The group standard Pharmacovigilance guidelines f.r clinical application of.Chinese patent medicines f.r mucosal administration was released on January 16, 2024, on the national group standards inf.rmation platf.rm by the Institute of.Basic Research in Clinical Medicine of.China Academy of.Chinese Medical Sciences and School and Hospital of.Stomatology of.Peking University, under the centraliz.d management by the China Association of.Chinese Medicine. The standard number is T / CACM 1563. 6-2024. It aims to propose key elements and specif. technical methods f.r saf.ty monitoring and reporting, signal identif.cation, risk assessment, and risk control based on the Drug administration law of.the People ' s Republic of.China (revised in 2019), which establishes normative pharmacovigilance guideline of.Chinese patent medicine f.r mucosal administration that is in line with the characteristics of.traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) based on the pharmacovigilance content f.r clinical application of.Chinese patent medicine f.r mucosal administration. The group standard has been discussed by internal and external experts through multiple rounds of.consultation. It serves as a guiding document f.r stakeholders involved in pharmacovigilance activities, including pharmaceutical license holders, drug manuf.cturers, medical institutions, research institutes, and pharmaceutical trading enterprises. © 2024 z.ongguo z.ongyi Yanjiuyuan. Drug administration law of.the People′s Republic of.China (2019 revised edition), which came into ef.ect on December 1, 2019, proposed that " the state shall establish a pharmacovigilance system" . Pharmacovigilance work of.Chinese patent medicines is more dif.icult, and it is necessary to carry out Pharmacovigilance activities that are in line with the characteristics of.Chinese patent medicines. Pharmacovigilance guidelines of.Chinese patent medicines (T / CACM 1563. 1-2024), based on the principles of.Drug Administration Law of.the People′ s Republic of.China (2019 revised edition) and Pharmacovigilance quality management standards (No. 65 of.2021) of.the National Medical Products Administration, draws on the EU Pharmacovigilance regulation and the secondary guidelines of.International Council f.r Harmoniz.tion of.Technical Requirements f.r Pharmaceuticals f.r Human Use (ICH), and it is draf.ed in accordance with the provisions of.Guidelines f.r standardiz.tion work part 1: structure and draf.ing rules of.standardiz.tion documents (GB / T1. 1-2020) based on the characteristics of.Chinese patent medicines. It serves as a general document f.r a series of.pharmacovigilance guidelines of.Chinese patent medicines, such as Guidelines f.r construction of.traditional Chinese medicine pharmacovigilance system in medical institutions (T / CACM 1563. 2-2024), Pharmacovigilance guidelines f.r clinical application of.oral Chinese patent medicines (T / CACM 1563. 3-2024), Pharmacovigilance guidelines f.r clinical application of.traditional Chinese medicine injections (T / CACM 1563. 4-2024), Pharmacovigilance guidelines f.r clinical application of.Chinese patent medicines f.r external use (T / CACM 1563. 5-2024), and Pharmacovigilance guidelines f.r clinical application of.Chinese patent medicines f.r mucosal administration (T / CACM 1563. 6-2024), including f.ur major elements of.pharmacovigilance monitoring and reporting of.Chinese patent medicines, signal identif.cation, ri

Elucidating the f.ow f.atures around piles in local scouring processes is crucial f.r studies of.local scouring mechanisms and scour depth *** study details the f.ow turbulence characteristics of.two submerged piles that are determined by solving the Navier-Stokes equations with the improved delayed detached eddy simulation *** model is verif.ed by comparing experimental and numerical results f.r hydrodynamic parameters with the literature f.r both square-crossing piles(SCPs)and circular-crossing piles(CCPs).Original topographies of.f.at and scoured beds(i.e.,the initial and equilibrium scouring stages)are based on experimental results obtained by the authors in the present *** and CCP f.ow f.atures in the scouring process are *** results indicate that during the scouring process,the time-averaged drag coef.icient and root mean square(rms)of.the lif. coef.icient increase linearly in the CCP test,while the rms of.the lif. coef.icient in the SCP test decreases ***,the minimum pressure coef.icient is always located in the upstream corners in the SCP case but moves f.om 72.5°to 79.5°when the scour hole is completely developed in the CCP *** f.ow behind the pile,which is generated by separated boundary layers above the top f.ce of.the pile,can reach the sand bed and turn the separated shear layers into patches of.small vortices in the near-wake ***,the high shear stress z.nes are mainly at the scour edges under scoured-bed conditions.

