By analyzing the traditional star-tracking correction technology,this paper studies the star-tracking direct correction method which is based on star sensor dynamic separation initial displacement angles and main errors of inertial measure unit（IMU） in order to carry out automatic navigation and improve the hitting accuracy and quick reaction capability of near-earth flight *** comprehensive application and improvement of the best correction factor method,this paper proposes the startracking comprehensive correction method which combines the two methods above-mentioned and the accelerometer dynamic error separation *** simulation results show that obvious effects can be achieved by using the star-tracking integrated correction method.

粗壮女贞功效成分的含量测定和超声提取工艺

目的建立紫外分光光度法(UV)测定粗壮女贞功效成分(肉桂酸衍生物、总黄酮)含量,并基于UV/高效液相色谱(HPLC)预测其中的反式对羟基肉桂酸及其酯、野漆树苷的含量,同时优化其超声提取工艺条件。方法①在粗壮女贞功效成分的含量测定中,用双波长等吸收点UV法(检测波长316 nm,参比波长268 nm)测定肉桂酸衍生物总含量,单波长UV法(检测波长268 nm)测定总黄酮含量,HPLC法(C 18色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%醋酸溶液=40:60洗脱,检测波长310 nm)测定野漆树苷等的含量;②用转换因子建立基于UV/HPLC的预测模型,并以另外3个测试样本检验预测结果的准确性;③用正交实验法优化超声提取工艺条件。结果①肉桂酸衍生物、总黄酮、野漆树苷的线性范围分别为4.64~20.88、8.24~28.84、5.15~51.50μg·mL^(-1)(r≥0.9995),精密度、稳定性、重复性实验的相对标准偏差(RSD)≤1.4%,加样回收率97.9%~100.5%(RSD≤1.2%,n=6);②UV/HPLC预测值与HPLC实测值相对误差-5.3%~1.7%,反式对羟基肉桂酸、野漆树苷含量的预测值与实测值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③超声提取粗壮女贞的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度80%、温度50℃、液料比20 mL·g^(-1)、提取2次、提取20 min,在该条件下功效成分总产率为42.0%。结论建立的含量测定方法准确、快速,提取方法高效、节能、省时,为粗壮女贞的质量控制和开发利用提供了实验依据。

In angiosperms, low red (R)/far-red (FR) ratio light increases gibberellin (GA) levels. GA signaling in conifer seedlings requires FR to promote shoot elongation and reduce the inhibition of shoot elongation induced by paclobutrazol (PAC), yet the effects of far-red light in inducing shoot elongation in the presence or absence of PAC is poorly understood. In this study, transcriptomic and proteomic analyses was used to examine the molecular mechanism of FR regulation of shoot elongation in Chinese pine (Pinus tabuliformis Carr.) seedlings in the presence of PAC. Four treatments were compared: white light + water (WW), FR + water (RW), white light + PAC (WP), and FR + PAC (RP), and 1436 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and 450 differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) were identified in RW_WW (RW contrast WW), and 1862 DEGs and 481 DEPs in RP_WP (RP contrast WP). Metabolic and signal transduction pathway analyses of DEGs and DEPs in RW_WW and RP_WP, indicated that the former required more energy than the latter. Moreover, gibberellic acid, auxin, and brassinolide are equally important in RW_WW and RP_WP for shoot elongation, except for the ethylene pathway. Amino acid metabolism and cell wall organization were significantly enriched in RW_WW and RP_WP, respectively. In summary, RW_WW and RP_WP had different effects in secondary metabolism, energy metabolism, amino acid metabolism, cell wall organization, and hormone response. These results provide an important theoretical and reference basis for studying the regulatory effect of low R/FR and PAC in conifer shoot elongation.

Background:Inbreeding in seed orchards is expected to increase with the advancement of breeding cycles,which results in the delivery of crops with suboptimal genetic gain,reduced genetic diversity,and lower seed ***,a genetic distance-dependent method for clonal spatial deployment in seed orchards was developed and demonstrated,which reduced the inbreeding *** method’s main evaluation parameter of inbreeding is the genetic distance among individuals and the deployment method used an improved adaptive parallel genetic algorithm(IAPGA)based on Python *** inbreeding-prone Chinese Mongolian pine breeding population material originating from a single natural population,the proposed method was compared to a traditional orchard design and a distance-based design;namely,complete randomized block(RCB)and optimum neighborhood(ONA)designs,***:With the advancement of selective breeding cycles,group separation among orchard related individuals is expected to *** on the genetic distance among individuals,the IAPGA design was superior in significantly reducing the inbreeding level as compared to the two existing designs,confirming its suitability to advanced-generation orchards where relatedness among parents is *** the 1st,2nd,and mixed generations clonal deployment schemes,the IAPGA design produced lower inbreeding with 87.22%,81.49%,and 87.23%of RCB,and 92.78%,91.30%,and 91.67%of ONA designs,***:The IAPGA clonal deployment proposed in this study has the obvious advantage of controlling inbreeding,and it is expected to be used in clonal deployment in seed orchards on a *** studies are needed to focus on the actual states of pollen dispersal and mating in seed orchards,and more assumptions should be taken into account for the optimized deployment method.

