Skin wounds are common in accidental injuries,and the intricacies of wound repair are closely linked to endogenous electric *** stimulation plays a pivotal role in the restorative processes of skin injuries,encompassing collagen deposition,angiogenesis,inflammation,and *** electrical stimulation therapy replicates and enhances the effects of endogenous wound electric fields by applying an external electric field to the wound site,thereby promoting skin wound *** this study,we developed a self-powered repetitive mechanical impacts-electrical stimulation(RMI-ES)system utilizing a BaTiO_(3)/polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)piezoelectric composite *** to conventional electrical stimulation devices,the fabricated piezoelectric composite film efficiently harvests energy from the pressure applied by the stimulation device and the tensile force occurring during natural rat *** results demonstrated that piezoelectric stimulation generated by the composite membrane expedited the cell cycle,promoting fibroblast ***,piezoelectric stimulation induced favorable changes in fibroblast gene expression,including increased expression of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),connective tissue growth factor(CTGF),collagen 1,collagen 3,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and alpha-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),while reducing interleukin-6(IL-6)*** analysis revealed that piezoelectric stimulation may induce fibroblast migration,proliferation,and collagen expression by influencing PI3K/AKT serine/threonine kinase(AKT)*** confirmation through the addition of the PI3K inhibitor LY294002 validated that piezoelectric stimulation can regulate the repair process after skin injury through the ***,in vivo results demonstrated that the electric field at the wound site effectively promoted wound healing,reduced inflammation,and stimulated collagen deposition and ne

Background and Aims:Liver ischemia-reperfusion(IR)injury is a common pathological process in liver ***,which is closely related to lipid peroxidation,has recently been confirmed to be involved in the pathogenesis of IR ***,the development of drugs that regulate ferroptosis has been slow,and a complete understanding of the mechanisms underlying ferroptosis has not yet been ***(Fu)is a sulfated polysaccharide that has attracted research interest due to its advantages of easy access and wide biological ***:In this study,we established models of IR injury using erastin as an activator of ferroptosis,with the ferroptosis inhibitor ferrostatin-1(Fer-1)as the *** clarified the molecular mechanism of fucoidan in IR-induced ferroptosis by determining lipid peroxidation levels,mitochondrial morphology,and key pathways in theta were ***:Ferroptosis was closely related to IR-induced hepatocyte *** use of fucoidan or Fer-1 inhibited ferroptosis by eliminating reactive oxygen species and inhibiting lipid peroxidation and iron accumulation,while those effects were reversed after treatment with *** accumulation,mitochondrial membrane rupture,and active oxygen generation related to ferroptosis also inhibited the entry of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)into the nucleus and reduced downstream heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)and glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4)protein ***,fucoidan pretreatment produced adaptive changes that reduced irreversible cell damage induced by IR or ***:Fucoidan inhibited ferroptosis in liver IR injury via the Nrf2/HO-1/GPX4 axis.

Nowadays,data are more and more used for intelligent modeling and prediction,and the comprehensive evaluation of data quality is getting more and more attention as a necessary means to measure whether the data are usable or ***,the comprehensive evaluation method of data quality mostly contains the subjective factors of the evaluator,so how to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the data has become a bottleneck that needs to be solved in the research of comprehensive evaluation *** order to evaluate the data more comprehensively,objectively and differentially,a novel comprehensive evaluation method based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)and grey correlation analysis(GCA)is presented in this *** first,an improved GCA evaluation model based on the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)is ***,an objective function model of maximum difference of the comprehensive evaluation values is built,and the PSO algorithm is used to optimize the weights of the improved GCA evaluation model based on the objective function ***,the performance of the proposed method is investigated through parameter analysis.A performance comparison of traffic flow data is carried out,and the simulation results show that the maximum average difference between the evaluation results and its mean value(MDR)of the proposed comprehensive evaluation method is 33.24%higher than that of TOPSIS-GCA,and 6.86%higher than that of *** proposed method has better differentiation than other methods,which means that it objectively and comprehensively evaluates the data from both the relevance and differentiation of the data,and the results more effectively reflect the differences in data quality,which will provide more effective data support for intelligent modeling,prediction and other applications.

The Rate of Convergence of Augmented Lagrangian Method for Minimax Optimization Problems with Equality Constraints

The augmented Lagrangian function and the corresponding augmented Lagrangian method are constructed for solving a class of minimax optimization problems with equality *** prove that,under the linear independence constraint qualification and the second-order sufficiency optimality condition for the lower level problem and the second-order sufficiency optimality condition for the minimax problem,for a given multiplier vectorμ,the rate of convergence of the augmented Lagrangian method is linear with respect to||μu-μ^(*)||and the ratio constant is proportional to 1/c when the ratio|μ-μ^(*)||/c is small enough,where c is the penalty parameter that exceeds a threshold c_(*)>O andμ^(*)is the multiplier corresponding to a local ***,we prove that the sequence of multiplier vectors generated by the augmented Lagrangian method has at least Q-linear convergence if the sequence of penalty parameters(ck)is bounded and the convergence rate is superlinear if(ck)is increasing to ***,we use a direct way to establish the rate of convergence of the augmented Lagrangian method for the minimax problem with a quadratic objective function and linear equality constraints.
