Fluoropyrimidine-based combination chemotherapy plus targeted therapy is the standard initial treatment for unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC),but the prognosis remains *** phase 3 trial(***:NCT03950154)assessed the efficacy and adverse events(AEs)of the combination of PD-1 blockade-activated DC-CIK(PD1-T)cells with XELOX plus bevacizumab as a first-line therapy in patients with mCRC.A total of 202 participants were enrolled and randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive either first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab(the control group,n=102)or the same regimen plus autologous PD1-T cell immunotherapy(the immunotherapy group,n=100)every 21 days for up to 6 cycles,followed by maintenance treatment with capecitabine and *** main endpoint of the trial was progression-free survival(PFS).The median follow-up was 19.5 *** PFS was 14.8 months(95%CI,11.6-18.0)for the immunotherapy group compared with 9.9 months(8.0-11.8)for the control group(hazard ratio[HR],0.60[95%CI,0.40-0.88];p=0.009).Median overall survival(OS)was not reached for the immunotherapy group and 25.6 months(95%CI,18.3-32.8)for the control group(HR,0.57[95%CI,0.33-0.98];p=0.043).Grade 3 or higher AEs occurred in 20.0%of patients in the immunotherapy group and 23.5%in the control groups,with no toxicity-associated deaths *** addition of PD1-T cells to first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab demonstrates significant clinical improvement of PFS and OS with well tolerability in patients with previously untreated mCRC.

The Moon provides a unique environment for investigating nearby astrophysical events such as *** samples retain valuable information from these events,via detectable long-lived“fingerprint”radionuclides such as^(60)*** this work,we stepped up the development of an accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS)method for detecting^(60)Fe using the HI-13tandem accelerator at the China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE).Since interferences could not be sufficiently removed solely with the existing magnetic systems of the tandem accelerator and the following Q3D magnetic spectrograph,a Wien filter with a maximum voltage of±60 kV and a maximum magnetic field of 0.3 T was installed after the accelerator magnetic systems to lower the detection background for the low abundance nuclide^(60)Fe.A 1μm thick Si_(3)N_(4) foil was installed in front of the Q3D as an energy *** particle detection,a multi-anode gas ionization chamber was mounted at the center of the focal plane of the ***,an^(60)Fe sample with an abundance of 1.125×10^(-10)was used to test the new AMS *** results indicate that^(60)Fe can be clearly distinguished from the isobar^(60)*** sensitivity was assessed to be better than 4.3×10^(-14)based on blank sample measurements lasting 5.8 h,and the sensitivity could,in principle,be expected to be approximately 2.5×10^(-15)when the data were accumulated for 100 h,which is feasible for future lunar sample measurements because the main contaminants were sufficiently separated.

研究目的:研究双盘双跨转子/轴承/汽封系统在非线性油膜力和非线性汽封力共同作用下的动力学特性,分析了转子转速、密封力、油膜力和联轴器刚度等因素对转子稳定性的影响。创新要点:采用Hamilton原理和有限元方法建立双盘双跨转子/轴承/汽封系统模型,使得双跨多节点的转子系统数值求解更加容易。研究分析转子转速、非线性密封力、非线性油膜力和联轴器刚度等因素对转子稳定性的影响,为大型转子系统的设计提供理论基础。研究方法:采用Hamilton原理和有限元方法建立双盘双跨转子/轴承/汽封系统模型(图1和2)。应用四阶Runge-Kutta法进行数值求解,并采用轴承处、圆盘处的分岔图、时程图、庞加莱映射图、频率图和相轨迹图等来分析转子系统的动态特性。重要结论:1.通过数值计算分析,转子的转速、非线性汽封力、非线性油膜力和联轴器的刚度对双跨转子的稳定性有重要的影响作用。2.随着转速的上升,双跨转子系统从最初的稳定运动,到三倍周期运动,到准周期运动和多倍周期运动交替出现,运动特性相比单跨转子系统要更为复杂。

《国民营养计划(2017—2030年)》与《健康中国行动(2019—2030年)》提出大力发展传统食养服务,充分发挥我国传统食养在现代营养学中的作用,引导国民养成符合我国不同地区饮食特点的食养习惯。传统食养在我国的历史源远流长,是我国饮食及中医药文化的璀璨瑰宝之一,在疾病的预防、治疗以及养生延年方面发挥了重要作用。为弘扬中医药传统文化、指导和规范食养应用和推广,需制订中医药特色食养指南。立足于中医药理论与实践,辨证施食,因地制宜,结合现代营养学,中国中医科学院组织制订了该指南。该指南基于中医药理论与实践,针对不同体质人群,按照辨证食养,因人、因时、因地制宜,扶正、纠偏,荤素搭配,四气五味合和的原则,推荐相适应食材(包括按照传统既是食品又是中药材物质)。以其推动传统食养的普及和发展,为中国特色的营养健康模式贡献中医药力量。

Background: Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO1) and tryptophan (Trp)catabolism have been demonstrated to play an important role in tumor immunosuppression. This study examined the expression and catalytic activity of IDO1 in penilesquamous cell carcinoma (PSCC) and explored their clinical ***: IDO1 expression level, serum concentrations of Trp and kynurenine (Kyn)were examined in 114 PSCC patients by immunohistonchemistry and solid-phaseextraction-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The survival was analyzed using Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank test. Hazard ratio of death was analyzed via univariate and multivariate Cox regression. Immune cell types were definedby principal component analysis. The correlativity was assessed by Pearson’s correlation ***: The expression level of IDO1 in PSCC cells was positively correlatedwith serum Kyn concentration and Kyn/Trp radio (KTR;both P de (P = 0.008and 0.032, respectively). High expression level of IDO1 in cancer cells and serumKTR were associated with short disease-specific survival (both P des N stage (hazard radio [HR], 6.926;95% confidence interval [CI],2.458-19.068;P de (HR, 2.194;95% CI, 1.021-4.529;P = 0.038), only serum KTR (HR, 2.780;95% CI, 1.066-7.215;P = 0.036) was anindependent predictor for PSCC prognosis. The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

Based on previous site testing and satellite cloud data,Ali,Daocheng and Muztagh-ata have been selected as candidate sites for the Large Optical/Infrared Telescope(LOT) in *** present the data collection,processing,management and quality analysis for our site testing based on using similar *** analyze meteorological data,seeing,background light,cloud and precipitable water vapor data from 2017 March 10 to 2019 March *** also investigated the relative usefulness of our all-sky camera data in comparison to that from the meteorological TERRA satellite data based on a night-by-night comparison of the correlation and consistency between *** find a 6% discrepancy arising from a wide range of factors.
