Green and environmentally friendly electrocatalytic nitrogen(N_(2))fixation to synthesize ammonia(NH3)is recognized as an effective method to replace the traditional Haber-Bosch ***,the difficulties in N_(2) adsorption and fracture of hard N≡N bond still remain major challenges in electrocatalytic N_(2) reduction reactions(NRR).From the perspectives of enhancing N_(2) adsorption and providing more catalytic sites,two-dimensional(2D)FeS_(2) nanosheets and three-dimensional(3D)metal organic framework-derived ZnS embedded within N-doped carbon polyhedras are grown on the carbon cloth(CC)template in this ***,a composite NRR catalyst with multi-dimensional structures,which is signed as FeS_(2)/ZnS-NC@CC,is obtained for using over a wide pH *** uniform distribution of hollow ZnS-NC frameworks and FeS_(2) nanosheets on the surface of CC largely increase the N_(2) enrichment efficiency and offer more active sites,while the CC skeleton acts as an independent conductive substrate and S-doping helps promote the fracture of N≡N bond during the NRR *** a result,the FeS_(2)/ZnS-NC@CC electrode achieves a high Faraday efficiency of 46.84%and NH3 yield of 58.52μg h^(−1) mg^(−1) at-0.5 V ***/AgCl in 0.1 M ***,the FeS_(2)/ZnS-NC@CC electrode displays excellent NRR catalytic activity in acidic and neutral electrolytes as well,which outperforms most previously reported electrocatalysts including noble ***,this work provides a new way for the design of multi-dimensional electrocatalysts with excellent electrocatalytic efficiency and stability for NRR applications.

当网络中一个节点失效后,邻点受其影响也以某个概率p失效。基于此,提出图的广义p-邻域完整度的概念,将完整度与邻域完整度统一起来。通过参数值的计算、与失效概率p的关系分析以及若干同阶图的比较,表明该参数能够更精确地度量网络抗毁性。

Effects of elevated O_3 on the yields of rice and winter wheat were studied by using open-top chambers(OTCs). Results showed that compared to the control treatment, 200 ppb, 100 ppb, 50 ppb treatments caused a 80.4%, 58.6% and 10.5% decrease in grain yields per winter wheat plant and a 49.1%, 26.1% and 8.2% decrease in grain yield per rice plant, respectively. According to the dose-response relation educed from OTCs experiment and the monitor data of O_3 concentrations in spots, it was estimated that the yield losses of rice and winter wheat resulted by O_3 pollution in the Yangtze River Delta region in 1999 were 0.599 million ton and 0.669 million ton, economic losses were 0.539 billion RMB Yuan and 0.936 billion RMB Yuan, respectively.

The pollution characteristics of ambient fine particulate matter（PM2.5） containing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons（PAHs） and nitrated PAHs（NPAHs） in samples collected during a typical winter time period in Taiyuan of China were *** obtained results revealed that the mean mass concentrations of PM2.5,SPAHs（sum of 16 PAHs） and SNPAHs（sum of 3 NPAHs） on PM2.5were161.4 mg/m3,119.8 ng/m3and 0.446 ng/m3,*** ratios of PAHs and NPAHs implied that coal consumption might be the main source of the *** measured PM2.5mass concentrations,BaP equivalent toxicity（28.632 ng/m3） and individual carcinogenicity index（3.14 10 5） were much higher than those of the recommended safety standards.

BACKGROUND The combination of programmed cell death protein-1(PD-1)inhibitor and che-motherapy is approved as a standard first-or second-line treatment in patients with advanced oesophageal or gastric ***,it is unclear whether this combination is superior to chemotherapy *** To assess the comparative effectiveness and tolerability of combining PD-1 inhibitors with chemotherapy vs chemotherapy alone in patients with advanced gastric cancer,gastroesophageal junction(GEJ)cancer,or oesophageal *** We searched the PubMed and Embase databases for studies that compared the efficacy and tolerance of PD-1 inhibitors in combination with chemotherapy vs chemotherapy alone in patients with advanced oesophageal or gastric *** employed either random or fixed models to analyze the outcomes of each clinical trial,en-compassing data on overall survival(OS),progression-free survival(PFS),objective response rate,and adverse events(AEs).RESULTS Nine phase 3 clinical trials(7016 advanced oesophageal and gastric cancer patients)met the inclusion *** meta-analysis demonstrated that the pooled PD-1 inhibitor+chemotherapy group had a significantly longer OS than the chemotherapy-alone group[hazard ratio(HR)=0.76,95%confidence interval(CI):0.71-0.81];the pooled PFS result was consistent with that of OS(HR=0.67,95%CI:0.61-0.74).The count of patients achieving an objective response in the PD-1 inhibitor+chemotherapy group surpassed that of the chemotherapy-alone group[odds ratio(OR)=1.86,95%CI:1.59-2.18].AE incidence was also higher in the combination-therapy group than in the chemotherapy-alone group,regardless of whether≥grade 3 only(OR=1.30,95%CI:1.07-1.57)or all AE grades(OR=1.88,95%CI:1.39-2.54)were *** performed a subgroup analysis based on the programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)combined positive score(CPS)and noted extended OS and PFS durations within the CPS≥1,CPS≥5,and CPS≥10 subgroups of the PD-1 inhibitor+chemotherapy ***