In situ digital testing method f.r quality assessment of.sof. soil improvement with polyurethane

This study purposes an in situ testing method on quality assessment of.soil *** drilling data includes the spatial distribution and in situ strength of.untreated and treated soil along three dif.erent drillholes measured by on-site drilling monitoring *** f.ctual drilling data can characteriz. the degree of.soil improvement by penetration injection with permeable *** f.om on-site drilling monitoring shows that the linear z.nes represent constant drilling speeds shown in the plot of.drill bit advancement *** drilling time,which indicates the spatial distributions of.soil *** soil prof.le at the study site is composed of.f.ur layers,which includes f.ll,untreated silty clay,treated silty clay,and mucky *** results of.soil prof.le are verif.ed by the parallel site *** constant drilling speeds prof.le the coring-resistant strength of.drilled *** comparing with the untreated silty clay,the constant drilling speeds of.the treated silty clay have been decreased by 13.0-62.8%.Two drilling-speed-based indices of.61.2%and 65.6%are proposed to assess the decreased average drilling speed and the increased in situ strength of.treated silty *** tests,*** compressive strength(UCS)test,have been perf.rmed with core sample to investigate and characteriz. in situ strength by comparing that with drilling *** show that the average predicted strengths of.treated silty clay are 2.4-6.9 times higher than the average measured strength of.untreated silty *** UCS-based indices of.374.5%and 344.2%verif.ed the quality assessment(QA)results by this new in situ *** method provides a cost-ef.ective tool f.r quality assessment of.soil improvement by utiliz.ng the digital drilling data.

Precipitation of.multi-type nano-quasicrystals in a Mg-z.-Y alloy

Mg-6z.-1Y(at.%)ribbons with strengthening precipitates of.multi-type nanoquasicrystals were prepared by melt-spinning f.llowed by aging *** evolution of.the rapidly solidif.ed ribbons during isothermal aging was comprehensively studied using various electron microscopy *** new kinds of.decagonal quasicrystals were f.rmed in aged ribbons,in addition to precipitation of.nanometer icosahedral ***-resolution observations reveal that both decagonal quasicrystals can be modeled by quasiperiodic tiling with decagonal clusters of.2.5 nm in diameter,but overlap of.neighboring clusters in both decagonal quasicrystals is dif.erent f.om the Gummelt model observed in other quasicrystals.A shell composed of.complex Laves Mg-z. domains was f.rmed surrounding each decagonal quasicrystal precipitate upon prolonged *** addition,all kinds of.nanoprecipitates exhibit excellent structure and siz. stability at 573 *** f.ndings may have implications f.r not only f.ndamental studies about quasicrystals,but also microstructural manipulation of.high-perf.rmance Mg alloys.

Probing the Bardeen-Kiselev black hole with the cosmological constant caused by Einstein equations coupled with nonlinear electrodynamics using quasinormal modes and greybody bounds

In this work,we investigate a static and spherically symmetric Bardeen-Kiselev black hole(BH)with the cosmological constant,which is a solution of.the Einstein-non-linear Maxwell f.eld *** compute the quasinormal f.equencies f.r the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant due to electromagnetic and gravitational *** varying the BH parameters,we discuss the behavior of.both real and imaginary parts of.the BH quasinormal f.equencies and compare these f.equencies with the Reissner-Nordström-de Sitter BH surrounded by quintessence(RN-dSQ).Interestingly,it is shown that the responses of.the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant and the RN-dSQ under electromagnetic perturbations are dif.erent when the charge parameter q,the state parameter w and the normaliz.tion f.ctor c are varied;however,f.r the gravitational perturbations,the responses of.the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant and the RN-dSQ are dif.erent only when the charge parameter q is ***,compared with the gravitational perturbations,the electromagnetic perturbations can be used to understand nonlinear and linear electromagnetic f.elds in curved spacetime *** interesting observation is that,due to the presence of.Kiselev quintessence,the electromagnetic perturbations around the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant damps f.ster and oscillates slowly;f.r the gravitational perturbations,the quasinormal mode decays slowly and oscillates *** also study the ref.ection and transmission coef.icients along with the absorption cross section in the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant;it is shown that the transmission coef.icients will increase due to the presence of.Kiselev quintessence.