We evaluated seed production in a first-gener- ation orchard of Chinese pine （Pinus tabuliformis） during the crucial transition period from first generation to advanced generations. Clones varied significantly in all traits related to seed production. Repeatability of these traits ranged from 0 to 0.96. Seed production per ramet （SPPR）, seed producing index （SPI）, the number of relative female strobili （RFS）, the number of scales, and the num- ber of ineffective scales had comparatively high repeata- bility at 0.86, 0.87, 0.89, 0.96, and 0.91, respectively. Correlation analysis showed that SPPR was greatly influenced by RFS and by the number of full seeds per cone. Finally, we showed that SPI was the best predictor of the seed-producing ability of clones. Our findings will assist seed orchard managers in effectively predicting and improving seed production of Chinese pine seed orchards.

Previously,the once-through CO_(2)chemical absorption process by biogas slurry was experimentally verified to offer the unique advantages like low energy consumption,cost-effectiveness,and feasibility of CO_(2)fixation in ***,this technology also faces some challenges and limitations,including a low CO_(2)absorption rate and *** improve the effectiveness and reliability of this innovative carbon capture,utilization,and storage(CCUS)technology,this study proposes a novel method to enhance the CO_(2)absorption performance without affecting agricultural applications of CO_(2)by mixing biogas slurry with biomass ash as the green CO_(2)*** results indicate that when the solid-liquid mass ratio of biomass ash to biogas slurry is 5:10,the CO_(2)loading of the biomass ash and biogas slurry mixture(BA-BS)reaches 936.7±59.1 mmol/***,the pH of the BA-BS remains stable at 6.9,meeting the rhizosphere pH requirements for plant *** CO_(2)absorption of the BA-BS liquid phase,referred to as improved biogas slurry(IBS),reaches its maximum at 230.4±3.5 mmol/L,which is 126.8%higher than that of the unimproved biogas *** nitrogen content in the BA-BS solid phase,calling improved biomass ash(IBA),also reaches its maximum at 4.24±0.74 mg/g,thereby expanding the agricultural utilization of biomass *** most reasonable and effective way of utilizing CO_(2)-rich mixed biogas slurry and biomass ash involves use IBA as the base fertilizer for tomato cultivation,supplemented later with IBS to promote *** optimal application allows for substantial utilization of CO_(2),introduced into the tomato cultivation environment by IBA and *** carbon fixation of a single tomato has improved by 108.2%.This study thus provides a feasible solution for high-value negative carbonization of biogas slurry and biomass ash.

A Novel Approach for Image Encryption with Chaos-RNA

In today’s information society,image encryption technology is crucial to protecting Internet ***,traditional image encryption algorithms have problems such as insufficient chaotic characteristics,insufficient randomness of keys,and insecure Ribonucleic Acid(RNA)*** address these issues,a chaos-RNA encryption scheme that combines chaotic maps and RNA encoding was proposed in this *** initial values and parameters of the chaotic system are first generated using the Secure Hash Algorithm 384(SHA-384)function and the plaintext ***,the Lühyperchaotic system sequence was introduced to change the image’s pixel values to realize block scrambling,and further disturbance is achieved through spiral index sequence to enhance encryption ***,to obtain the final encrypted image,the diffusion is accomplished through different RNA encoding rules and operation rules corresponding to the chaotic sequence generated by an improved one-dimensional chaotic map(1DCM).Here innovatively propose four new RNA operation rules,increasing the difficulty of *** results demonstrate that the normalized pixel change rate(NPCR)and the unified average changed intensity(UACI)values of the tested encrypted images were 99.61%and 33.46%,*** average ciphertext entropy value in the Red Green Blue(RGB)channels were 7.9986,7.991,and ***,this algorithm exhibits a low correlation coefficient and enhanced *** encryption method effectively improves the security and reliability of image encryption compared to other similar techniques.

Auricularia auricular polysaccharide-low molecular weight chitosan polyelectrolyte complex nanoparticles: Preparation and characterization

Novel polyelectrolyte complex nanoparticles(AAP/LCS NPs) were prepared in this study and these were produced by mixing negatively charged auricularia auricular polysaccharide(AAP)with positively charged low molecular weight chitosan(LCS) in an aqueous medium. The AAP was extracted and purified from auricularia auricular, and then characterized by micr OTOF-Q mass spectrometry, UV/Vis spectrophotometry, moisture analyzer and SEM. The yield, moisture, and total sugar content of the AAP were 4.5%, 6.2% and 90.12%(w/w), respectively. The AAP sample was water-soluble and exhibited white flocculence. The characteristics of AAP/LCS NPs, such as the particle size, zeta potential, morphology, FT-IR spectra, DSC were investigated. The results obtained revealed that the AAP/LCS NPs had a spherical shape with a diameter of 223 nm and a smooth surface, and the results of the FT-IR spectra and DSC investigations indicated that there was an electrostatic interaction between the two polyelectrolyte polymers. Bovine serum albumin(BSA, p I = 4.8) and bovine hemoglobin(BHb, pI = 6.8) were used as model drugs to investigate the loading and release features of the AAP/LCS NPs. The results obtained showed that the AAP/LCS NPs had a higher entrapment efficiency(92.6%) for BHb than for BSA(81.5%). The cumulative release of BSA and BHb from AAP/LCS NPs after 24 h in vitro was 95.4% and 91.9%, respectively. The in vitro release demonstrated that AAP/LCS NPs provided a sustained release matrix suitable for the delivery of protein drugs. These studies demonstrate that AAP/LCS NPs have a very promising potential as a delivery system for protein drugs.
