采用推导的部分相干线刃型-螺旋型混合位错光束在生物组织传输中的交叉谱密度函数与矩阵,数值模拟了人体真皮组织传输中,无量纲参数a和线刃型位错离轴距离b对源平面光束归一化光强和相位分布的影响;相同两点间、不同两点间光束偏振态的变化,及其与4个光束参数(a、b、空间相关长度σ_(xy),σ_(yy))以及传输距离z的关系.结果表明:归一化光强为非轴对称分布.a绝对值越大,主峰越圆润;b值越大,次峰越低.在源平面存在一个相干涡旋和一个线刃型位错;a的符号和大小会影响相位分布;b值越大,线刃型位错离原点越远.在源平面处,空间相同两点的偏振度和椭圆率与光束参数选取无关,方位角仅与b和σ_(yy)有关;空间不同两点的偏振态参量都只与σ_(xy)和σ_(yy)有关.在足够远处,偏振态各自趋于一定值.传输中,a的绝对值一定正负不影响偏振态的大小;随着b增大,偏振态曲线极值次数减小,突变的次数增加;σ_(xy)取值不同时,相同两点偏振态变化的差异主要集中在极值附近,不同两点偏振态变化的差异主要集中在初值和极值附近;|σxx-σ_(yy)|大小引起了偏振态变化规律的多样性.

Stroke is the second leading cause of disability and mortality worldwide, imposing a substantial socioeconomic burden on individuals and healthcare systems. Annually, approximately 14 million people experience stroke, with ischemic stroke comprising nearly 85% of cases, of which 10% to 20% involve large vessel occlusions. Currently, recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(tPA) remains the only approved pharmacological intervention. However, its utility is limited due to a narrow therapeutic window and low recanalization rates, making it applicable to only a minority of patients. Therefore, there is an urgent need for novel therapeutic strategies, including pharmacological advancements and combinatory ***-molecule natural medicines, particularly those derived from traditional Chinese herbs,have demonstrated significant therapeutic potential in ischemic stroke management. These compounds exert multiple neuroprotective effects, such as antioxidation, anti-inflammatory action, and inhibition of apoptosis, all of which are critical in mitigating stroke-induced cerebral damage. This review comprehensively examines the pathophysiology of acute ischemic stroke(AIS) and highlights the recent progress in the development of small-molecule natural medicines as promising therapeutic agents for cerebral ischemic stroke.

Background An accelerated muscle wasting was the pivotal factor for protein-energy wasting in end stage renal disease. However, very few researches have examined the skeletal muscle quantity and quality in clinical patients. This study investigated the muscle morphologic changes by magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） and analyzed the related factors in hemodialysis patients. Methods Fifty-eight patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis （HD） were investigated and 28 healthy adults with gender and age matched were used as controls （Control）. Anthropometry, cytokine factors, and laboratory data were measured. The muscle and intermuscular adipose tissues （IMAT） were analyzed via a Thigh MRI. The bicep samples were observed after HE staining. Homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance （HOMA-IR） was measured and their association with muscle wasting was analyzed. Results HD patients tended to have a lower protein diet, anthropometry data, and serum albumin, but the C reactive protein and interleukin-6 increased significantly. The MRI showed that HD patients had less muscle mass and a lower muscle/total ratio, but the fat/muscle and IMAT was higher when compared to the Control group. The muscle fiber showed atrophy and fat accumulation in the biceps samples come from the HD patients. Moreover, we found that the HD patients presented with a high level of plasma fasting insulin and increased HOMA-IR which negatively correlated with the muscle/ total ratio, but positively with the fat/muscle ratio. Conclusions Muscle wasting presented early before an obvious malnutrition condition emerged in HD patients. The main morphological change was muscle atrophy along with intermuscular lipid accumulation. Insulin resistance was associated with muscle wasting in dialysis patients.

Background： Dysconnectivity hypothesis of schizophrenia has been increasingly emphasized. Recent researches showed that this dysconnectivity might be related to occurrence of auditory hallucination （AH）. However, there is still no consistent conclusion. This study aimed to explore intrinsic dysconnectivity pattern of whole-brain functional networks at voxel level in schizophrenic with AH. Methods： Auditory hallucinated patients group （n = 42 APG）, no hallucinated patients group （n = 42 NPG） and normal controls （n = 84 NCs） were analyzed by resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging. The functional connectivity metrics index （degree centrality [DC]） across the entire brain networks was calculated and evaluated among three groups. Results： DC decreased in the bilateral putamen and increased in the left superior frontal gyrus in all the patients. However, in APG. the changes of DC were more obvious compared with NPG. Symptomology scores were negatively correlated with the DC of bilateral putamen in all patients. AH score of APG positively correlated with the DC in left superior frontal gyrus but negatively correlated with the DC in bilateral putamen. Conclusion： Our findings corroborated that schizophrenia was characterized by functional dysconnectivity, and the abnormal DC in bilateral putamen and left superior frontal gyrus might be crucial in the occurrence of AH.

