Infrared imaging of magnetic octupole domains in non-collinear antiferromagnets

Magnetic structure plays a pivotal role in the functionality of antiferromagnets（AFMs）, which not only can be employed to encode digital data but also yields novel phenomena. Despite its growing significance,visualizing the antiferromagnetic domain structure remains a challenge, particularly for non-collinear AFMs. Currently, the observation of magnetic domains in non-collinear antiferromagnetic materials is feasible only in Mn3.n, underscoring the limitations of existing techniques that necessitate distinct methods for in-plane and out-of-plane magnetic domain imaging. In this study, we present a versatile method for imaging the antiferromagnetic domain structure in a series of non-collinear antiferromagnetic materials by utilizing the anomalous Ettingshausen effect（AEE）, which resolves both the magnetic octupole moments parallel and perpendicular to the sample surface. Temperature modulation due to AEE originating from different magnetic domains is measured by lock-in thermography, revealing distinct behaviors of octupole domains in different antiferromagnets. This work delivers an efficient technique for the visualization of magnetic domains in non-collinear AFMs, which enables comprehensive study of the magnetization process at the microscopic level and paves the way for potential advancements in applications.

Current guidelines encourage large studies in a diverse population to establish normal reference ranges for three-dimensional(3.)echocardiography for different ethnic *** study was designed to establish the normal values of 3.-left ventricular(LV)and left atrial(LA)volume and function in a nationwide,population-based cohort of healthy Han Chinese adults.A total of 1117 healthy volunteers aged 18–89 years were enrolled from 28 collaborating laboratories in *** sets of 3. echocardiographic instruments were used,and full-volume echocardiographic images were recorded and transmitted to a core laboratory for image analysis with a vendor-independent off-line ***,866 volunteers(mean age of 48.4 years,402 men)were qualified for final *** parameters exhibited substantial differences between different sex and age groups,even after indexation by body surface *** normal ranges of 3.-LV and 3.-LA volume and function differed from those recommended by the American Society of Echocardiography and the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging guidelines,presented by the World Alliance Societies of Echocardiography(WASE)study,and from the 2D values in the EMINCA *** normal reference values of 3. echocardiography-derived LV and LA volume and function were established for the first time in healthy Han Chinese *** ranges of 3.-LV and 3.-LA echocardiographic measurements stratified with sex,age,and race should be recommended for clinical applications.

dad1基因为一种内源性细胞凋亡抑制子基因 ,在发育中可能执行着重要功能 .我们通过对青岛文昌鱼 18小时神经胚cDNA文库进行测序 ,获得文昌鱼dad1样基因的 2个cDNA片断 ,经拼接首次得到含有完整读框的文昌鱼dad1样基因的cDNA序列 ,其演绎的氨基酸序列与人、鼠、鸡、非洲爪蟾、果蝇、线虫、扁豆、番茄的DAD1蛋白的同源性分别为 73.5 %、73.5 %、6 7.5 %、70 .9%、6 7.5 %、5 5 .5 %、4 1.9%、4 1.8% .结果证实青岛文昌鱼dad1样基因在进化上具有高度的保守性。

综合医疗改革是否促进了家庭消费?——基于准自然实验的证据

综合医改是深化我国医疗卫生体制改革的主要方向,文章基于2010—2020年中国家庭追踪调查数据,以综合医改试点政策的实施作为准自然实验,采用双重差分法实证检验了综合医改对家庭消费的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,综合医改显著促进了中国家庭的消费支出,并且这一效应对于高社会信任度家庭、中低收入家庭、高社会联系度家庭、有老龄人口的家庭、以互联网为信息渠道的家庭和农村家庭的作用更明显。机制分析表明,综合医改主要是通过降低家庭预防性储蓄、改善家庭健康状况和缓解家庭医疗负担来促进家庭消费。研究认为,政府应利用多种手段加强政策宣传,在提高政策灵活性基础上进一步深入推进综合医改试点,通过完善相关法律法规以约束可能存在的“道德风险”和“逆向选择”问题,并持续加大对弱势群体的医疗帮扶。文章为深入评估综合医改试点政策效果及其微观机制提供了证据,对继续深化医疗卫生体制改革提供了新的思路,并对刺激消费和增加内需提供了政策参考。

Background:The initial phase II stuty(NCT03.15693.demonstrated that ensartinib has shown clinical activity in patients with advanced crizotinib-refractory,anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)-positive non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Herein,we reported the updated data on overall survival(OS)and molecular profiling from the initial phase Ⅱ ***:In this study,180 patients received 225 mg of ensartinib orally once daily until disease progression,death or *** was estimated by Kaplan‒Meier methods with two-sided 95%confidence intervals(CIs).Next-generation sequencing was employed to explore prognostic biomarkers based on plasma samples collected at baseline and after initiating *** tumor DNA(ctDNA)was detected to dynamically monitor the genomic alterna-tions during treatment and indicate the existence of molecular residual disease,facilitating improvement of clinical ***:At the data cut-off date(August 3.,2022),with a median follow-up time of 53.2 months,97 of 180(53.9%)patients had *** median OS was 42.8 months(95%CI:29.3.53.2 months).A total of 3.3.plasma samples from 168 patients were included for ctDNA *** inferior OS correlated sig-nificantly with baseline ALK or tumor protein 53.TP53.*** addition,patients with concurrent TP53.mutations had shorter OS than those without con-current TP53.*** ctDNA levels evaluated by variant allele frequency(VAF)and haploid genome equivalents per milliliter of plasma(hGE/mL)at baseline were associated with poor ***,patients with ctDNA clear-ance at 6 weeks and slow ascent growth had dramatically longer OS than those with ctDNA residual and fast ascent growth,***,patients who had a lower tumor burden,as evaluated by the diameter of target lesions,had a longer *** Cox regression analysis further uncovered the independent prognostic values of bone metastases,higher hGE,and elevated ALK mutation abundance at 6 we

Attenuation of blast-induced vibration on tunnel structures

The blast-induced vibration during excavation by drilling and blasting method has an important impact on thesurrounding structures. In particular, with the development of tunnel engineering, the impact of blasting vibrationon tunnel construction has attracted extensive attention. In this paper, the propagation attenuation characteristicsof blast-induced vibration (PPV, peak particle velocity) on different tunnel structures were systematically studiedbased on the ﬁeld monitoring data. Initially, the attenuation characteristics of blasting vibration PPV on the lowerbench surface, the side wall of the excavated tunnel and the closely spaced adjacent tunnel were ***, the capacity of several widely utilized empirical prediction equations to estimate the PPV on tunnelstructures was examined, along with a comparative analysis of their prediction accuracy. The research ﬁndingsindicate that it is feasible to predict the PPV on the tunnel structures using empirical equations. The attenuationcharacteristics of blasting vibration PPV are different in different structures and directions. The prediction accuracy of the empirical equations varies, while the discrepancies are minimal. The principal variation amongthese equations lies in the site-speciﬁc coefﬁcients k, β, λ, highlighting the differential impact of structural anddirectional considerations on the predictive efﬁcacy. Based on the empirical equation and safe PPV provided bythe blasting vibration safe standards on tunnels of china (GB6722-2014), and considering the inﬂuence of allstructures and directions, it is determined that the safe distance of blasting vibration in the tested tunnel projectshould be larger than 20.28–18.3. m, 18.3.–16.16 m, and 16.16–13.75 m for blasting vibration frequency locatedin 10 Hz, 10–50 Hz, and >50 Hz.
