Pilbara blending iron ore powder （PB powder） is blending ores with good and poor quality iron ores, so how to use PB power effectively is a problem. The self-characteristics of PB powder and its single-components were studied respectively such as the macroscopic properties, microscopic properties, and high-temperature properties the behavior and effect in the sintering were mastered. Then based on the new ore-proportioning idea of iron ores sintering characteristics complementary, the principles on the effective use of PB powder were discussed, and was fur ther validated through the sintering pot test and industrial production. The results show that PB powder is composed of three kinds of iron ore, and the sintering characteristics of different iron ores are obviously discrepant. With the ore-proportioning optimization based on the iron ores sintering characteristics complementary, the proportion of PB iron ore powder can be increased to more than 45 %.

Chitosan/α,β-glycerophosphate （CS/α,β-GP） thermo-sensitive hydrogels presented flowable solution state at low temperature and semisolid hydrogel when the ambient temperature increased. In this research, different concentrations of metronida- zole encapsulated, CS and α,β-GP, as well as different acid solvents, were chosen to evaluate their influences on the drug release behaviors from CS/α,β-GP hydrogels. It was found that there was a sustaining release during the first 3 h followed by a plateau. SEM images showed that drugs were located both on the surface and in the interior of hydrogels. The optimal preparation conditions of this hydrogel for drug release were as follows： 1.8% （w/v） CS in HAc solvent, 5.6% （w/v） a, 13-GP and 5g/L metronidazole encapsulation. Cytotoxicity evaluation found no toxic effect. In order to control the release rate, 2.5 g/L chitosan microspheres with spherical shape and smooth surface were incorporated, and it was found that the initial release process was alleviated, while drug concentration had no obvious effect on the release rate. It could be concluded that the metronidzole release behaviors could be optimized according to practical applica- tions.

AIM： To describe the pattern of inheritance and confirm the diagnostic criteda of primary shunt hyperbilirubinaemia （PSH）. METHODS： Forty members of a family pedigree across four generations were included in this study. All family members were interviewed and investigated by physical examination, hematology and liver function test and the pattern of inheritance was analyzed. RESULTS： Nine of the forty family members suffered primary shunt hyperbilirubinaemia. The mature erythrocytes of the propositus were irregular in shape and size. The pedigree showed transmission of the trait through four generations with equal distribution in male and female. No individual with a primary shunt hyperbilirubinaemia was born to unaffected parents. The penetrance was complete in adult. CONCLUSION： The pattern of inheritance is autosomal dominant. The abnormality of erythrocytes and decrease in white blood cell could be supplemented in the diagnosis of PSH. The PSH is a genetic disorder and could by renamed as hereditary shunt hyperbilirubinaemia.

BACKGROUND Occult breast cancer(OBC)is a special type of breast cancer presenting as axillary lymph node metastasis with undetectable primary lesions in the *** to its low incidence and unique clinical manifestations,there is a lack of consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of *** report a case of OBC treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with *** treatment was well tolerated,and the patient achieved a pathologic complete *** SUMMARY A 53-year-old woman presented with a lump in her right axillary area with no primary lesions in the *** biopsy confirmed right axillary metastatic *** staining results were positive for progesterone receptor,cytokeratin 7,specific breast markers GATA3 and gross cystic disease fluid *** cells were negative for estrogen receptor,human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,cytokeratin 5/6,cytokeratin 20,and *** patient was diagnosed with OBC,and she underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with *** plus axillary lymph node dissection was *** patient achieved pathologic complete response with no residual invasive tumor cells in the breast or axillary lymph ***,she received adjuvant radiotherapy and endocrine *** Neoadjuvant chemotherapy and anlotinib had good efficacy and safety in the treatment of OBC and may be a new therapeutic option.

In order to find the appropriate material to load selenium for higher performance of rechargeable Li-Se batteries,the resorcinol-formaldehyde resins derived monodisperse carbon spheres(RFCS)/Se composites were fabricated by the melting-diffusion *** RFCS were obtained from initial carbonization of resorcinol-formaldehyde resins and subsequent KOH *** kinds of samples of the RFCS/Se composites with different mass ratios were characterized by XRD,Raman spectroscopy,SEM,BET and EDS tests,which demonstrate that the samples with diverse mass fractions of selenium have distinct interior *** most suitable RFCS/Se composite is found to be the RFCS/Se-50 composite,which delivers a high reversible capacity of 643.9 mA·h/g after 100 cycles at current density of 0.2C.

The recycling of waste polyethylene terephthalate（PET）, an extensively used polymer as plastic and fiber materials, has become an urgent topic due to the rapid generation and accumulation of plastic waste into the environment. Current chemical recycling approaches to depolymerize and convert PET into 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol（CHDM）, an important chemical in the production of advanced polyesters, predominantly use organic solvents, such as alcohols or dioxane. Herein, we developed an environmentally friendly and economically viable pathway for converting PET to CHDM using water as the solvent. In this process, PET is sequentially hydrolyzed in water, hydrogenated to 1,4-cyclohexane dicarboxylic acid（CHDA）, and then reduced to CHDM. The PET conversion rate is self-enhanced in aqueous medium via acid-catalyzed hydrolysis by the generated CHDA intermediate. A Pd-based catalyst（e.g., Pd/C） selectively hydrogenates the arene ring of the PET monomer, terephthalic acid intermediate, and a Ru-Sn/C bimetallic catalyst reduces its COOH to CH2OH group. At optimized reaction conditions, a complete conversion of PET and 80.1% yield of CHDM are obtained. Alternatively, this approach can also efficiently produce CHDA from PET, with a yield up to 86.4%.
