It is difficult to qualitatively evaluate the design effects of product appearance. Electroencephalograph （EEG） and eye-tracking data can serve as reflection of the subcon- scious activities of human beings. The application of advanced neuroscience technology in industrial operation management has become a new research hot spot. This study uses EEG equipment and an eye-tracking device to record a subject＇s brain activity and eye-gaze data, and then uses data mining methods to analyze the correlation between the two types of signals. The fuzzy theory is then applied to create a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The neural attributes are used to quantify the factors affected by product appear- ance and evaluation indicators. We use women＇s shirts as research subjects for a case study. The EEG Emotiv device and Tobii mobile eye-tracking glasses are used to record a subject＇s brain activity and eye-gaze data in order to quantify the evaluation factors related to product appearance. This method not only scientifically evaluates the uniqueness of product appearance but also provides an objective reference for improving product appearance design.

Surface nanocrystallization of pure Fe was performed using an improved surface treatment process. The phase transformation and Si infiltration depth of the pure Fe before and after surface mechanical attrition treatment （SMAT） were compared by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The results indicated that nanocrystallization of Fe surface was achieved using SMAT, which resulted in deeper penetration of Si. Prolonging time of SMAT and Si infiltration also resulted in increasing microhardness, with the hardness first increasing with increasing distance from the surface and then decreasing. Furthermore, longer Si infiltration time, nanocrystallization of Si and longer SMAT time resulted in higher saturation magnetization （MS）. The greatest Si penetration depth （150 μm）, maximum hardness （280 HV）, and maximum MS （1.849 × 10^6 A/m） were achieved after SMAT for 45 min and Si infiltration for 9 h. The interaction between adjacent grains after surface nanocrystallization leads to a region of the magnetic domain wall structure located at the grain boundary, which causes the remanence enhancement effect.

A water model and a high-speed video camera were utilized in the 300-t RH equipment to study the effect of steel flow patterns in a vacuum chamber on fast decarburization and a superior flow-pattern map was obtained during the practical RH process. There are three flow patterns with different bubbling characteristics and steel surface states in the vacuum chamber： boiling pattern（BP）, transition pattern（TP）, and wave pattern（WP）. The effect of the liquid-steel level and the residence time of the steel in the chamber on flow patterns and decarburization reaction were investigated, respectively. The liquid-steel level significantly affected the flow-pattern transition from BP to WP, and the residence time and reaction area were crucial to evaluate the whole decarburization process rather than the circulation flow rate and mixing time. A superior flow-pattern map during the practical RH process showed that the steel flow pattern changed from BP to TP quickly, and then remained as TP until the end of decarburization.

Objective:To select potential molecules that can target viral spike proteins,which may potentially interrupt the interaction between the human angiotension-converting enzyme 2(ACE2)receptor and viral spike protein by virtual ***:The three-dimensional(3D)-coordinate file of the receptor-binding domain(RBD)-ACE2 complex for searching a suitable docking pocket was firstly downloaded and ***,approximately 15,000 molecular candidates were prepared,including US Food and Drug Administration(FDA)-approved drngs from DrugBank and natural compounds from Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP),for the docking ***,virtual screening was performed and the binding energy in Autodock Vina was ***,the top 20 molecules with high binding energy and their Chinese medicine(CM)herb sources were listed in this ***:It was found that digitoxin,a cardiac glycoside in DrugBank and bisindigotin in TCMSP had the highest docking ***,two of the CM herbs containing the natural compounds that had relatively high binding scores,Forsyfh/ae frucft/s and/saf/d/s racWx,are components of lianhua Qingwen(莲花清痕),a CM formula reportedly exerting activity against severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)-***,raltegravir,an HIV integrase inhibitor,was found to have a relatively high binding ***:A class of compounds,which are from FDA-approved drugs and CM natural compounds,that had high binding energy with RBD of the viral spike *** work provides potential candidates for other researchers to identify inhibitors to prevent SARS-CoV-2 infection,and highlights the importance of CM and integrative application of CM and Western medicine on treating COVID-19.

The synergistic effect of triple ion beams is investigated by simultaneous and scquential irradiations of gold, hydrogen and helium ions on the low activation martensitie steel （CLAM） developed in China. The depth profile measurements of the positron annihilation Doppler broadening S parameter are carried out as a function of slow- positron beam energy to examine the produced radiation damage. The synergistic effect of displacement damage and hydrogen and helium on the formation of radiation damage is clearly observed. In the preset case ,this effect suppresses the radiation damage in the CLAM steel due to the helium and/or hydrogen filling of vacancy clusters.

