The oral cavity is a complex physiological community encompassing a wide range of *** of oral microbiota can lead to various oral infectious diseases,such as periodontitis and tooth decay,and even affect systemic health,including brain aging and neurodegenerative *** studies have highlighted how oral microbes might be involved in brain aging and neurodegeneration,indicating potential avenues for intervention *** this review,we summarize clinical evidence demonstrating a link between oral microbes/oral infectious diseases and brain aging/neurodegenerative diseases,and dissect potential mechanisms by which oral microbes contribute to brain aging and *** also highlight advances in therapeutic development grounded in the realm of oral microbes,with the goal of advancing brain health and promoting healthy aging.

SUDM-SP:A method for discovering trajectory similar users based on semantic privacy

With intelligent terminal devices’widespread adoption and global positioning systems’advancement,Location-based Social Networking Services(LbSNs)have gained considerable *** recommendation mechanism,which revolves around identifying similar users,holds significant importance in *** order to enhance user experience,LbSNs heavily rely on accurate *** mining and analyzing users who exhibit similar behavioral patterns to the target user,LbSNs can offer personalized services that cater to individual ***,trajectory data,a form encompassing various sensitive attributes,pose privacy *** disclosure of users’precise trajectory information can have severe consequences,potentially impacting their daily ***,this paper proposes the Similar User Discovery Method based on Semantic Privacy(SUDM-SP)for trajectory *** approach involves employing a model that generates noise trajectories,maximizing expected noise to preserve the privacy of the original *** users are then identified based on the published noise trajectory ***-SP consists of two key ***,a puppet noise location,exhibiting the highest semantic expectation with the original location,is generated to derive noisesuppressed trajectory ***,a mechanism based on semantic and geographical distance is employed to cluster highly similar users into communities,facilitating the discovery of noise trajectory similarity among *** trials conducted using real datasets,the effectiveness of SUDM-SP,as a recommendation service ensuring user privacy protection is substantiated.

Timing and mechanism of opening the Neo-Tethys Ocean:Constraints from mélanges in the Yarlung Zangbo suture zone

The evolution and final closure of the Neo-Tethys Ocean are one of the most important geological events that have occurred on Earth since the ***,the evolution of the Neo-Tethys is not well constrained,in particular whether its opening occurred in the Permian or the Triassic and whether a plume was involved with its opening or *** this study,we present geochronological and geochemical data for mafic igneous rocks in mélanges along the Yarlung Zangbo suture zone(YZSZ)in southern Tibet to constrain the timing and mechanism of opening the Neo-Tethys *** on field observations,the YZSZ mélanges can be divided into three *** western(west of Zhongba)and eastern(Sangsang-Renbu)segments are composed of ocean plate stratigraphy representing accretionary complexes that formed during subduction of Neo-Tethyan oceanic lithosphere beneath the southern margin of the Asian continent.Mélanges in the central segment(Zhongba-eastern Saga)typically have a siliciclastic matrix,and represent Tethyan Himalayan strata that were structurally mixed with the southern margin of the Asian *** on our and previously published geochemical data,the mafic rocks in the YZSZ mélanges are ocean island basalt(OIB)-like,with ages in the Late Permian-Middle Triassic,the Middle-Late Jurassic,and the Early Cretaceous,*** OIB-like block with an age of ca.253 Ma is identified from the Zhongba mélanges in the western segment,and it is the oldest OIB lithology yet identified in the YZSZ mélanges related to the evolution of the Neo-Tethys *** features indicate that this OIB-like block is distinct from typical OIBs and would be formed during continental rifting to incipient seafloor *** the framework of plate divergent-convergent coupling systems and based on literature data for early Middle Triassic seamounts,radiolarian cherts,and normal mid-ocean ridge basalt-like oceanic crust,we conclude that opening of the Yarlung Zangbo Neo-Tet

The nutritional composition and digestion of plants foraged by red deer(Cervus elaphus xanthopygus) in northeast China

We studied species of plants foraged by red deer in the Muling forest region of northeastern China during January 2014 and 2015. We focused on nutritional composition, energy content, and the digestibility of these plants. Crude protein content varied by plant *** crude protein content was 7.5 ± 1.7% of dry matter, ranging from 4.5 to 10.3%. Crude lipid content did not vary by species and averaged 7 ± 1.5%(range5.4–9.8%). Non-fiber carbohydrate(NFC) and neutral detergent fiber(NDF) content varied broadly with average values being 20.1 ± 4.8%(range 13.5–28.8%) and64.7 ± 5.9%(range 53.5–71.8%), respectively. Energy content ranged from 16.7 to 19.7 k J/g. Average dry matter digestibility(DMD) was 46.1 ± 4.8%, with a range from38.7 to 54.6%. Only three plants, Saussurea manshurica,Aralia elata and Equisetum hyemale exhibited DMD [ 50%. NFC content explained most of the variation in energy content(r = 0.451). In contrast, energy content was inversely related to NDF(r =-0.443). There was no correlation between crude protein, crude lipid, and energy content(r= 0.004, r=-0.190). S. manshurica,A. elata and E. hyemale had higher NFC and lower NDF content. Thus, these species offered the greatest nutritional value for wintering red deer in the study area. Along with high CP and NFC content, Taxus cuspidate also had high lignin content, and was thus, considered a good forage species for red deer.

