BACKGROUND Acute-on-chronic liver disease(AoCLD)accounts for the majority of patients hospitalized in the department of Hepatology or Infectious *** To explore the characterization of AoCLD to provide theoretical guidance for the accurate diagnosis and prognosis of *** Patients with AoCLD from the Chinese Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure(ACLF)study cohort were included in this *** clinical characteristics and outcomes,and the 90-d survival rate associated with each clinical type of AoCLD were analyzed,using the Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank *** A total of 3375 patients with AoCLD were enrolled,including 1679(49.7%)patients with liver cirrhosis acute decompensation(LC-AD),850(25.2%)patients with ACLF,577(17.1%)patients with chronic hepatitis acute exacer-bation(CHAE),and 269(8.0%)patients with liver cirrhosis active phase(LC-A).The most common cause of chronic liver disease(CLD)was HBV infection(71.4%).The most common precipitants of AoCLD was bacterial infection(22.8%).The 90-d mortality rates of each clinical subtype of AoCLD were 43.4%(232/535)for type-C ACLF,36.0%(36/100)for type-B ACLF,27.0%(58/215)for type-A ACLF,9.0%(151/1679)for LC-AD,3.0%(8/269)for LC-A,and 1.2%(7/577)for *** HBV infection is the main cause of CLD,and bacterial infection is the main precipitant of *** most common clinical type of AoCLD is *** diagnosis and timely intervention are needed to reduce the mortality of patients with LC-AD or ACLF.

The generalized oscillator strengths of the dipole-forbidden excitations of the ^(1)A_(2) of H_(2)O and D_(2)O were calculated with the time dependent density functional theory,by taking into account the vibronic *** is found that the vibronic effect converts the dipole-forbidden excitation of the ^(1)A_(2) into a dipole-allowed one,which enhances the intensities of the corresponding generalized oscillator strength in the small squared momentum transfer *** present investigation shows that the vibronic effect of H_(2)O is slightly stronger than that of D_(2)O,which exhibits a clear isotopic effect.

In high harmonic generation(HHG),Laguerre–Gaussian(LG) beams are used to generate extreme ultraviolet(XUV)vortices with well-defined orbital angular momentum(OAM),which have potential applications in fields such as microscopy and *** experimental study on the HHG driven by vortex and Gaussian beams is conducted in this *** is found that the intensity of vortex harmonics is positively correlated with the laser energy and gas *** structure and intensity distribution of the vortex harmonics exhibit significant dependence on the relative position between the gas jet and the laser *** ring-like structures observed in the vortex harmonics,and the interference of quantum paths provide an explanation for the distinct structural ***,by adjusting the relative position between the jet and laser focus,it is possible to discern the contributions from different quantum *** optimization of the HH vortex field is applicable to the XUV,which opens up a new way for exploiting the potential in optical spin or manipulating electrons by using the photon with tunable orbital angular momentum.

High-order harmonic generation(HHG) of Ar atom in an elliptically polarized intense laser field is experimentally investigated in this ***,the anomalous ellipticity dependence on the laser ellipticity(ε) in the lower-order harmonics is observed,specifically in the 13rd-order,which displays a maximal harmonic intensity at ε ≈ 0.1,rather than at ε = 0 as *** contradicts the general trend of harmonic yield,which typically decreases with the increase of laser *** this study,we attribute this phenomenon to the disruption of the symmetry of the wave function by the Coulomb effect,leading to the generation of a harmonic with high *** finding provides valuable insights into the behavior of elliptically polarized harmonics and opens up a potential way for exploring new applications in ultrafast spectroscopy and light–matter interactions.

The proton-proton(pp)fusion chain dominates the neutrino production in the *** uncertainty of the predicted pp neutrino flux is at the sub-percent level,whereas that of the best measurement is O(10%).In this study,for the first time,we measure solar pp neutrinos in the electron recoil energy range from 24 to 144 keV using the PandaX-4T commissioning data with 0.63 tonne×year *** pp neutrino flux is determined as(8.0±3.9(stat)±10.0(syst))×1010 s^(-1)cm^(-2),which is consistent with the Standard Solar Model and existing measurements,corresponding to an upper flux limit of 23.3×10^(10)s^(-1)cm^(-2)at 90%C.L..