Ordered mesoporous materials have received great attention due to their well-defined pore structures and potential applications in catalysis,adsorption,separation,drug delivery,*** various compositions of mesoporous solids have been successfully prepared,the preparation of crystalline non-metallic oxyacid salts with ordered mesoporosity remains a major ***,we report the synthesis of a mesoporous solid acid crystalline boron phosphate(BPO_(4))catalyst with a bicontinuous shifted double diamond(SDD)hyperbolic surface *** BPO_(4) scaffold was obtained by synergistic selfassembly in a mixed solvent of water and tetrahydrofuran using the diblock copolymer poly(ethylene oxide)-block-polystyrene as template and phosphoric acid and orthoboric acid as inorganic *** structure consists of two sets of diamond networks adjacent to each other with a mesostructural scale tetragonal symmetry(space group I4_(1)/amd)with unit cell parameters of a=80 nm and c=113 nm,which affords the scaffold a specific surface area of 44 m^(2)/*** a solid acid catalytic material,the SDD BPO_(4) scaffold exhibited excellent catalytic activity at room temperature with a conversion of furfural to 2-(dimethoxymethyl)furan over 70%and can be reused after recovery without serious loss of *** the propane oxidative dehydrogenation reaction,SDD BPO_(4) demonstrated high olefin productivity and selectivity while maintaining high reaction *** study provides ideas for the preparation of ordered mesoporous crystalline catalytic materials and demonstrates their potential for practical applications.

Forestry waste(FW)is a significant renewable energy source in *** substitution of coal blends(BC)with forestry waste to produce metallurgical coke was investigated aiming at expanding alternative resources and reducing CO_(2)emissions in ironmaking *** BC with different ratios of FW were carbonized in a fixed bed reactor,and the physicochemical structure of the coke derived from FW/BC co-carbonization was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,solid-state^(13)C nuclear magnetic resonance,optical microscopy,and scanning electron *** results reveal that the suitable incorporation of FW in BC is 10 wt.%,and the index of coke quality exhibits a good correlation with the optical anisotropy index and the aromaticity of the as-obtained *** partial substitution of BC with FW exhibits potential benefits for colloid formation,owing to the higher hydrogen in ***,as the substitution ratio of BC with FW increases,it inhibits coke agglomeration due to more tortuous stacked structures formation during volatile releasing ***,it was identified that the substitution of higher BC ratios with FW results in the partial replacement of aromatic carbons by oxygenlinked carbons and aliphatic *** substitution leads to a reduction in the aromaticity of the as-obtained coke.

目的探讨术前规范化呼吸道管理对肺叶切除术后肺部并发症的影响。方法将282例肺叶切除术后患者随机分为两组,对照组术前只进行一般性呼吸训练指导,试验组术前进行规范化呼吸道管理,比较分析两组患者术后2周内出现肺部并发症的情况。结果对照组141例患者行肺叶切除术后2周内,出现肺部并发症18例;试验组141例患者术后2周内出现肺部并发症5例,两组间肺部并发症发生情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前规范化呼吸道管理能显著减少肺叶切除患者术后肺部并发症的发生。

Rational modulation of fluorophosphate cathode by anionic groups to reduce the polarization behavior for fast-charging sodium-ion batteries

Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(2)O_(2)F (VP) is recognized as a promising cathode material for sodium-ion batteries due to its stable structural framework and high specific *** functional theory (DFT) and finite element simulations show that incorporating SO_(4)^(2-)into VP decreases its band gap,lowers the migration energy barrier,and ensures a uniform Na+concentration gradient and stress distribution during charge and discharge ***,the average Na+diffusion coefficient of Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(1.95)(SO_(4))_(0.05)O_(2)F(VPS-1) is roughly double that of VP,leading to enhanced rate capability (80 C,75.5 mAh g^(-1)) and cycling stability (111.0 mAh g^(-1)capacity after 1000 cycles at 10 C current density) for ***-1 exhibits outstanding fast-charging capabilities,achieving an 80%state of charge in just 8.1 *** assembled VPS-1//SbSn/NPC full cell demonstrated stable cycling over 200 cycles at a high 5 C current,maintaining an average coulombic efficiency of 95.35%.
