The Ar-Ar dating of phengite and omphacite in ultrahigh-pressure (UHP) eclogite of Bixiling and Hengchong in the south Dabie Terrain shows that the content range of excess argon is as high as (0.4-1.3)×10 8 mol· g 1. The genesis of the excess argon is discussed. The Ar-Ar age spectra of omphacite could not support the opinion that the UHP metamorphism occurred in Caledon epoch and pre-Caledon epoch.

This article studies the fault detection filtering design problem for Roesser type two-dimensional(2-D)nonlinear systems described by uncertain 2-D Takagi-sugeno(T-s)fuzzy ***,fuzzy Lyapunov functions are constructed and the 2-D Fourier transform is exploited,based on which a finite frequency fault detection filtering design method is proposed such that a residual signal is generated with robustness to external disturbances and sensitivity to *** has been shown that the utilization of available frequency spectrum information of faults and disturbances makes the proposed filtering design method more general and less conservative compared with a conventional nonfrequency based filtering design ***,with the proposed evaluation function and its threshold,a novel mixed finite frequency H_(∞)/H_(-)fault detection algorithm is developed,based on which the fault can be immediately detected once the evaluation function exceeds the ***,it is verified with simulation studies that the proposed method is effective and less conservative than conventional non-frequency and/or common Lyapunov function based filtering design methods.

*** disasters,including floods,storms,and tsunamis,pose a great threat to human societies.A recent study highlighted this concern,revealing that billions of people globally were exposed to flood hazards.1 In 2023,super Typhoon Doksuri caused devasting floods in beijing and Hebei areas,resulting in massive casualties and huge economic ***,there is a need for a precise understanding of disaster processes,reliable forecasting of disaster effects,and timely warning of risks to prevent and mitigate major disasters.2 Numerical modeling stands as the predominant approach to meet these ***,the predictive accuracy of such numerical models could be degraded because of various factors:oversimplification of real processes,computational errors,fluctuations of complex environments(e.g.,terrains,precipitations,buildings,and plants),and the influence of human activities(e.g.,evacuation and rescue)during disasters.

During the collision between India and Eurasia, the continental compression and shorten is thought to be absorbed by the way of thickening of the Tibetan plateau crust and strike\|slip extrusion outwardly of blocks surrounding the Tibetan plateau. A series of models have been proposed recently, of which the most typical one is continental blocks extrusion by Tapponnier et al.. Virtually previous studies show that the Red River—Ailaoshan fault is the eastern boundary of extrusion Indochina displaced southward relative to south china about 23 Ma ago, and more, the western boundary of extrusion blocks is inferred to be sijie fault in the eastern Burma. But the movement age of sijie fault is around 13 Ma inferred from the age of Andeman sea formation and different from that of the Red River—Ailaoshan fault. It is an important scientific problem where the western boundary of extrusion blocks is.

Cell Mechanics Regulates the Dynamic Anisotropic Remodeling of Fibril Matrix at Large scale

Living tissues often have anisotropic and heterogeneous organizations, in which developmental processes are coordinated by cells and extracellular matrix modeling. Cells have the capability of modeling matrix in long distance;however, the biophysical mechanism is largely unknown. We investigated the dynamic remodeling of collagen I (COL) fibril matrix by cell contraction with designed patterns of cell clusters. By considering cell dynamic contractions, our molecular dynamics simulations predicted the anisotropic patterns of the observed COL bundling in experiments with various geometrical patterns without spatial limitation. The pattern of COL bundling was closely related to the dynamic remodeling of fibril under cell active contraction. We showed that cell cytoskeletal integrity (actin filaments and microtubules), actomyosin contractions, and endoplasmic reticulum calcium channels acting as force generations and transductions were essential for fiber bundling inductions, and membrane mechanosensory components integrin and Piezo played critical roles as well. This study revealed the underlying mechanisms of the cell mechanics-induced matrix remodeling in large scales and the associated cellular mechanism and should provide important guidelines for tissue engineering in potential biomedical applications.

Most carbonatites occur in relatively stable, intra\|plate areas but some are found to occur in near to plate margins and may be linked with plate separation (Woolley, 1989). Although many carbonatites have been discovered to occur in the orogenic belts in recent years, most of these rocks are related to post\|orogenic magmatism, that is, the rocks occur in the specially extensional setting. Therefore it is unusual that such magmatic rocks occur in the typical convergent environment. Here we report carbonatites and associated ultramafic and mafic rocks in the core of the eastern Himalayan syntaxis. The eastern Himalayan syntaxis consists of three tectonic units: the Gangdise, the Yarlung Zangbo, and the Himalayan units, each of which is bounded by faults (Liu & Zhong, 1997). The Himalayan unit, the northernmost exposed part of the Indian plate, is divided into two complexes, the amphibolite facies complex in the south and the granulite facies complex in the north. The granulite facies complex in the Himalayan unit have been argued to experience high\|pressure metamorphism and represent materials buried to upper\|mantle depths (Liu & Zhong, 1997). The carbonatites and associated ultramafic and mafic rocks only occur in the granulite facies rocks and are divided into two belts: northern and southern *** northern belt extends at least 30km, and is about 20km in width. The southern belt extends several kilometers, and is 3km or so in width. Each belt consists mainly of differently compositional dykes, extending parallel to gneissosity of granulite facies gneiss. Carbonatitic agglomerates are observed in the northern belt. From the center of carbonatite dykes to country rocks, five types of rock are observed: the center parts of carbonatites, the rim parts of carbonatites, ultramafic and mafic rocks, altered rocks and country rocks. The gneissosity of country rock was deformed by intrusion of dykes.

Owing to the unique structure,anode-free lithium metal batteries(AFLMBs)have higher energy density and lower production cost than traditional lithium metal batteries(LMBs)or lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),However,AFLMBs suffer from an inherently finite Li reservoir and exhibit poor cycle stability,low Coulombic efficiency(CE)and severe dendrite *** this work,polydiallyl lithium disulfide(PDs-Li)was successfully synthesized and coated on Cu current collector by electrochemical *** PDs-Li acts as an additional lithium resource to compensate for the irreversible loss of lithium during *** addition,the special structure and lithiophilicity of PDs-Li contribute to lower nucleation overpotential and uniform lithium *** coupled with Li-rich manganese-based(LRM)cathode of Li1.2Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13O2,the anode-free full cell exhibits significantly improved cycle stability over 100 cycles and capacity retention of 63.3%and 57%after 80 and 100 cycles,*** believe that PDs-Li can be used to ensure stable cycling performance and high-energy-density in AFLMBs.