选取2009年1月至2022年12月唐山老震区的地震目录资料计算b值,利用格点搜索法确定b值下降幅度较大(≥20%)的区域作为异常区,分析该区域b值的时间变化特征,结合b值的时空变化研究该区域发生M4.0以上地震的危险性。研究发现,唐山老震区7次(组)M4.0以上地震均发生在b值下降幅度较大的区域边缘或附近,表明应力较高的区域是地震危险区。异常区域内b值的时间变化显示,7次(组)M4.0以上地震多在震前半年至一年出现b值下降的变化过程,也反映了异常区域应力逐渐积累的过程。总体来说,b值的时空下降变化对唐山老震区M4.0以上地震的研判具有指示意义。

为提高水电机组调节系统的动态性能,提出一种融合了Q学习和梯度搜索JAYA算法(QJAYA)的机组调节系统参数优化方法。通过引入电路等效理论推导有压管道电路等效模型,利用BP神经网络建立充分反映水轮机流量和力矩非线性特性的水轮机神经网络模型。结合调速器和发电机模型,构建了水电机组调节系统整体非线性精细化模型。利用QJAYA算法对水电机组调节系统的PID控制参数进行优化,并通过仿真试验验证了所提方法能够有效提高水电机组调节系统的动态性能。

基于缺铁诊断指标筛选的猕猴桃叶片黄化诱因分析

[目的]筛选适宜的缺铁诊断指标,据此分析导致陕西关中地区猕猴桃园叶片黄化的主要因子,并利用施肥矫治试验对该因子进行验证,为猕猴桃叶片黄化防控提供理论依据。[方法]在陕西关中地区,依据叶片黄化后土施Fe-EDDHA可以复绿确定了3个缺铁猕猴桃果园,采集当年强旺营养枝顶端第2~3个叶片,共采集不同黄化度叶片64份,缺铁叶片样品的黄化度以SPAD值表征,将SPAD值与5个缺铁诊断指标进行相关分析。在关中地区选择5个健康果园、80个出现不同程度黄化症状的猕猴桃果园,采集叶片样品,将黄化果园叶片按照黄化程度分为绿叶、轻度黄化叶和重度黄化叶,测定12种元素、活性铁和硝态氮含量及SPAD值,并将其与SPAD值进行相关分析。在85个果园各采集1份土壤样品,分析其基础理化性状。选择两个黄化果园进行施肥矫治效果验证。[结果]64份缺铁黄化叶片中,鲜样邻二氮菲浸提铁与其SPAD值的相关性明显高于干样全铁、0.1 mol/L盐酸浸提铁、1 mol/L盐酸浸提铁和鲜样1 mol/L盐酸浸提铁,说明鲜样邻二氮菲浸提铁最适于猕猴桃缺铁的黄化诊断。健康园绿叶和黄化园绿叶中所测的12种元素、活性铁和硝态氮含量均无显著差异。SPAD和邻二氮菲浸提铁含量的顺序为黄化园绿叶>轻度黄化叶>重度黄化叶,而叶片硝态氮、磷、钾和硼含量则相反。轻度和重度黄化叶钙、全铁和锰含量低于绿叶。相关分析表明,猕猴桃叶片SPAD与叶片邻二氮菲浸提铁、全铁、锰和钙含量正相关,而与叶片钾、磷、硝态氮、全氮、硼、铜等含量负相关。随机森林和通径分析进一步表明,与猕猴桃叶片黄化关系最密切的指标为邻二氮菲浸提铁、钾及硝态氮。线性加平台函数拟合表明,邻二氮菲浸提铁5.084 mg/kg是猕猴桃叶片缺铁黄化诊断的临界值。土壤分析结果表明,黄化园土壤pH和碳酸氢根含量均偏高,而速效钾和硝态氮含量均适宜,说明土壤重碳酸盐诱发缺铁很可能是导致叶片黄化的主要原因。与健康园相比,黄化园土壤阳离子交换量偏低,说明叶片黄化还与土壤阳离子交换能力不足有关。施用Fe-EDDHA和蓝铁矿[Fe_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)·8H_(2)O]均可提高叶片SPAD和邻二氮菲浸提铁含量,降低叶片钾和硝态氮含量,从而矫治猕猴桃叶片缺铁黄化。[结论]叶片鲜样中邻二氮菲铁最适于猕猴桃缺铁黄化诊断,其临界浓度为5.084 mg/kg。陕西关中地区猕猴桃园叶片黄化主要是由土壤重碳酸盐诱发缺铁所致,且与土壤阳离子交换能力不足有关;黄化叶中钾和硝态氮的累积是由缺铁造成的。因此,生产上应注意黄化园铁肥的补充和土壤阳离子交换能力的提升。

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CdeX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective majorana neutrino mass:<3.2–7.5 eV.
