Nonlinear Filtering With Sample-Based Approximation Under Constrained Communication:Progress, Insights and Trends

The nonlinear filtering problem has enduringly been an active research topic in both academia and industry due to its ever-growing theoretical importance and practical *** main objective of nonlinear filtering is to infer the states of a nonlinear dynamical system of interest based on the available noisy measurements. In recent years, the advance of network communication technology has not only popularized the networked systems with apparent advantages in terms of installation,cost and maintenance, but also brought about a series of challenges to the design of nonlinear filtering algorithms, among which the communication constraint has been recognized as a dominating concern. In this context, a great number of investigations have been launched towards the networked nonlinear filtering problem with communication constraints, and many samplebased nonlinear filters have been developed to deal with the highly nonlinear and/or non-Gaussian scenarios. The aim of this paper is to provide a timely survey about the recent advances on the sample-based networked nonlinear filtering problem from the perspective of communication constraints. More specifically, we first review three important families of sample-based filtering methods known as the unscented Kalman filter, particle filter,and maximum correntropy filter. Then, the latest developments are surveyed with stress on the topics regarding incomplete/imperfect information, limited resources and cyber ***, several challenges and open problems are highlighted to shed some lights on the possible trends of future research in this realm.

非协调网格常被用于处理运动边界和局部网格加密,其关键在于确保非协调子域间的数值连续性。目前已有一种隐式插值方法,针对二维流体非协调网格问题建立了模型。该文将此方法向三维进一步拓展,提出了一种高效的三维流体非协调网格隐式插值方法,通过对代数方程中的未知量施加Dirichlet条件、对系数矩阵和右端项施加Neumann条件,将非协调子域的耦合嵌入代数方程中。该文采用提出的三维隐式插值方法模拟了三维泊肃叶流、三维方腔顶盖驱动流,验证了该方法的准确性、高效性,通过三维三棱柱绕流模拟证明了该方法对于解决三维非协调网格问题具有普适性。

针对磁场定向控制中电流内环和转速外环比例积分(PI)控制器参数整定困难且耗时长的问题,基于Matlab/Simulink的磁场定向控制自整定(FOCA)模块搭建了永磁游标电机磁场定向控制双闭环调速系统参数自整定模型。该模块在PI控制器输出端注入正弦扰动信号,根据系统输入输出数据计算频率响应,基于频率响应自动整定PI参数,同时实现指定的目标带宽和相位裕度。最后通过仿真对比分析各个环路整定前后的控制性能,仿真结果表明使用FOCA模块能够快速自动整定PI控制器参数并且拥有良好的控制性能。

盾构姿态控制过程中通过尽量减小各区压大小差异,可降低管片受剪开裂和纵向错台风险。为实现目标区压均衡分配,构建均衡分配几何模型,推导区压均衡约束条件,结合目标总推力和目标力矩条件,推导可实现任意多个区压均衡分配的计算公式。对比验证结果表明:1)相对于传统伪逆法和人工分配方法,所提出的均衡法有效提升了区压的均衡性,明显降低了相邻分区压差。2)基于区压均衡原则,提出不同总推力对应的力矩/力心极限边界解算方法,并描述了对应规律,即随着总推力由0 k N增长至分界值,同一方位的极限力矩由0 k N·m线性增至最大值,而极限力心半径为定值;当总推力继续增至最大总推力,极限力矩从最大值线性衰减至0 k N·m,极限力心也从最大值非线性衰减至0 m。3)基于所述极限边界,可避免力矩/力心设定超界引发的控制风险。

为了建立更准确的磁轴承数学模型,优化其控制性能,对磁轴承的电磁力非线性特性和系统固有干扰源进行了分析,通过转子动力学分析建立了含干扰源的主动磁轴承径向耦合系统模型。为抑制系统的振动,提出了一种磁轴承准谐振自抗扰振动抑制方法。通过扩张状态观测器实现系统解耦,简化控制流程,提升系统抗干扰能力;在此基础上,并入准谐振控制器对正弦周期性振动进行抑制。与传统方法相比,该方法控制结构简单,所需整定参数较少。仿真与试验结果表明,所提方法可以有效降低转子位移振动幅值,系统内常见的1、3、5倍频周期性振动得到显著抑制,具有良好的振动抑制效果。

