BACKGROUND Mesenteric ischemia represents an uncommon complication of splanchnic vein thrombosis,and it is less infrequently seen in young women using oral *** is often delayed in the emergency room;thus,surgical intervention may be inevitable and the absence of thrombus regression or collateral circulation may lead to further postoperative ischemia and a fatal *** SUMMARY We report a 28-year-old female patient on oral contraceptives who presented with acute abdominal *** physical examination findings were not consistent with her symptoms of severe pain and abdominal *** findings and her abnormal blood tests raised suspicion of acute mesenteric ischemia(AMI)induced by splanchnic vein ***-enhanced abdominal computed tomography revealed ischemia of the small intestine with portomesenteric and splenic vein thrombosis(PMSVT).We treated the case promptly by anticoagulation after *** then performed delayed segmental bowel resection after thrombus regression and established collateral circulation guided by collaboration with a multidisciplinary *** patient had an uneventful postoperative course and was discharged 14 d after surgery and took rivaroxaban orally for 6 *** subsequent follow-up to date,the patient has not complained of any other *** AMI induced by PMSVT should be considered in young women who are taking oral contraceptives and have acute abdominal *** anticoagulation followed by surgery is an effective treatment strategy.

Shale gas is an important alternative natural gas source that can meet China's growing energy ***,methane emissions during shale gas production could largely determine whether it could be considered as a bridging clean energy *** this study,we performed methane emission measurements using three methods(on-site optical gas imaging,on-site methane patrolling,and downwind measurement)at shale gas production sites in Sichuan province,China,covering 18 well sites with 81 *** results showed that flowback water tanks were the major methane sources,with valves,separators,chemical injection pumps,and pneumatic controllers as other *** methane concentrations inside the 18 sites ranged from 1.42 to 459μmol mol−1,with over 59%of the sites having the highest concentration less than 50μmol mol−*** optical gas imaging method,with its low detection limit over 5000μmol mol−1,could not capture the emission *** three successful downwind measurements resulted in site level emission rates between 0.02 and 0.17 kg h−*** divided by the number of wells at each site,the emission intensity was 4%–28%of the wellhead emission factor for natural gas production in *** measurements are required to better quantify methane emissions from shale gas sites in *** sites in mountainous regions or long-term low-wind regions,detection methods other than downwind measurements should be suitable for quantifying site-level emissions.

Hard carbon(HC)is widely used in sodium-ion batteries(SIBs),but its performance has always been limited by lowinitial Coulombic efficiency(ICE)and cycling *** compensation agent is a favorable strategy to make up for the loss of active sodium ions consumed *** it lacks agent that effectively decomposes to increase the active sodium ions as well as regulate carbon defects for decreasing the irreversible sodium ions ***,we propose 1,2-dihydroxybenzene Na salt(NaDB)as a cathode compensation agent with high specific capacity(347.9 mAh g^(-1)),lower desodiation potential(2.4–2.8 V)and high utilization(99%).Meanwhile,its byproduct could functionalize HC with more C]O groups and promote its reversible ***,the presodiation hard carbon(pHC)anode exhibits highly reversible capacity of 204.7 mAh g^(-1) with 98%retention at 5 C rate over 1000 ***,with 5 wt%NaDB initially coated on the Na3V2(PO4)3(NVP)cathode,the capacity retention of NVP t NaDBjHC cell could increase from 22%to 89%after 1000 cycles at 1 C *** work provides a new avenue to improve reversible capacity and cycling performance of SIBs through designing functional cathode compensation agent.

在光栅投影测量的相位计算中 ,采用 Gray编码和相移相结合的方法 ,并针对当前光栅投影测量中相位计算精度不高的问题 ,提出一种新的相移方法 .与传统相移方法相比 ,该方法采用新的投影光栅光强函数 .考虑到光栅投影测量中可能出现的标定误差、投影光非正弦模式以及其他干扰因素 ,在该函数中加入对这些干扰的纠正值 ,从而减少由这些干扰产生的不利影响 ,进一步提高投影光栅和对象测量的精度 .通过对邻近点插值获得的投影光栅 ,条纹精度可以达到亚像素级 .对实际测量获得的投影光栅图像的处理实验。