Metabolism study was carried out on 12b-hydroxylveratroylzygadenine（VOG） that is a cevine-type alkaloid existing in Veratrum nigrum L. and a neurotoxic component. In order to better understand the potential mechanism of neurotoxicity of VOG, this study measured VOG-induced DNA damage in the cerebellum and cerebral cortex of mice after 7 days repetitive oral dose by using single-cell gel electrophoresis（Comet assay）. High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry（LC–MS/MS） was developed and applied to separate and identify in vitro and in vivo metabolites of VOG for investing the possible relationship of metabolism and neurotoxicity. In vitro experiment was carried out using rat liver microsomes, while the in vivo study was conducted on rats. The obtained results indicated that VOG might cause DNA damage in cerebellum and cerebral cortex of mice in a dosedependent manner. Hydrolysis of ester bond and O-demethylation were proposed to be the main in vivo metabolic pathways of VOG, while the major in vitro metabolic pathways were proposed as methyl oxidation to aldehyde, dehydrogenation, hydrolysis of ester bond, hydrolysis of ester bond together with acetylation, and methoxylation. O-Demethylation reaction was likely to be associated with reactive oxygen species production, leading to the DNA damage.

The highly reversible insertion/extraction of large-radius K^+into electrode materials remains a tough goal,especially for con version-type ***,we design a current collector-integrated electrode(N-CoSe/CoSe_(2)-C@Cu) as an advanced anode for potassium-ion battery(PIBs).The conductive CoSe/CoSe_(2) heterojunction with rich Se vacancy defects,conductive sp^2 N-doped carbon layer,and the elastic copper foil matrix can greatly accelerate the electron transfer and enhance the structural ***,the well-designed N-CoSe/CoSe_(2)-C@Cu current collector-integrated electrode displays enhanced potassium storage performance with regard to a high capacity(325.1 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.1 A·g^(-1) after 200cycles),an exceptional rate capability(223.5 mAh·g^(-1) at2000 mA·g^(-1)),and an extraordinary long-term cycle stability(a capacity fading of only 0.019% per cycle over1200 cycles at 2000 mA·g^(-1)).Impressively,ex situ scanning electron microscopy(SEM) characterizations prove that the elastic structure of copper foil is merged into the cleverly designed N-CoSe/CoSe_(2)-C@Cu heterostructure,which buffers the deformation of structure and volume and greatly promotes the cycle life during the potassium/depotassium process.

South China has become the third largest region associated with acid deposition following Europe and North America, the area subject to damage by acid deposition increased from 1.75 million km 2 in 1985 to 2.8 million km 2 in 1993. Acid deposition has caused serious damage to ecosystem. Combined pollution of acid rain and SO 2 showed the obvious multiple effects on crops. Vegetable was more sensitive to acid deposition than foodstuff crops. Annual economic loss of crops due to acid deposition damage in eleven provinces of south China was 4.26 billion RMB Yuan. Acid deposition caused serious damage to forest. Annual economic loss of wood volume was about 1.8 billion RMB Yuan and forest ecological benefit loss 16.2 billion in eleven provinces of south China. Acid deposition in south China was typical “sulfuric acid type”. According to the thoughts of sustainable development, some strategies were brought forward as follows: (1) enhancing environmental management, specifying acid\|controlling region, controlling and abating the total emission amount of SO 2; (2) selecting practical energy technologies of clean coal, for example, cleansing and selecting coal, sulfur\|fixed\|type industrial briqutting, abating sulfur from waste gas and so on; (3) developing other energy sources to replace coal, including water electricity, atomic energy and the new energy such as solar energy, wind energy and so on; (4) in acid deposition region of south China, selecting acid\|resistant type of crop and tree to decrease agricultural losses, planting more green fertilizer crops, using organic fertilizers and liming, in order to improve buffer capacities of soil.

Installation of impervious surface in urban area prevents the exchange of material and energy between soil and other environmental counterparts,thereby resulting in negative effects on soil function and urban *** samples were collected at 0-20cm depth in Nanjing City,China,in which seven sites were selected for urban open soils,and fourteen sites with similar parent material were selected for the impervious-covered soils,to examine the effect of impervious surface on soil properties and microbial activities,and to determine the most important soil properties associated with soil organic carbon(SOC)transformation in the urban soils covered by impervious *** organic carbon and water-soluble organic carbon(WSOC)concentrations,potential carbon(C)and nitrogen(N)mineralization rates,basal respiration,and physicochemical properties with respect to C transformation were *** of impervious surface severely affected soil physicochemical properties and microbial activities,e.g.,it significantly decreased total N contents,potential C mineralization and basal respiration rate(P<0.01),while increased pH,clay and Olsen-P *** organic carbon in the sealed soils at 0-20 cm was 2.35 kg m^(-2),which was significantly lower than the value of 4.52 kg m^(-2)in the open soils(P<0.05).Canonical correlation analysis showed WSOC played a major role in determining SOC transformation in the impervious-covered soil,and it was highly correlated with total N content and potential C mineralization *** findings demonstrate that installation of impervious surface in urban area,which will result in decreases of SOC and total N concentrations and soil microbial activities,has certain negative consequences for soil fertility and long-term storage of SOC.
