BACKGROUND The pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis(UC)is complex,and recent therapeutic advances remain unable to fully alleviate the *** To inform the development of novel UC treatments,bioinformatics was used to explore the autophagy-related pathogenesis associated with the active phase of *** The GEO database was searched for UC-related datasets that included healthy controls who met the screening *** analysis was conducted to obtain differentially expressed genes(DEGs).Au-tophagy-related targets were collected and intersected with the DEGs to identiy differentially expressed autophagy-related genes(DEARGs)associated with active *** were then subjected to KEGG,GO,and DisGeNET disease enrichment analyses using R *** analysis of immune infiltrating cells was performed using the CiberSort *** least absolute shrinkage and selection operator algorithm and protein-protein interaction network were used to narrow down the DEARGs,and the top five targets in the Dgree ranking were designated as core *** A total of 4822 DEGs were obtained,of which 58 were classified as ***1,BAG3,HSPA5,CASP1,and CX3CL1 were identified as core *** enrichment analysis revealed that DEARGs were primarily enriched in processes related to autophagy regulation and *** enrichment analysis showed that DEARGs were predominantly associated with NOD-like receptor signaling and other signaling *** enrichment analysis indicated that DEARGs were significantly linked to diseases such as malignant glioma and middle cerebral artery *** infiltration analysis demonstrated a higher presence of immune cells like activated memory CD4 T cells and follicular helper T cells in active UC patients than in healthy *** Autophagy is closely related to the active phase of UC and the potential targets obtained from the analysis in this study may provide new insight into

Five phospholipids in human placenta were determined by phosphorus 31 nuclear magnetic resonance(^(31)P NMR)spectroscopy and thin-layer chromatography(TLC) scanning combined with the corrective method of absorbance proportional coefficient. The NMR spectrometer used this investigation was a Bruker AM-500 spectrometer operating at 202.4 MHz for ^(31)P chemical shifts are relative to 85% phosphoric acid. TIC was carried out by silica gel H plate developed in chloroform-methanol-glacial acetic acid-ethanol-water(25:4:6:2:0.5),with Vaskovsky reagent as colour -developing agent of phospholipids.

High speed sintering,a new powder-bed fusion additive manufacturing technology,utilizes infrared lights(IR)to intensely heat and melt polymer *** presence of defects such as porosity,which is associated with particle coalescence,is highly dependdent on the level of energy *** study investigate the influcence of energy input on porosity and its subsequent effects on the mechanical properties and microstructures of PEBA *** parts were manufactured with a variety of lamp powers,resulting in a range of energy input levels spanning from low to ***,they underwent testing using Archimedes’method,followed by tensile *** porosity,mechanical characteristics,and energy input exhibit a strong correlation;inadequate energy input was the primary cause of pore *** the reduced IR light power resulted in the following outcomes:porosity,ultimate tensile strength,and elongation of 1.37%,7.6 MPa,and 194.2%,*** the energy input was further increased,the porosity was reduced to as low as 0.05%and the ultimate tensile strength and elongation were increased to their peak values of 233.8%and 9.1 MPa,respectively.

A Quick Calculation Method for Radiation Pattern of Submillimeter Telescope with Deformation and Displacement

Radiation pattern captures the electromagnetic performance of reflector antennas,which is significantly affected by the deformation of the primary reflector due to gravity and the displacement of the secondary *** the design process of large reflector antennas,a substantial amount of time is often dedicated to iteratively adjusting structural parameters and validating electromagnetic *** improve the efficiency of the design process,we first propose an approximate calculation method of optical path difference(OPD)for the deformation of the primary reflector under gravity and the displacement of the secondary *** an OPD fitting function based on the modified Zernike polynomials is proposed to capture the phase difference of radiation over the aperture plane,based on which the radiation pattern will be obtained quickly by the aperture field integration *** experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed quick calculation method for analyzing the radiation pattern of a 10.4 m submillimeter telescope antenna at its highest operating frequency of 856 *** comparison with the numerical simulation method based on GRASP(which is an antenna electromagnetic analysis tool combining physical optics(PO)and physical theory of diffraction(PTD)),the quick calculation method reduces the time for radiation pattern analysis from more than one hour to less than two ***,the quick calculation method exhibits excellent accuracy for the figure of merit(FOM)of the radiation ***,the proposed quick calculation method can obtain the radiation pattern with high speed and *** to the time-consuming numerical simulation method(PO and PTD),it can be employed for quick analysis of the radiation pattern for the lateral displacement of the secondary reflector and the deformation of the primary reflector under gravity in the design process of a reflector antenna.

Achieving versatile room temperature phosphorescence(RTP)materials,especially with tunable mechanical properties and shape memory is attractive and essential but rarely ***,a strategy was reported to realize multi-functional RTP films with multicolor fluorescence,ultralong afterglow,adjustable mechanical properties,and shape memory through the synergistic dynamic interaction of lanthanide(Ln~Ⅲ)-terpyridine coordination,borate ester bonds,and hydrogen bondings in a poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)*** varying the amount of borax,the mechanical properties of the films could be finely controlled due to the change of crosslinking degree of dynamic borate ester bonds in *** assembly and disassembly of borate ester bonds upon the trigger of borax and acid were applied as reversible linkage to achieve programmable shape memory *** addition,the films displayed both fascinating multicolor fluorescence and ultralong afterglow characteristics due to the presence of Ln III doping and confinement of terpyridine in *** study provides a new avenue to impart modulable mechanical strength and shape memory to RTP materials.
