To cope with the dem.nd and supply of electrical load of an interconnected power system.of a country, we need to forecast its dem.nd in advance. In this paper, we use a fuzzy system.to forecast electrical load on short-term.basis. Here, we consider tem.erature, hum.dity, seasons of a year and tim. segm.nts of a day as the param.ters, which govern the dem.nd of electrical load. For each of the param.ter, we use several m.m.ership functions (m.s) and then apply the m.m.ani rule on m.s and the output is determ.ned by using the centroid m.thod. Finally, the surface plot reveals the real scenario of the load dem.nd. The difference between actual load and the output of the fuzzy system.is found as +1.65% to -13.76%. The concept of the paper can be applied in interconnected power system.of Bangladesh to reduce power loss, especially when generation is higher than the dem.nd.

Introduction The efficacy and safety of local intra-arterial(IA)throm.olytics during endovascular throm.ectom.(EVT)for large-vessel occlusions is *** analysed how often IA throm.olytics were adm.nistered in the m.lticenter Random.zed Clinical Trial of Endovascular Treatm.nt for Acute Ischem.c Stroke in the Netherlands(m. CLEAN)Registry,whether it was associated with im.roved functional outcom. and assessed technical and safety outcom.s com.ared with EVT without IA *** In this observational study,we included patients undergoing EVT for an acute ischaem.c stroke in the anterior circulation from.the m. CLEAN Registry(m.rch 2014-Novem.er 2017).The prim.ry endpoint was favourable functional outcom.,defined as an m.dified Rankin Scale score≤2 at 90 *** endpoints were reperfusion status,early neurological recovery and sym.tom.tic intracranial haem.rrhage(sICH).Subgroup analyses for IA throm.olytics as prim.ry versus adjuvant revascularisation attem.t were *** Of the 2263 included patients,95(4.2%)received IA throm.olytics during *** IA throm.olytics adm.nistered were urokinase(m.dian dose,250000 IU(IQR,193750-250000))or alteplase(m.dian dose,20 m.(IQR,12-20)).No association was found between IA throm.olytics and favourable functional outcom.(adjusted OR(aOR),1.16;95%CI 0.71 to 1.90).Successful reperfusion was less often observed in those patients treated with IA throm.olytics(aOR,0.57;95%CI 0.36 to 0.90).The odds of sICH(aOR,0.82;95%CI 0.32 to 2.10)and early neurological recovery were com.arable between patients treated with and without IA *** prim.ry and adjuvant revascularisation attem.ts,IA throm.olytics were m.re often adm.nistered for proxim.l than for distal *** outcom.s were com.arable for patients receiving IA throm.olytics as a prim.ry versus adjuvant revascularisation *** Local IA throm.olytics were rarely used in the m.
