Experimental and numerical study regarding H-steel all-bolted connection steel frame with composite wall boards

Discrimination Between Broadband Underwater Target Echo and Reverberation Based on Signal Spectral Flatness Feature

Reverberation is the major interference of active detection, discrimination between target echo and reverberation is difficult when the reverberation is very strong. For the distinguishing of underwater target echo with strong interference, the modulation feature of echo and reverberation spectrum are characterized by signal spectral flatness measure, and the relationship between signal spectral flatness and target physical properties are theoretically formed. A method of discrimination between broadband underwater target echo and reverberation that based on signal spectral flatness characteristics difference is proposed and studied. Sea experiment results of complex underwater target broadband acoustic scattering have shown that signal spectral flatness characteristics of underwater target broadband echo and reverberation have obvious differences. Target echo and reverberation can be well distinguished using the proposed method.

螺旋加劲大径厚比方钢管混凝土叠合柱偏心受压非线性行为研究

大径厚比钢管混凝土构件局部屈曲问题较为突出,在螺旋加劲肋新型约束形式基础上,提出了螺旋加劲方钢管混凝土叠合柱。通过偏心受压试验研究发现,螺旋肋可对大径厚比方钢管形成较好的约束,局部屈曲显著减小,构件承载力与变形能力得到有效提高。基于试验结果,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对该新型组合构件进行了参数分析,研究了钢管厚度、螺旋肋宽厚比、钢筋直径及偏心率的影响规律。结果表明:偏心率增大,试件承载力降低,延性增加;减小钢管宽厚比和增加钢筋直径,承载力和延性均有明显提升;螺旋肋宽厚比对试件承载力影响不大。基于数值分析结果,给出了设计建议;并对该叠合柱偏心受压承载力计算方法进行了研究,提出了考虑螺旋肋影响的实用计算公式。

To adequately prepare for potential hazards caused by emerging and reemerging infectious diseases, the WHO has issued a list of high-priority pathogens that are likely to cause future outbreaks and for which research and development (R&D) efforts are dedicated, known as paramount R&D blueprints. Within R&D efforts, the goal is to obtain effective prophylactic and therapeutic approaches, which depends on a comprehensive knowledge of the etiology, epidemiology, and pathogenesis of these diseases. In this process, the accessibility of animal models is a priority bottleneck because it plays a key role in bridging the gap between in-depth understanding and control efforts for infectious diseases. Here, we reviewed preclinical animal models for high priority disease in terms of their ability to simulate human infections, including both natural susceptibility models, artificially engineered models, and surrogate models. In addition, we have thoroughly reviewed the current landscape of vaccines, antibodies, and small molecule drugs, particularly hopeful candidates in the advanced stages of these infectious diseases. More importantly, focusing on global trends and novel technologies, several aspects of the prevention and control of infectious disease were discussed in detail, including but not limited to gaps in currently available animal models and medical responses, better immune correlates of protection established in animal models and humans, further understanding of disease mechanisms, and the role of artificial intelligence in guiding or supplementing the development of animal models, vaccines, and drugs. Overall, this review described pioneering approaches and sophisticated techniques involved in the study of the epidemiology, pathogenesis, prevention, and clinical theatment of WHO high-priority pathogens and proposed potential directions. The weakened protective efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines and antibodies caused by SARS-CoV-2 variants presents a global health emergency,which underscores the urgent need for universal therapeutic antibody intervention for clinical ***,we screened three alpacas-derived nanobodies(Nbs)with neutralizing activity from twenty RBD-specific *** three Nbs were fused with the Fc domain of human IgG,namely aVHH-11-Fc,aVHH-13-Fc and aVHH-14-Fc,which could specifically bind RBD protein and competitively inhibit the binding of ACE2 receptor to *** effectively neutralized SARS-CoV-2 pseudoviruses D614G,Alpha,Beta,Gamma,Delta,and Omicron sub-lineages BA.1,BA.2,BA.4,and BA.5 and authentic SARS-CoV-2 prototype,Delta,and Omicron BA.1,BA.2 *** mice-adapted COVID-19 severe model,intranasal administration of aVHH-11-Fc,aVHH-13-Fc and aVHH-14-Fc effectively protected mice from lethal challenges and reduced viral loads in both the upper and lower respiratory *** the COVID-19 mild model,aVHH-13-Fc,which represents the optimal neutralizing activity among the above three Nbs,effectively protected hamsters from the challenge of SARS-CoV-2 prototype,Delta,Omicron BA.1 and BA.2 by significantly reducing viral replication and pathological alterations in the *** structural modeling of aVHH-13 and RBD,aVHH-13 binds to the receptor-binding motif region of RBD and interacts with some highly conserved *** together,our study illustrated that alpaca-derived Nbs offered a therapeutic countermeasure against SARS-CoV-2,including those Delta and Omicron variants which have evolved into global pandemic strains.

