Photocatalysis has been a research hotspot in recent years,and the design and modification of photocat-alysts have been the key *** methods for designing photocatalysts,including constructing heterojunctions and homojunctions,have been developed on the basis of *** this study,two homojunctions of manganese dioxide(MnO_(2)),including a high-index crystal plane homojunction and a general homojunction,are prepared using a stepwise hydrothermal *** a capping agent,the high-index crystal surface of the MnO_(2)is *** is found that the electron transport efficiency be-tween the two components of the homojunction with high-index planes is higher and the adsorption capacity of the oxygen is stronger,which leads to higher photocatalytic *** addition,the newly designed high-index homojunction is used for the treatment of bacterial infections,and it kills Staphy-lococcus aureus(***)and Escherichia coli(***)at rates of 99.95%±0.04%and 99.31%±0.25%,*** also has excellent therapeutic effects on mouse wounds,which implies superb practical application *** work provides a new strategy for the improved design of homojunctions and the application of photocatalytic materials.

A novel complex-high-order graph convolutional network paradigm:ChyGCN

In recent years,there has been a growing interest in graph convolutional networks(GCN).However,existing GCN and variants are predominantly based on simple graph or hypergraph structures,which restricts their ability to handle complex data correlations in practical *** limitations stem from the difficulty in establishing multiple hierarchies and acquiring adaptive weights for each of *** address this issue,this paper introduces the latest concept of complex hypergraphs and constructs a versatile high-order multi-level data correlation *** model is realized by establishing a three-tier structure of ***,we start by establishing hyperedge clusters on a foundational network,utilizing a second-order hypergraph structure to depict potential *** this second-order structure,truncation methods are used to assess and generate a three-layer composite *** the construction of the composite structure,an adaptive learning strategy is implemented to merge correlations across different *** evaluate this model on several popular datasets and compare it with recent state-of-the-art *** comprehensive assessment results demonstrate that the proposed model surpasses the existing methods,particularly in modeling implicit data correlations(the classification accuracy of nodes on five public datasets Cora,Citeseer,Pubmed,Github Web ML,and Facebook are 86.1±0.33,79.2±0.35,83.1±0.46,83.8±0.23,and 80.1±0.37,respectively).This indicates that our approach possesses advantages in handling datasets with implicit multi-level structures.

Water disinfection is a critical step in water and wastewater *** most widely used chlorination suffers from the formation of carcinogenic disinfection by-products(DBPs)while alternative methods(e.g.,UV,O3,and membrane filtration)are limited by microbial regrowth,no residual disinfectant,and high operation ***,a nanowire-enabled disinfection method,locally enhanced electric field treatment(LEEFT),is introduced with advantages of no chemical addition,no DBP formation,low energy consumption,and efficient microbial *** to the lightning rod effect,the electric field near the tip area of the nanowires on the electrode is significantly enhanced to inactivate microbes,even though a small external voltage(usuallyting parameters,universality against different microorganisms,electrode durability,and energy *** studies on the inactivation mechanisms during the LEEFT are also ***,the challenges and future research of LEEFT disinfection are discussed.

目的阐明大别班达病毒(Dabie bandavirus,DBV)的基因型流行分布特征,探究DBV进化机制的动态变化,为DBV的预防控制提供科学依据。方法使用Iqtree软件以最大似然法构建DBV的L、M、S片段系统发育进化树并进行遗传进化关系的分析;以系统发育进化树为参考,筛选重配株;使用RDP4软件进行DBV重组情况的检测;DBV序列的遗传距离以及选择压力分析由Mega11.0软件计算。结果重组分析显示共88株毒株出现重组现象,潜在重组事件共计98个。L、M、S片段的重组率分别为3.48%、2.88%、1.75%。重组事件在非人类宿主中检测到的比例相较之前的研究有所上升。经重配分析,在148株重配株中发现了36种重配基因型,未报道过的重配基因型有16种。本研究检测到24株同时发生重组和重配的基因组序列。dN/dS的结果表明,RNA依赖的RNA聚合酶(RdRp)、糖蛋白(GP)、核蛋白(NP)和非结构蛋白(NSs)进化过程中可能主要受负选择压力影响。结论越来越多的动物宿主如狗、猫、牛等参与DBV的重组、重配事件中,使其进化机制更趋复杂,这对DBV疫苗的设计和SFTS的预防带来了更大的挑战。

Genome-Wide Exploration of the Grape GLR Gene Family and Differential Responses of VvGLR3.1 and VvGLR3.2 to Low Temperature and Salt Stress

Grapes,one of the oldest tree species globally,are rich in ***,environmental conditions such as low temperature and soil salinization signiﬁcantly affect grape yield and *** glutamate receptor(GLR)family,comprising highly conserved ligand-gated ion channels,regulates plant growth and development in response to *** this study,11 members of the VvGLR gene family in grapes were identiﬁed using whole-genome sequence *** methods were employed to analyze the basic physical and chemical properties,phylogenetic trees,conserved domains,motifs,expression patterns,and evolutionary *** and collinear analyses revealed that the VvGLRs were divided into three subgroups,showing the high conservation of the grape GLR *** members exhibited 2 glutamate receptor binding regions(GABAb and GluR)and 3-4 transmembrane regions(M1,M2,M3,and M4).Real-time quantitative PCR analysis demonstrated the sensitivity of all VvGLRs to low temperature and salt *** localization studies in Nicotiana tabacum veriﬁed that VvGLR3.1 and VvGLR3.2 proteins were located on the cell membrane and cell ***,yeast transformation experiments conﬁrmed the functionality of VvGLR3.1 and VvGLR3.2 in response to low temperature and salt ***ﬁndings highlight the signiﬁcant role of the GLR family,a highly conserved group of ion channels,in enhancing grape stress *** study offers new insights into the grape GLR gene family,providing fundamental knowledge for further functional analysis and breeding of stress-resistant grapevines.
