VKFQ:A Verifiable keyword Frequency Query Framework with Local Differential Privacy in Blockchain

With its untameable and traceable properties,blockchain technology has been widely used in the field of data *** to preserve individual privacy while enabling efficient data queries is one of the primary issues with secure data *** this paper,we study verifiable keyword frequency(KF)queries with local differential privacy in *** the numerical and the keyword attributes are present in data objects;the latter are sensitive and require privacy ***,prior studies in blockchain have the problem of trilemma in privacy protection and are unable to handle KF *** propose an efficient framework that protects data owners’privacy on keyword attributes while enabling quick and verifiable query processing for KF *** framework computes an estimate of a keyword’s frequency and is efficient in query time and verification object(VO)size.A utility-optimized local differential privacy technique is used for privacy *** data owner adds noise locally into data based on local differential privacy so that the attacker cannot infer the owner of the keywords while keeping the difference in the probability distribution of the KF within the privacy *** propose the VB-cm tree as the authenticated data structure(ADS).The VB-cm tree combines the Verkle tree and the Count-Min sketch(CM-sketch)to lower the VO size and query *** VB-cm tree uses the vector commitment to verify the query *** fixed-size CM-sketch,which summarizes the frequency of multiple keywords,is used to estimate the KF via hashing *** conduct an extensive evaluation of the proposed *** experimental results show that compared to theMerkle B+tree,the query time is reduced by 52.38%,and the VO size is reduced by more than one order of magnitude.

By modeling a group of neighboring real particles as a single coarse-grained particle(CGP),discrete particle method(DPM)is now capable of simulating industrial-scale particle-fluid ***,a systematic approach to determine the CGP properties and develop their interaction models is still lacking,which casts uncertainty on the predictivity of the *** this study,collisions between predefined particle groups are analyzed to construct kernel functions for modeling the CGPs and then the model parameters are determined by equating the statistical properties of the CGPs and the real particles in the physical process *** approach is implemented for homogeneous cooling of granular gas,then demonstrated effective in simulating experimental fluidized beds.

The sinking of phytoplankton is critical to organic matter transportation in the ocean and it is an essential process for the formation of coastal hypoxic *** study was based on a field investigation conducted during the summer of 2022 in the Changjiang River(Yangtze River) Estuary(CJE) and its adjacent *** settling column method was employed to measure the sinking velocity(SV) of different size fractions of phytoplankton at the surface of the sea and to analyze their environmental control *** findings reveal significant spatial variation in phytoplankton SV(-0.55-2.41 m/d) within the ***-speed sinking was predominantly observed in phosphate-depleted regions beyond the CJE *** the same time,an upward trend was more commonly observed in the phosphate-rich regions near the CJE *** SV ranges for different sizefractionated phytoplankton,including micro-(>20 μm),nano-(2-20 μm),and picophytoplankton(0.7-2 μm),were-0.50-4.74 m/d,-1.04-1.59 m/d,and-1.24-1.65 m/d,*** analysis revealed a significant negative correlation between SV and dissolved inorganic phosphorus(DIP),implying that the influence of DIP contributes to *** variations in phytoplankton alkaline phosphatase activity suggested a significant increase in SV across all size fractions in the event of phosphorus *** communities with limited photo synthetic capacity(maximum photochemical efficience,Fv/Fm ked decrease in SV following phosphate *** findings suggest that phosphorus limitation is the primary driver of elevated SV in the *** study enhances the comprehension of the potential mechanisms underlying hypoxic zone formation in the CJE,providing no

The dynamic RNA modifications have been viewed as new posttranscriptional regulator in modulating gene expression as well as in a broad range of physiological processes.N^(1)-methyladenosine(m^(1)A)is one of the most prevalent modifications existing in multiple types of ***-depth investigation of the functions of m^(1)A requires the site-specific assessment of m^(1)A stoichiometry in ***,we established a demethylase-assisted method(DA-m^(1)A)for the site-specific detection and quantification of m^(1)A in RNA.N^(1)-methyl group in m^(1)A could result in the stalling of reverse transcription at m^(1)A site,thus producing the truncated *** AlkB is a demethylase that can demethylate m^(1)A to produce adenine in RNA,thus generating full-length cDNA from AlkB-treated *** of the produced amounts of full-length cDNA by quantitative real-time PCR can achieve the site-specific detection and quantification of m^(1)A in *** the DA-m^(1)A method,we examined and successfully confirmed the previously well-characterized m^(1)A sites in various types of RNAs with low false positive *** addition,we found that the level of m^(1)A was significantly decreased at the bromodomain containing 2(BRD2)mRNA position 1674 and CST telomere replication complex component 1(CTC1)mRNA position 5643 in human hepatocellular carcinoma *** results suggest that these two m^(1)A sites in mRNA may be involved in liver *** together,the DA-m^(1)A method is simple and enables the rapid,cost-effective,and site-specific detection and quantification of m^(1)A in RNA,which provides a valuable tool to decipher the functions of m^(1)A in human diseases.

Design,scaling-up,and optimization of industrial reactors mainly depend on step-by-step experiments and engineering experience,which is usually time-consuming,high cost,and high *** numerical simulation can reproduce high resolution details of hydrodynamics,thermal transfer,and reaction process in reactors,it is still challenging for industrial reactors due to huge computational *** this study,by combining the numerical simulation and artificial intelligence(AI)technology of machine learning(ML),a method is proposed to efficiently predict and optimize the performance of industrial reactors.A gas–solid fluidization reactor for the methanol to olefins process is taken as an example.1500 cases under different conditions are simulated by the coarse-grain discrete particle method based on the Energy-Minimization Multi-Scale model,and thus,the reactor performance data set is *** develop an efficient reactor performance prediction model influenced by multiple factors,the ML method is established including the ensemble learning strategy and automatic hyperparameter optimization technique,which has better performance than the methods based on the artificial neural ***,the operating conditions for highest yield of ethylene and propylene or lowest pressure drop are searched with the particle swarm optimization algorithm due to its strength to solve non-linear optimization *** show that decreasing the methanol inflow rate and increasing the catalyst inventory can maximize the yield,while decreasing methanol the inflow rate and reducing the catalyst inventory can minimize the pressure *** two objectives are thus conflicting,and the practical operations need to be compromised under different circumstance.