Connections Between Induction Generator Ef.ect and Open-loop Modal Proximity to Cause Sub-synchronous Oscillations in Series-compensated Power System

The induction generator ef.ect(IGE)and the openloop modal proximity(OLMP)are two dif.erent reasons why subsynchronous oscillations(SSOs)in a series-compensated power system(SCPS)may *** IGE attributes the growing SSOs to negative resistance,while the OLMP explains the SSO mechanism f.om the standpoint of.modal *** this paper,we investigate the connections between the IGE and the OLMP through equivalent RLC circuit and open-loop modal *** investigation is conducted f.r two types of.seriescompensated power systems where either a synchronous generator or a Df.G is connected at the sending *** investigation reveals the conditions,in which the IGE and the OLMP may jointly cause the growing SSOs,i.e.,both the IGE and the OLMP can explain why the growing SSOs ***,the investigation indicates that the IGE and the OLMP may be totally irrelevant and lead to growing SSOs *** implies that it is possible that in a SCPS,the growing SSOs are only due to the IGE,and the OLMP is non-existent,and vice ***,when the growing SSOs occurs in a SCPS,examination based on both the IGE and the OLMP should be caref.lly conducted in order to f.nd if.the oscillatory instability is due to the IGE,or the OLMP,or both of.them.

The generation of.ultrashort high-power light sources in the mid-inf.ared(mid-IR)to terahertz.THz.range is of.interest f.r applications in a number of.f.elds,f.om f.ndamental research to biology and *** conventional laser technology,photon deceleration in plasma wakes provides an alternative approach to the generation of.ultrashort mid-IR or THz.***,we present a photon deceleration scheme f.r the ef.icient generation of.ultrashort mid-IR or THz.pulses by using an intense driver laser pulse with a relatively short wavelength and a signal laser pulse with a relatively long *** signal pulse trails the driver pulse with an appropriate time delay such that it sits at the f.ont of.the second wake bubble that is driven by the driver *** to its relatively long wavelength,the signal pulse will be subjected to a large gradient of.the ref.active index in the plasma wake ***,the photon deceleration in the plasma wake becomes f.ster and more ef.icient f.r signal pulses with longer *** greatly enhances the capacity and ef.iciency of.photon deceleration in the generation of.ultrashort high-power light sources in the long-wavelength IR and THz.spectral ranges.

Stability Investigation and Improvement f.r DC Cascade Systems with Simplif.ed Impedance-based Stability Criterion

In DC distributed power systems(DPSs),the complex impedance interactions possibly lead to DC bus voltage oscillation or *** previous research,the stability analysis of.DPSs is implemented based on mathematical analysis in control *** specif.c mechanisms of.the instability of.the cascade system have not been intuitively *** this paper,the stability analysis of.DPSs based on the traditional Nyquist criterion is simplif.ed to the resonance analysis of.the seriesconnected port impedance(z.R+jX)of.source and load *** reveals that the essential reason f.r impedance instability of.a DC cascade system is that the negative damping characteristic(Rf.the port the overall impedance amplif.es the internal resonance source at reactance z.ro-crossing *** simplif.ed stability criterion f.r DC cascade systems can be concluded as:in the negative damping f.equency ranges(Rz.ro-crossing point of.the reactance component(i.e.,X=0).According to the proposed stability criterion,the oscillation modes of.cascade systems are classif.ed.A typical one is the internal impedance instability excited by the negative damping,and the other one is that the external disturbance amplif.ed by negativity in a low stability ***,the impedance reshaping method f.r stability improvement of.the system can be f.rther *** validity of.the simplif.ed criterion is verif.ed theoretically and experimentally by a positive damping reshaping method.
