Iridovirus poses a substantial threat to global aquaculture due to its high mortality rate;however,the molecular mechanisms underpinning its pathogenesis are not well ***,a multi-omics approach was applied to groupers infected with Singapore grouper iridovirus(SGIV),focusing on the roles of key *** showed that SGIV induced obvious histopathological damage and changes in metabolic enzymes within the ***,SGIV significantly reduced the contents of lipid droplets,triglycerides,cholesterol,and *** analysis indicated that the altered metabolites were enriched in 19 pathways,with a notable down-regulation of lipid metabolites such as glycerophosphates and alpha-linolenic acid(ALA),consistent with disturbed lipid homeostasis in the *** of transcriptomic and metabolomic data revealed that the top enriched pathways were related to cell growth and death and nucleotide,carbohydrate,amino acid,and lipid metabolism,supporting the conclusion that SGIV infection induced liver metabolic *** integrative transcriptomic and proteomic analysis indicated that SGIV infection activated crucial molecular events in a phagosome-immune depression-metabolism dysregulation-necrosis signaling *** note,integrative multi-omics analysis demonstrated the consumption of ALA and linoleic acid(LA)metabolites,and the accumulation of L-glutamic acid(GA),accompanied by alterations in immune,inflammation,and cell death-related *** experimental data showed that ALA,but not GA,suppressed SGIV replication by activating antioxidant and anti-inflammatory responses in the ***,these findings provide a comprehensive resource for understanding host response dynamics during fish iridovirus infection and highlight the antiviral potential of ALA in the prevention and treatment of iridoviral diseases.

Due to their high density,the ilmenite-bearing cumulates(IBC)(with or without KREEP)formed during the late-stage lunar magma ocean solidification are thought to sink into the underlying lunar mantle and trigger lunar mantle *** evidence implied that IBC may descend deep inside the Moon and remain as a partially molten layer at the core-mantle boundary(CMB).However,partial melting may have occurred on the mixed mantle cumulates during the sinking of IBC/KREEP and the silicate melt may be positively buoyant,thus preventing the IBC/KREEP layer from sinking to the ***,we perform thermodynamic simulation on the stability of lunar mantle cumulates at different depths mixed with different amounts of IBC/KREEP from an updated LMO *** modeling results suggest that the sinking of IBC/KREEP will cause at least 5 wt%partial melting in the shallow(~120 km)and a much larger degree of partial melting in the deep lunar mantle(~420 km).Due to the density contrast with the surrounding mantle,IBC/KREEP-bearing melts could potentially decouple under certain *** modified lunar mantle by sinking of IBC/KREEP can better explain the formation of different kinds of lunar basaltic magma than the primary lunar mantle formed through differentiation of lunar magma *** of IBC/KREEP back into the lunar mantle may introduce plagioclase,clinopyroxene,garnet,and incompatible radioactive elements into the deep lunar mantle,which will further affect the thermal and chemical evolution of the lunar interior.

We propose an adaptive learning-based optimal control scheme for height-velocity control models considering model uncertainties and external disturbances of hypersonic winged-cone *** longitudinal nonlinear model is first established and transformed into the control-oriented error equations,and the control scheme is organized by a steady-compensation *** overcome and eliminate the impact of model uncertainties and external disturbances,an adaptive radial basis function neural network(RBFNN)is designed by a q-gradient *** the height-velocity error system with estimated uncertainties into account,the adaptive learning-based optimal tracking control(ALOTC)scheme is proposed by combining the critic-only adaptive dynamic programming(ADP)framework and parameter optimization of system settling ***,a novel weight update law is proposed to satisfy the online iteration requirements,and the algorithm convergence and closedloop stability are discussed by the Lyapunov ***,four simulation cases are provided to prove the effectiveness,accuracy,and robustness of the proposed scheme for the hypersonic longitudinal control system.

Slag corrosion is one of the main factors of the damage of refractory,and its primary manifestations involve the melting of refractory in slag and the slag penetration into refractory,both of which are highly related to the wetting behavior between slag and *** high-temperature wettability could be characterized by parameters including the surface tension,adhesion work,and spreading coefficient of the slag on refractory surface,and it could be suppressed by altering the slag/refractory interface,thus resulting in an improved anti-corrosion *** this,the key knowledges of the slag corrosion,theory of wetting behavior and test of high-temperature contact angle were firstly ***,the major factors influencing the high-temperature slag wetting behavior were discussed based on the aspects of slag composition,refractory composition,and surface ***,the future research direction was proposed in this field.