Establishment and application of a surrogate model for human Ebola virus disease in BSL-2 laboratory

The Ebola virus(EBOV)is a member of the Orthoebolavirus genus,Filoviridae family,which causes severe hemorrhagic diseases in humans and non-human primates(NHPs),with a case fatality rate of up to 90%.The development of countermeasures against EBOV has been hindered by the lack of ideal animal models,as EBOV requires handling in biosafety level(BSL)-4 ***,accessible and convenient animal models are urgently needed to promote prophylactic and therapeutic approaches against *** this study,a recombinant vesicular stomatitis virus expressing Ebola virus glycoprotein(VSV-EBOV/GP)was constructed and applied as a surrogate virus,establishing a lethal infection in *** infection with VSV-EBOV/GP,3-week-old female Syrian hamsters exhibited disease signs such as weight loss,multi-organ failure,severe uveitis,high viral loads,and developed severe systemic diseases similar to those observed in human EBOV *** animals succumbed at 2–3 days post-infection(dpi).Histopathological changes indicated that VSV-EBOV/GP targeted liver cells,suggesting that the tissue tropism of VSV-EBOV/GP was comparable to wild-type EBOV(WT EBOV).Notably,the pathogenicity of the VSV-EBOV/GP was found to be species-specific,age-related,gender-associated,and challenge ***,equine anti-EBOV immunoglobulins and a subunit vaccine were validated using this ***,this surrogate model represents a safe,effective,and economical tool for rapid preclinical evaluation of medical countermeasures against EBOV under BSL-2 conditions,which would accelerate technological advances and breakthroughs in confronting Ebola virus disease.

现有研究认为企业基于投机目的发放委托贷款会导致实体企业"脱实向虚",并抑制企业创新活动。与此不同,本文利用手工搜集的基于合作目的发放委托贷款的上市公司数据,考察了发放合作性质委托贷款对企业创新的影响及其作用机制。研究结论发现,企业基于合作目的发放委托贷款能够显著促进企业创新。机制检验发现,贷款企业通过发放合作性质委托贷款,促进技术知识等创新所需资源的共享交换,并通过提高客户质量、增加销售现金流,最终提升企业创新。进一步,在风险承担水平低、受到融资约束、投资机会较多以及无政治关联的公司,合作性质委托贷款对创新的促进作用也更显著。本文扩展了企业委托贷款问题的研究视野,丰富了企业合作与创新机制的研究文献。

Broadband underwater target echo detection based on signal spectral irregularity feature

For the detection of underwater target echo under strong interferences,the modulation feature of direct echo signal and reverberation spectrum are characterized by the signal spectral irregularity feature,and the relationship between signal spectral irregularity and target physical properties is theoretically formed.A novel method of broadband underwater target echo detection under reverberation based on the signal spectral irregularity characteristics is *** proposed method has the capability of discriminating between the direct target echo signal from *** results of complex underwater target broadband acoustic scattering show that the echo can be detected even with the signal to reverberation ratio(SRR)below-10 dB by the proposed method based on the spectral irregularity(SI)*** corresponding sea experimental results also show that echo can be detected when the SRR is below 0 *** effectiveness and correctness of the proposed method are verified both in simulated data and in real data in sea experiment.

我国股市的过度投机与上市公司的股权融资偏好存在着内在的关联。本文以2006-2013年我国沪深A股主板市场上市公司为样本,研究了股票投机交易对权益成本的影响,以及信息发现机制在其中发挥的调节作用。结果表明,在控制了内生性和样本选择偏误之后,市场投机和个股投机都能够显著地降低权益成本;对于盈余预期更高的"好公司",投机交易对权益成本的影响更弱,支持了信息发现的"替代效应"假说。进一步的分析发现,再融资公司的权益成本与控制组相比显著更低,与上年相比也存在着明显的下降,成本偏低确实是股权融资偏好的重要原因。本文的研究充实了中国实践背景下的资本结构理论的相关成果,同时为推进资本市场健康发展、抑制市场非理性行为提供了证据支持。