The hot deformation behavior of 316H stainless steel used in the 4th-generation nuclear systems was investigated by thermal compression tests at 1000–1150 C and 0.01–10 s^(-1).It was found that true stress firstly increased and then decreased with the increasing strain rate with a threshold of 1 s^(-1).Electron backscatter diffraction was used to analyze the microstructure *** dynamic recrystallization(DDRX)was the dominant dynamic recrystallization(DRX)mechanism,while continuous dynamic recrystallization(CDRX)was the supplementary *** happened before CDRX and provided additional nucleation sites for the *** grain boundaries(R3)appeared in DRX grains due to growth *** the length fraction of R3 increased,the coincidence site lattice(CSL)boundary transition began to occur,forming R9 and *** the occurrence of full DRX,the growth and annexation of DRX grains were easy to be promoted,in which progress both equiaxed grains and CSL boundaries *** ideal deformation microstructure with fine and uniform DRX grains,which was accompanied by a high length fraction of CSL boundaries,appeared at 1000℃–0.01 s^(-1),1050℃–0.01–0.1 s^(-1),1100℃–0.1–1 s^(-1) and 1150℃–1–10 s^(-1).That is,the deformation conditions mentioned above were the preferable thermal forming parameters for 316H stainless steel in actual productions.

Unreported tantalum isomer 186mTa has been produced through the reaction 186W(n,p) by irradiation of natW with 14 MeV neutrons. The activity of 186mTa and 186Ta was measured using HPGe detectors and several X-γ as well as γ-γ coincidence arrangements. The 186mTa has been identified by means of measuring known γ rays from 186Ta β-decay. The half-life of 186mTa has been determined to be (1.5±0.1) min.

Numerical investigation of the interaction of the turbulent dual-jet and acoustic propagation

In order to study the interaction between two independent jets, a three-dimensional（3D） transient mathematical model is developed to investigate the flow field and acoustic properties of the two-stream jets. The results are compared with those of the single-stream jet at Mach number 0.9 and Reynolds number 3600. The large eddy simulation（LES） with dynamic Smagorinsky sub-grid scale（SGS） approach is used to simulate the turbulent jet flow structure. The acoustic field is evaluated by the Ffowcs Williams–Hawkings（FW-H） integral equation. Considering the compressibility of high-speed gas jets, the density-based explicit formulation is adopted to solve the governing equations. Meanwhile, the viscosity is approximated by using the Sutherland kinetic theory. The predicted flow characteristics as well as the acoustic properties show that they are in good agreement with the existing experimental and numerical results under the same flow conditions available in the literature. The results indicate that the merging phenomenon of the dual-jet is triggered by the deflection mechanism of the Coanda effect, which sequentially introduces additional complexity and instability of flow structure. One of the main factors affecting the dual-jet merging is the aperture ratio, which has a direct influence on the potential core and surrounding flow fluctuation. The analysis on the noise pollution reveals that the potential core plays a fundamental role in noise emission while the additional mixing noise makes less contribution than the single jet noise. The overall sound pressure level（OASPL） profiles have a directive property, suggesting an approximate 25° deflection from the streamwise direction, however, shifting toward lateral direction of about 10° to 15° in the dual-jet. The conclusion obtained in this study can provide valuable data to guide the development of manufacturing-green technology in the multi-jet applications.

For better performances of Ni-based catalysts at low temperatures,Ni/SiC catalyst doped with a little amount of additive La was successfully *** catalytic CO methanation activity tests showed that 3%La-Ni/SiC catalyst was excellent at a low reaction temperature(95.9%CO conversion and 85.1%CH4 selectivity at250℃)with a superior stability compared with Ni/SiC(3.4%CO conversion and 0%CH4 selectivity at 250℃).This can be attributed to that the addition of La can markedly improve the dispersibility of active metal Ni and reduce the particle sizes of Ni nanoparticles or clusters,and can also regulate the interaction between active components and ***,the high thermal conductivity and thermal stability could avoid the generation of hot spots in the catalyst *** results will promote the development of highly active Ni-based catalysts for the low-temperature methanation reaction.
