatic steatosis,inflammation,and fibrosis with time and accelerated inflammation development in high-fat diet(HFD)mice.In contrast,KAL knockout ameliorated steatosis and inflammation in high-fructose diet(HFruD)and methionine and choline-deficient(MCD)diet-induced NAFLD rats.Mechanistically,KAL induced hepatic steatosis and NASH by down-regulating adipose triglyceride lipase(ATGL)and comparative gene identification 58(CGl-58)by LRP6/Gas/PKA/GSK3βpathway through down-regulating peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPARy)and up-regulating kruppel-like factor four(KLF4),respectively.CGl-58 is bound to NF-kB p65 in the cytoplasm,and diminishing CGl-58 facilitated p65 nuclear translocation and TNFa induction.Meanwhile,hepatic CGl-58-overexpress reverses NASH in KAL transgenic mice.Further,free fatty acids up-regulated KAL against thyroid hormone in hepatocytes.Moreover,Fenofibrate,one triglyceride-lowering drug,could reverse hepatic steatosis by down-regulating KAL.These results demonstrate that elevated KAL plays a crucial role in the development of HLP to NAFLD and may be served as a potential preventive and therapeutic target.

Achieving efficient thermal management urges to exploit high-thermal-conductivity materials to satisfy the boosted demand of heat dissipation.It is critical to adopt standardized characterization protocols to evaluate the intrinsic thermal conductivity of thermal management materials.However,for the most representative laser flash method,the lack of standard measurement methodology and systematic description on the thermal diffusivity and influencing factors has led to significant deviations and confusion of the thermal conduction performance in the emerging thermal management application.Here,the measurement error factors of thermal diffusivity by the common laser flash analyzer(LFA) are discussed.Taking high-thermal-conductivity graphitic film(GF) as a typical case,the key factors are analyzed to guide the measurement protocol of related carbon-based thermal management materials.The basic principle of the LFA measurement,actual pre-processing conditions,instrument parameters setting,and data analysis are elaborated for accurate measurements.Furthermore,the graphene thick films and common isotropic materials are also extended to meet various thermal measurement requirements.Based on the existing practical problems,we propose a feasible test flow to achieve a unified and standardized thermal conductivity measurement,which is beneficial to the rapid development of carbon-based thermal management materials.

1Introduction and main contributions Recently,community search over Heterogeneous Information Networks(HINs)has attracted much attention in graph analysis,which aims to search for local communities containing query node.Although existing community search studies in HINs have proved effective in converting heterogeneous graphs to homogeneous graphs via pre-defined meta-paths with consistent head and tail node types,two major limitations stilexist.First,they fail to properly utilize the intermediate nodes to assign weights on the edges of the induced homogeneous graph.

Photosynthesis affects crop growth and yield.The roles of microRNAs(miRNAs)in photosynthesis are little known.In the present study,the role of the OsNF-YB7–OsMIR5810–OsMRLP6 regulatory module in photosynthesis was investigated.The malectin-like protein gene OsMRLP6 was identified as a target gene of osa-miR5810(miR5810).Overexpression in rice of miR5810 or down-expression of OsMRLP6 resulted in reduced expression of genes involved in chloroplast development and photosynthesis and decreased net photosynthetic rate,finally leading to lower shoot biomass and grain yield.Down-expression of miR5810 and overexpression of OsMRLP6 showed the opposite effect.Overexpression of transcription factor OsNF-YB7 elevated expression of OsMIR5810 in rice seedlings by binding to its promoter.The OsNFYB7–OsMIR5810–OsMRLP6 regulatory module affects photosynthesis to mediate growth and grain yield.
