润滑脂对丁腈橡胶硫化胶性能的影响

通过模拟油封工作状况对丁腈橡胶(NBR)硫化胶进行热空气和润滑脂加速老化试验。结果表明:随着热空气和润滑脂老化时间的延长,NBR硫化胶的力学性能均逐渐下降;在隔绝空气的润滑脂中浸泡的NBR硫化胶的力学性能损失较小,在未隔绝空气的润滑脂中浸泡的NBR硫化胶的力学性能损失较大,NBR硫化胶存在明显的橡胶分子链裂解现象;润滑脂酸度直接影响NBR硫化胶的力学性能,润滑脂酸度大会加速NBR硫化胶的橡胶分子主链的双键断裂。

A rectangular mist lift tube of 20 m effective height was constructed to investigate the mist generation and up flow processes with various temperatures, pressures and mass flow rates of the incoming hot water through two different mist generation plates. Parameters such as temperature, pressure and dryness of the two phase mixture at six different heights of the lift tube as well as the lift mass flow ratio were measured and analysed. A theoretical analysis was made based on simplified one dimensional model of two-velocity-two-phase flow. The calculated results were discussed regarding temperature, pressure and dryness variations along the lift tube height and compared with the experimental results.

Geranylgeranyl diphosphate synthase （GGPPS） plays a key role in the biosynthesis of antioxidative carotenoid from the extremely radioresistant bacterium Deinococcus radiodurans. In this work, the recombinantGGPPS expressed in Escherichia coli by cloning and transforming the gene dr1395 of D. radiodurans was isolated rapidly by an immobilized metal affinity supermacroporous cryogel, i.e., Cu2＋-iminodiacetic acid （IDA）-cryogel. The properties of the Cu2＋-IDA-cryogel were characterized using capillary-based mathematical model and experi- mental measurements. The obtained protein samples were analyzed by the sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis （SDS-PAGE）. The porosity of the present Cu2＋-IDA-cryogel is 90.4% and the water permeability is 5.04x10-12 m2. From the capillary-based model, this cryogel presents a slightly wide normal pore （capillary） size distribution with the mean diameter of 55.2 μm, the standard deviation of 28.0 μm and the half of skeleton wall thickness of 2.8 μm. The pore size distribute from about 10 to 141 μm and the effective tortuosity of these capillary pores increases from 2.60 to 9.05. The isolation of the GGPPS from cell homogenate can be achieved at the flow velocity of 3.40x 10-4μm. s-1 by the Cu2＋-IDA-cryogel bed. High-purity GGPPS （about 91.4%） is obtained according to the SDS-PAGE analysis of the elution samples, indicating that the present method is a promising, simple and ef- fective atmroach to isolate GGPPS from cell homoenate of engineering, strains.

Deinococcus radiodurans possesses extreme resistance to ionizing radiation,and has been engineered for the remediation of toxic components in radioactive *** have previously shown that PprI(also named IrrE)and DrRRA are essential for the DNA protection and repair pathways that respond to ionizing radiation stress in this ***,we investigated the combined roles of PprI and DrRRA in resistance to gamma radiation(800 Gy).The double mutant,△drRRA△pprI,was more sensitive to gamma rays than either△drRRA or△pprI single mutants,and exhibited an elevated level of intracellular protein carbonylation,an extended delay in genome reconstitution and reduced transcriptional levels of certain DNA protection and repair proteins,such as kat,sod,recA and ***,the induction of DrRRA by ionizing radiation was partially inhibited by the deletion of pprI. Taken together,these results suggest that DrRRA and PprI might have collaborative roles in the response of *** to extreme ionizing radiation.

Human flap endonuclease 1 （FEN1） is a structure-specific, multi-functional endonuclease essential for DNA replication and repair. We and others have shown that during DNA replication, FEN1 processes Okazaki fragments via its interaction with the proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA）. Alternatively, in response to DNA damage, FEN1 interacts with the PCNA-like Radg-Radl-Husl complex instead of PCNA to engage in DNA repair activities, such as homology-directed repair of stalled DNA replication forks. However, it is unclear how FEN1 is able to switch between these interactions and its roles in DNA replication and DNA repair. Here, we report that FEN1 undergoes SUMOylation by SUMO-1 in response to DNA replication fork-staUing agents, such as UV irradiation, hydroxyurea, and mitomycin C. This DNA damage-induced SUMO-1 modification promotes the interaction of FEN1 with the Radg-Rad1-Husl complex. Furthermore, we found that FEN1 mutations that prevent its SUMO-1 modification also impair its ability to interact with HUS1 and to rescue stalled replication forks. These impairments lead to the accumulation of DNA damage and heightened sensitivity to fork-staUing agents. Altogether, our findings suggest an important role of the SUMO-1 modification of FEN1 in regulating its roles in DNA replication and repair.

In order to understand the variation of humoral and cellular immune responses to A16R live spore and AVA vaccine and to identify efficient immunological parameters for the early evaluation of post immu- nization in mice, we dynamically monitored the antibody production and cellular responses after the vaccination of Balb/C mice with the anthrax vaccines. The results show that both anti-AVA and anti-Spore antibodies were detectable in the A16R live spore vaccinated group while high titers of anti-AVA antibodies but not anti-Spore antibodies existed in the AVA-immunized group. IgG1 and IgG2 were the major subtypes of IgG in both of the two groups. However, the IgG2a level was significantly higher in the A16R group than in the AVA group. At the cellular level, responses of antigen-specific TH2, TH1 and plasma cells were detected. The peripheral TH2 responses could be seen on day 5 after vac- cination, and remained at a high level throughout the experiment (from day 5 post primary immuniza- tion to day 60 post the tertiary immunization); the TH1 responses to A16R vaccine appeared on day 5, while the responses to AVA could only be detected by day 7 after the secondary immunization; a low level of TH1 responses could be observed at the end of the experiment. Antigen-specific plasma cells could be found in the peripheral blood of both the immunized groups, however, the responses in the A16R group appeared earlier, lasted longer, and shown an ascending tendency until the end of the ex- periment when the plasma cell responses in the AVA group were reduced to a very low level. The re- sults suggest that the multiple antigen containing A16R live spore vaccine induces better immune re- sponses than AVA. Combined with serum antibody titers, TH2, TH1 and plasma cell responses could be used as immunological parameters for the evaluation of vaccine efficacy. Ecological compensation plays an important role in implementing the social responsibility of infrastructure mega-projects. Based on the results of a field study, an in-depth interview, and archive data, this paper introduces the ecological compensation for Sousa chinensis(the Indo-Pacific humpbacked dolphin) during the construction of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. It studies the concrete measures, decision-making processes,and organizational collaboration of the ecological compensation, using the method of a case study. The present study not only enriches our understanding of the ecological compensation practice during the construction of infrastructure mega-projects, but also extends the literature on the social responsibility of infrastructure *** sheds light on the protection of the environment as well as biodiversity in the construction of future infrastructure mega-projects.

在日趋激烈的市场竞争中,企业通常使用促销的方式来提高消费者感知价值利益,进而促进提高消费者购买意愿和满意度。基于生命史理论的视角,研究并探讨了激励类型(金钱激励vs.精神激励)及消费者童年社会经济地位对促销效果的影响。通过实验研究发现,相比于传统的金钱激励类型,精神激励在促销中也可以对消费者的购买意愿起到促进作用,并且,这一作用受到消费者童年社会经济地位的调节。对于高童年社会经济地位的消费者,在促销中获得精神激励相比金钱激励后的购买意愿更高;而对于低童年社会经济地位的消费者,获得金钱激励相比精神激励后的购买意愿更高。