Mineral Chemistry of Melanite from Calcitic Ijolite, the Oka Carbonatite Complex, Canada: Implications for Multi-Pulse Magma Mixing

Ti-rich garnet is found within calcitic ijolite from the Oka carbonatite complex in Canada, which is characterized by 58%-73% andradite component（2.12 wt.%-4.18 wt.% TiO_2） and classified as melanite. The garnet displays complex zoning and contains abundant high field strength elements（HFSEs） and rare earth elements（REEs）. Three groups（Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ） have been identified based on their petrographic nature. Compared to groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ, Group Ⅰ garnet cores contain higher TiO_2, Mg O, HFSE, and REE and lower SiO_2 abundances. The distinct chemical and petrographic signatures of the investigated garnets cannot be attributed to simple closed system crystallization, but they are consistent with the multi-pulse magma mixing. Combined with previously reported U-Pb ages for apatite from the calcitic ijolite, at least three stages of magma evolution and subsequent mixing have been involved in the generation of calcitic ijolite at Oka. The early-formed melt that generated Group I garnet core was later mixed with at least two small-volume, more evolved melts. The intermediate stage melt formed the remaining garnet along with some pyroxene, calcite, nepheline, and apatite at 127±3.6 Ma. The youngest, most evolved melt generated the majority of pyroxene, calcite, nepheline, and apatite within the calcitic ijolite at 115±3.1 Ma.

Spark,a distributed computing platform,has rapidly developed in the field of big *** in-memory computing feature reduces disk read overhead and shortens data processing time,making it have broad application prospects in large-scale computing applications such as machine learning and image ***,the performance of the Spark platform still needs to be *** a large number of tasks are processed simultaneously,Spark’s cache replacementmechanismcannot identify high-value data partitions,resulting inmemory resources not being fully utilized and affecting the performance of the Spark *** address the problem that Spark’s default cache replacement algorithm cannot accurately evaluate high-value data partitions,firstly the weight influence factors of data partitions are modeled and ***,based on this weighted model,a cache replacement algorithm based on dynamic weighted data value is proposed,which takes into account hit rate and data *** integration and usage strategies are implemented based on LRU(LeastRecentlyUsed).Theweight update algorithm updates the weight value when the data partition information changes,accurately measuring the importance of the partition in the current job;the cache removal algorithm clears partitions without useful values in the cache to releasememory resources;the weight replacement algorithm combines partition weights and partition information to replace RDD partitions when memory remaining space is ***,by setting up a Spark cluster environment,the algorithm proposed in this paper is experimentally *** have shown that this algorithmcan effectively improve cache hit rate,enhance the performance of the platform,and reduce job execution time by 7.61%compared to existing improved algorithms.

Gas separation is a key issue in various industrial fields. Hydrogen has the potential for application in clean fuel technologies. Therefore, the separation and purification of hydrogen is an important research subject. CO2 capture and storage have important roles in ＂green chemistry＂. As an effective clean technology, gas separation using inorganic membranes has attracted much attention in the last several decades. Membrane processes have many applications in the field of gas separation. Cement is one type of inorganic material, with the advantages of a lower cost and a longer lifespan. An experimental setup has been created and improved to measure twenty different cement membranes. The purpose of this work was to investigate the influence of gas molecule properties on the material transport and to explore the influence of operating conditions and membrane composition on separation efficiency. The influences of the above parameters are determined, the best conditions and membrane type are found, it is shown that cementitious material has the ability to separate gas mixtures, and the gas transport mechanism is studied.

Spatial distribution of health risks for residents located close to solvent-consuming industrial VOC emission sources

Emissions derived from the consumption of organic solvents have been proven to be the primary industrial source of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).In conjunction with epidemiologic studies, water-based paints(WBPs) and solvent-based paints(SBPs) were selected as representatives of newly developed solvents and traditional solvents, respectively,to simulate the effects of consuming solvents emitted during industrial *** non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks to residents near emission sources were studied in *** results showed that the spatial distribution of health risks varied with meteorological conditions and type of emission source, and the prevailing wind direction strongly affected the distribution range and shape of the influenced *** areas of influence maximized on heavy-polluting days for both WBP and SBP emission sources with the total span reaching 804 m and 16 km, respectively;meanwhile, the areas of influence for carcinogenic risk resulting from WBP emission sources were 1.2 and 2.3 times greater than those measured on fine and rainy days, respectively, and 1.8 and 2.9 times greater for SBP emission *** with WBPs, the total spans of negatively influenced regions resulting from SBP emission sources were 10.4, 12.5 and 19.9 times greater on fine, rainy and heavypolluting days, ***, carcinogenic risk was the dominant health threat for populations residing close to solvent-consuming industrial emission *** findings suggest that newly developed solvents are capable of significantly reducing consequent health threats, nevertheless, they could still pose occasional threats to nearby residents under specific meteorological conditions.
