Accurate and efficient methods for identifying and tracking each animal in a group are needed to study complex behaviors and social *** tracking methods(e.g.,marking each animal with dye or surgically implanting microchips)can be invasive and may have an impact on the social behavior being *** overcome these shortcomings,video-based methods for tracking unmarked animals,such as fruit flies and zebrafish,have been ***,tracking individual mice in a group remains a challenging problem because of their flexible body and complicated interaction *** this study,we report the development of a multi-object tracker for mice that uses the Faster region-based convolutional neural network(R-CNN)deep learning algorithm with geometric transformations in combination with multi-camera/multi-image fusion *** system successfully tracked every individual in groups of unmarked mice and was applied to investigate chasing *** proposed system constitutes a step forward in the noninvasive tracking of individual mice engaged in social behavior.

This article proposes a distributed dynamic event-triggered data-driven iterative learning control(DET-DDILC)scheme under a predefined performance to tackle the bipartite tracking control problem for multiagent systems(MASs). An improved dynamic linearization technique is utilized to convert the nonlinear MASs into an iterative linear data model. First,a peer-to-peer mapping function is introduced to map the constrained distributed system output homeomorphism to an unconstrained one. In addition, a DET mechanism based on a time-iteration-varying function is devised to conserve network communication resources. Based on the unconstrained transformation and the designed DET mechanism, the DET-DDILC algorithm is devised to ensure that the bipartite tracking performance of MASs can be within the preset range. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the designed control scheme are demonstrated via a simulation case by a comparison.

This paper presents a mode-switching collaborative defense strategy for spacecraft pursuit-evasiondefense *** these scenarios,the pursuer tries to avoid the defender while capturing the evader,while the evader and defender form an alliance to prevent the pursuer from achieving its ***,the behavioral modes of the pursuer,including attack and avoidance modes,were established using differential game *** modes are then recognized by an interactive multiple model-matching algorithm(IMM),that uses several smooth variable structure filters to match the modes of the pursuer and update their probabilities in real *** on the linear-quadratic optimization theory,combined with the results of strategy identification,a two-way cooperative optimal strategy for the defender and evader is proposed,where the evader aids the defender to intercept the pursuer by performing luring *** results show that the interactive multi-model algorithm based on several smooth variable structure filters perform well in the strategy identification of the pursuer,and the cooperative defense strategy based on strategy identification has good interception performance when facing pursuers,who are able to flexibly adjust their game objectives.

In the brain, a-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionic acid（AMPA）-type glutamate receptors are major postsynaptic receptors at excitatory synapses that mediate fast neurotransmission and synaptic plasticity. α/β-Hydrolase domain containing 6（ABHD6）, a monoacylglycerol lipase, was previously found to be a component of AMPA receptor macromolecular complexes, but its physiological significance in the function of AMPA receptors（AMPARs） has remained unclear. The present study showed that overexpression of ABHD6 in neurons drastically reduced excitatory neurotransmission mediated by AMPA but not by N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors（NMDARs） at excitatory synapses. Inactivation of ABHD6 expression in neurons by either CRISPR/Cas9 or sh RNA knockdown methods significantly increased excitatory neurotransmission at excitatory synapses. Interestingly, overexpression of ABHD6 reduced glutamate-induced currents and the surface expression of Glu A1 in HEK293 T cells expressing Glu A1 and stargazin, suggesting a direct functional interaction between these two proteins. The C-terminal tail of Glu A1 was required for the binding between of ABHD6 and Glu A1. Mutagenesis analysis revealed a GFCLIPQ sequence in the GluA1C-terminus that was essential for the inhibitory effect of ABHD6. The hydrolase activity of ABHD6 was not required for the effects of ABHD6 on AMPAR function in either neurons or transfected HEK293 T cells. Thus, these findings reveal a novel and expected mechanism governing AMPAR trafficking at synapses through ABHD6.

The Argentine shortfin squid Illex argentinus is an economically important short-lived species widely distributed in the southwest Atlantic *** abundance and distribution of *** are associated with climate change and environmental *** potential distribution of *** was modeled with various environmental variables including sea surface temperature(SST),sea surface height(SSH),chlorophyll a,sea surface salinity(SSS),net primary productivity(NPP),mixed layer depth(MLD),eddy kinetic energy(EKE),and photosynthetically active radiation(PAR)using the maximum entropy(MaxEnt)approach during the peak fishing seasons(January–April).The habitat suitability index(HSI)was defined as the probability of species emergence from the MaxEnt model and the area of HSI≥0.6 was regarded as *** indicate that the predicted habitat correlated with the actual fishing position,with similar trends in the percentages of suitable habitats and catch per unit effort(CPUE)of *** from January to ***,SST,SSH,PAR,and MLD were identified critical environmental variables for the distribution of *** addition,the median of preferred ranges of the critical environmental variables were concentrated within the suitable habitats of *** Area under the Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve(AUC)was greater than 0.96 for all four *** in latitudinal and longitudinal gravity centers(LATG and LONG)of fishing effort were consistent with latitudinal and longitudinal gravity centers(LATG_H and LONG_H)of the *** findings suggest that the MaxEnt model is an effective tool to predict the potential distribution of ***,SST,SSH,PAR,and MLD should be given with more extensive attention in predicting the potential distribution of ***,as they are important environmental indicators that can help decision-makers search for the fishing ground of *** in the Southwest Atlantic.

AIM:To assess the visual electrophysiological outcomes in children with functional amblyopia who exhibited poor response to conventional ***:Twenty-one children with functional amblyopia,aged 5.7±2.1y(range:4-10y),underwent comprehensive ophthalmic and refractive *** domain-optical coherence tomography(SD-OCT)and multifocal electroretinography(mfERG)were conducted to analyze the macular retinal thickness and the first-order response P1 ring of the mfERG in the amblyopic eye(AE)compared to the fellow good eye(GE).RESULTS:Initially,visual acuity in the AE ranged from 20/800 to 20/40,while the GE exhibited a range of 20/25 to 20/20(P<0.01).After 6mo of treatment,17 patients demonstrated improved visual acuity in the AE to 20/50 or better,while 4 children showed no ***-OCT revealed comparable macular and optic disc structures between the AE and *** to treatment,the mfERG P1 ring amplitude was significantly reduced in the AE compared to GE(P<0.05).The AE/GE ratio of P1 ring amplitude showed significant improvement ***,a smaller AE/GE ratio before treatment was associated with poorer improvement ***:In the management of functional amblyopia,a thorough assessment of amblyopic eye examinations is *** 20%of amblyopic eyes may not achieve significant improvement in visual acuity,despite the absence of detectable organic retinal *** may reveal underlying *** mfERG into initial assessments or treatment follow-ups can aid in identifying potential hidden retinal defects and predicting the prognosis of the amblyopic eye.