Fenton technology,as a typical advanced oxidation processes（AOPs）,can generate reactive oxygen species（ROS） of strong oxidation capacity to degrade organic pollutants,which has attracted wide ***,it is accompanied by the slow Fe3+/Fe2+cycle rate,easy to generate iron sludge and so ***,it has been proven that the inorganic cocatalysts represented by MoS2can effectively solve the above ***,MoS2can accelerate the activation of peroxy mono sulfate（PMS） and peroxodisulfate（PDS） by Fe2+.In this paper,MoS2as the cocatalyst in H2O2+Fe2+,PMS+Fe2+and PDS+Fe2+were comprehensively ***,the cycling processes of Fe3+/Fe2+in different systems,the cocatalytic effect of MoS2by the exposed active sites,the ROS generation mechanism as well as the microscopic mechanism during the reaction were elaborated *** results indicate that the reductive active sites on the surface of MoS2can promote the regeneration of Fe2+through the cycle between Fe3+/Fe2+and Mo4+/Mo5+/Mo6+.Thus,ROS such as ·OH,SO4·-and1O2with strong oxidizing property can be produced to improve the degradation efficiency of organic *** last,the challenges and developments of MoS2cocatalysts in AOPs for practical applications were *** review contributes to a deeper understanding of the cocatalytic effect of two-dimensional metal sulfides in AOPs and facilitates their industrial application.

Zero-shot learning enables the recognition of new class samples by migrating models learned from semanticfeatures and existing sample features to things that have never been seen before. The problems of consistencyof different types of features and domain shift problems are two of the critical issues in zero-shot learning. Toaddress both of these issues, this paper proposes a new modeling structure. The traditional approach mappedsemantic features and visual features into the same feature space;based on this, a dual discriminator approachis used in the proposed model. This dual discriminator approach can further enhance the consistency betweensemantic and visual features. At the same time, this approach can also align unseen class semantic features andtraining set samples, providing a portion of information about the unseen classes. In addition, a new feature fusionmethod is proposed in the model. This method is equivalent to adding perturbation to the seen class features,which can reduce the degree to which the classification results in the model are biased towards the seen *** the same time, this feature fusion method can provide part of the information of the unseen classes, improvingits classification accuracy in generalized zero-shot learning and reducing domain bias. The proposed method isvalidated and compared with othermethods on four datasets, and fromthe experimental results, it can be seen thatthe method proposed in this paper achieves promising results.

Distribution assessment of soil erosion with revised RUSLE model in Tianshan Mountains

aSoil degradation caused by soil erosion is one of the world's most critical environmental *** erosion in the Tianshan Mountains has caused various environmental problems in the surrounding *** study used remote sensing data to analyze the distribution of the factors influencing soil erosion,and the revised universal soil loss equation(RUSLE)to calculate the total amount and distribution characteristics of soil erosion in the Tianshan Mountains in *** to the large error of RUSLE in soil erosion estimation in mountainous areas,this study modified RUSLE equation based on the characteristics of snow cover in the Tianshan *** results show that the average soil erosion was 1690.3 t/(km^(2)·year),of which insignificant erosion,slight erosion and moderate erosion accounted for 42,8%,22.4%and 9.9%,*** erosion and above accounted for 13.3%.The accuracy of the soil erosion modulus calculated by the RUSLE was only 61.9%,with an average error of 1631.9 t/(km^(2)·year).The average error of the double-coefficient correction method was 1259.1 t/(km^(2)·year),and the average error of the modified formula method was reduced by 40.3%compared with the RUSLE,reaching 973.7 t/(km^(2)·year),and its accuracy reached 76.2%.Very severe erosion and catastrophic erosion are distributed on mountain ridges with higher elevation and on the northern area with higher *** cover has a certain inhibitory effect on soil erosion,and snow cover in alpine mountains is a factor that cannot be ignored in soil erosion research.