Growth is the most valuable economic trait for improving aquaculture fish species,since fast growth can reduce labor cost and make more economic ***,the knowledge about how many and which genes are related to the growth of Chi-nese tongue sole is ***-throughput sequencing screening of variants is a fast,economical and accurate assay to identify genes related to growth in crops,livestock and other aquaculture *** the present study,genome-wide resequencing of 30 female Chinese tongue sole individuals from large and small groups to screen growth trait-related variations(SNPs,InDels)was carried *** total,6545735 SNPs and 1016745 InDels were detected,while 31 genes related to growth traits were *** functions were mainly involved in muscle architecture,post-embryonic development,neurosensory development and hormone ***-thermore,18 of the 31 genes related to growth trait are located on W chromosome,indicating that W chromosome plays an important role in regulating the body size of female tongue *** markers and genes identified in our study can be applied to selective breeding of tongue sole and thus will promote the aquaculture industry and increase economic efficiency.

Transcriptome-Wide Identification and Validation of Reference Genes in Black Rockfish(Sebastes schlegelii)

The quantitative real-time reverse transcription PCR(qRT-PCR)is a widely used technique to analyze gene expression *** a suitable reference gene is a crucial step to obtain an accurate result in ***,most previous studies on fishes adopted reference genes that were commonly used in mammals without *** this study,we utilized 89 transcrip-tome datasets covering early developmental stages and different adult tissues,and carried out transcriptome-wide identification and validation of reference genes in Sebastes ***,121 candidate reference genes were identified based on four *** candidates(METAP2,BTF3L4,EIF5A1,TCTP,UBC,PAIRB,RAB10,and DLD)and four commonly used reference genes in mam-mals(TUBA,ACTB,GAPDH,RPL17)were selected for validation via qRT-PCR and four statistical analysis methods(delta-Ct,Best-Keeper,geNorm,and NormFinder).The results indicated that when the black rockfish are cultured in a general condition,the eight candidate reference genes are more stable than traditional reference genes in mammals,and RAB10,EIF5A1,PAIRB and BTF3L4 are the best reference genes in *** is the first study to conduct transcriptome-wide identification and validation of reference genes for quantitative RT-PCR in the black rockfish,and lay an important foundation for gene expression analysis in teleost.

Selective loading of spatially separated redox cocatalysts on direct Z-scheme heterojunctions holds great promise for advancing the efficiency of artificial photosynthesis,which however is limited to the photodeposition of noble metal cocatalysts and the fabrication of hollow double-shelled semiconductor ***,the co-exposure of discrete cocatalyst and semiconductor increases the product diversity when both the exposed sites of which participate in CO_(2)***,we present a facile and versatile protocol to overcome these limitations via surface coating of Z-scheme heterojunctions with bifunctional noble-metal-free *** Cu_(2)O/Fe_(2)O_(3)(CF)as a model heterojunction and layered Ni(OH)_(2)as a model cocatalyst,it is found that Ni(OH)_(2)lying on the surfaces of Cu_(2)O and Fe_(2)O_(3)separately co-catalyzes the CO_(2)reduction and H_(2)O *** experimental and theoretical investigation reveals that the Ni(OH)_(2)outer layer:(i)mitigates the charge recombination in CF and balances their transfer and consumption;(ii)reduces the rate-determining barriers for CO_(2)-to-CO and H_(2)O-to-O_(2)conversion,(iii)suppresses the side proton reduction occurring on CF,and(iv)protects the CF from component *** expected,the redox reactions stoichiometrically proceed,and significantly enhanced photocatalytic activity,selectivity,and stability in CO generation are achieved by the stacked Cu_(2)O/Fe_(2)O_(3)@Ni(OH)_(2)in contrast to *** study demonstrates the significance of the synergy between bifunctional cocatalysts and Z-scheme heterojunctions for improving the efficacy of overall redox reactions,opening a fresh avenue for the rational design of artificial photosynthetic systems.

In this paper, a distributed extended Kalman filtering algorithm is developed for a class of discrete-time nonlinear systems subject to stochastic disturbances and randomly occurring deception attacks. In order to utilize the limited communication and computation resources efficiently, the event-triggered communication scheme is introduced such that data transmission is executed only when the predefined condition is violated. Furthermore, a set of independent Bernoulli random variables with known statistical properties is defined to characterize the phenomenon of randomly occurring deception attacks. An upper bound for the estimation error covariance considering the event-triggered meachanism and linearization errors is derived via the varianceconstrained approach. The filter gain for each node can be calculated recursively by solving two Raccati-like difference equations to minimize such an upper bound, which is suitable for online application. Finally, an illustrative example is presented to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
