Sand storm is a serious environmental threat to humans. Sand particles are transported by saltation and suspension, causing soil erosion in one place and deposition in another. In order to prevent and predict sand storms, the causes and the manners of particle motions must he studied in detail. In this paper a standard k-8 model is used for the gas phase simulation and the discrete element method （DEM） is used to predict the movements of particles using an in-house procedure. The data are summarized in an Eulerian-Eulerian regime after simulation to get the statistical particle Reynolds stress and particle collision stress. The results show that for the current case the Reynolds stress and the air shear stress predominate in the region 20-250 mm above the initial sand bed surface. However, in the region below 3 ram, the collision stress must be taken into account in predicting particle movement.

乳腺癌是目前全球女性最常见的癌症,其病例数约为所有癌症病例数的1/3 [1],2020年中国女性新发乳腺癌占所有癌症发病数的19.9%[2]。虽然通过早期诊断和早期治疗已将乳腺癌患者的5年生存率提升至90%[3],但相当一部分乳腺癌患者会经历疼痛、上肢功能障碍、身体功能下降、淋巴水肿、运动恐惧、焦虑、抑郁和对癌症复发的恐惧等,对心理健康造成严重影响,并导致生活质量明显降低[4-7]。

The biodegradable superhydrophobic cellulose sheets were fabricated by simple dissolution, controllable crystallization, coagulation, and Teflon dip-coat. The surface morphology of the superhydrophobic regenerated cel- lulose sheets is similar to that of the natural lotus leaves consisting of hierarchical micro/nano structures. The pre- pared cellulose sheets exhibit a remarkable suoerhvdroohobicity and satisfactory long-term chemical stabilitv.

目的:评估主动防控风险干预措施在重症肝硬化伴上消化道出血患者药物治疗中的临床效果。方法:回顾性选取2021年3月—2023年10月我院接受治疗的重症肝硬化伴上消化道出血患者72例,依据患者入院的先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组给予常规流程进行干预,观察组采用主动防控风险干预模式,比较两组临床相关指标、负性情绪、睡眠质量、舒适度、生活质量、并发症发生率及干预满意度。结果:干预后,观察组止血时间、住院时间短于对照组,再出血次数及出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,GCQ及SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,干预满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:主动防控风险干预应用于药物治疗重症肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者中效果显著,有利于改善其出血症状、降低再出血发生风险,改善负性情绪,提升干预满意度。

Background:Tuberculosis(TB)is an infectious disease of major public health *** disease has demonstrated large space-time *** study aims to explore the space-time dynamics of TB cases in an economically and geographically dynamic province in China with specific references of TB control for policy ***:Data on all reported TB cases from 2009 to 2012 were collected from the TB program at the Zhejiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and *** employed time series and exploratory spatial data analyses,including Moran’s I,Local Getis’s G_(i)^(*),and Kulldorff’s space-time scan statistics,to identify the temporal trends and spatial patterns of TB at a county ***:A total of 147,941 TB cases were reported during 2009–2012 in Zhejiang.A higher proportion of TB cases were younger,male,and registered permanent residents among all TB cases notified in the *** cases were reported most frequently in April with small peaks in June,July,and *** disease was spatially clustering with Moran’s I values ranged from 0.29 to 0.32(p<0.001).A most likely cluster and ten secondary clusters were identified,mainly concentrated in the southeast and west counties of the ***:This study identified seasonal patterns and significant space-time clusters of TB cases in Zhejiang,***,migration,and seasonal effects may play important roles in potential clusters.

目的探究银杏叶提取物治疗特发性突聋患者的效果及对血清Nod样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)、半胱氨酸蛋白酶-1(Caspase-1)的影响。方法根据电子或纸质版的患者病历资料、相关检查或诊疗资料,收集2021年10月~2023年10月期间某院收治的80例特发性突聋患者临床相关资料,并依据治疗方案差异分组,联合组42例、对照组38例。对照组行常规治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合使用银杏叶提取物治疗,两组均连续治疗10 d。比较两组的疗效、不良反应;比较两组治疗前后的炎症指标、抗凝血蛋白指标以及血清NLRP3、Caspase-1 m RNA水平变化。结果联合组治疗总有效率较对照组显著更高(P0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物治疗对特发性突聋患者的疗效显著,可改善患者炎症因子及凝血蛋白水平,促进听力功能恢复,其可能与下调NLRP3、Caspase-1表达有关。

The development of an electrocatalyst based on abundant elements for the oxygen evolution reaction （OER） is important for water splitting associated with renewable energy sources. In this study, we develop an interconnected Ni（Fe）OxHy nanosheet array on a stainless steel mesh （SSNNi） as an integrated OER electrode, without using any polymer binder. Benefiting from the well- defined three-dimensional （3D） architecture with highly exposed surface area, intimate contact between the active species and conductive substrate improved electron and mass transport capacity, facilitated electrolyte penetration, and improved mechanical stability. The SSNNi electrode also has excellent OER performance, including low overpotential, a small Tafel slope, and long-term durability in the alkaline electrolyte, making it one of the most promising OER electrodes developed.

In the CO_(2)transcritical power cycle,conventional cooling water can hardly condense subcritical CO_(2)because its critical temperature is as low as 30.98°*** order to avoid this condensing problem,CO_(2)-based mixtures have been proposed as working fluids for transcritical power *** can raise the critical temperature by mixing a little C_(3)H_(8)as the secondary component to CO_(2).However,the flammability of the mixture may limit its *** article investigated laminar flame speed of C_(3)H_(8)/CO_(2)which represents the mixture’s combustion characteristic by a so-called heat flux method and studied the inhibition mechanism of CO_(2)on the combustion based on the Premixed Laminar Flame-Speed Calculation reactor of *** experimental results showed that the laminar flame speed shows a peak value with changing the equivalence ratio and accelerates with raising the mole fraction of the organic ***,a slight upwards trend was observed for the corresponding equivalence ratio of the *** flammable range for the equivalence ratio extended with the mole fraction of C_(3)H_(8)*** the mole fraction of C_(3)H_(8)of 0.15,the maximum laminar flame speed was 12.8 cm/s,31.7%of that of the pure C_(3)H_(8).The flammable range was from 0.41 to 1.33,decreasing by 23.3%compared with that of C_(3)H_(8).A flammable critical mixing ratio was also found as 0.08/0.92 for C_(3)H_(8)/CO_(2)at the normal *** simulating,it was found that the most key free radical and elementary reaction which determine the inhibition of CO_(2)on the combustion are OH and H+O_(2)=O+OH,respectively.

The intrinsic oxygen vacancy（O;） in TiO;is a vital topic of semiconductor ***,we use the firstprinciples calculations to explore the formation and diffusion properties of O;at anatase（101） slab,combined with the crystal filed *** calculated result shows that O;at subsurface is not only more stable than that at surface,but also prefers to cluster together at *** stability of O;at subsurface is mainly attributed to the Ti3d orbitals in different crystal fields occupied by the excess *** calculation reveals that the O;diffusion is greatly affected by the excess *** results presented here show the importance of 3d orbitals in different crystal field,which should be helpful to understand the behavior of O;at other transition metal oxide.
